1. The membrane electrode catalyst waste recycling equipment comprises a frame and is characterized in that a discharging shaft driven by a first driving mechanism and a receiving shaft driven by a second driving mechanism are rotatably arranged on the frame along the advancing direction of a material belt, a feeding device, a scraping brush mechanism and a blowing device are arranged between the discharging shaft and the receiving shaft, the scraping device is used for scraping catalyst waste on the surface of the material belt, the scraping brush mechanism is used for brushing residual catalyst waste, the blowing device is used for blowing catalyst waste, and the blowing device is arranged on the frame;
the feeding device comprises a feeding roller rotatably arranged on the frame, at least two feeding pressing assemblies for pressing the material belt are arranged on the frame, the two feeding pressing assemblies correspond to the feeding roller, and the feeding roller is connected with a third driving mechanism;
the scraping device comprises at least one scraper, the scraper is arranged on the frame and corresponds to the feeding roller, and the scraper is arranged between the two feeding compaction assemblies;
the scraping brush mechanism is arranged at the downstream of the scraping device and comprises a driving roller and a driven roller which are rotatably arranged on the frame, a driving belt brush is arranged between the driving roller and the driven roller, the driving belt brush corresponds to the feeding roller, and the scraping brush mechanism further comprises a catalyst waste collection device;
the catalyst waste collection device comprises a catalyst waste collection hopper installed on the frame, the catalyst waste collection hopper is arranged below the feeding roller, the catalyst waste collection device further comprises a cyclone separator and a catalyst waste collection barrel, the upper end of the cyclone separator is provided with a feed inlet and an air outlet, the feed inlet is communicated with the catalyst waste collection hopper, a fan is fixedly installed on the frame, the air outlet is communicated with the fan, and the lower end of the cyclone separator is communicated with the catalyst waste collection barrel;
the blowing device comprises a first air knife used for blowing off catalyst waste attached to the scraper and a second air knife set used for blowing off the catalyst waste attached to the driving belt brush, and the first air knife and the second air knife set are both arranged in the catalyst waste collecting hopper;
the number of the scrapers is two, and the two scrapers are arranged in parallel front and back.

The membrane electrode catalyst waste recycling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the feeding and compressing assembly comprises a rotating shaft, two belt pressing wheels are mounted on the rotating shaft through bolts, each belt pressing wheel is abutted against the feeding roller, two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively hinged with a sliding block, two first sliding grooves are arranged on the frame, each sliding block is slidably mounted in the corresponding first sliding groove, a first mounting frame is respectively arranged at the end of each first sliding groove, a screw is arranged on each sliding block, each screw is perpendicular to the rotating shaft, the free end of each screw penetrates through the corresponding first mounting frame and is provided with an adjusting nut, and a first compression spring is arranged between the first mounting frame and the sliding block.
