In one embodiment, if the order creator does not feed back the second validation information for more than a certain time, the payment service system also determines that the order payer and the order creator's trusted relationship validation is not passed.
In one embodiment, the payment service system sends a verification information filling page to the payment payer to indicate the payment payer to fill in relevant information about the payment creator in the page, such as information about the real name, the identification card number and the like of the payment creator, and the payment service system judges whether the information filled in by the payment payer is correct, if so, the verification of the trusted relationship between the order payer and the order creator is determined to be passed, and if not, the verification of the trusted relationship between the order payer and the order creator is determined to be failed.
After the trusted relationship verification is performed on the order payer and the order creator, if the trusted relationship verification is not passed, the payment service system may also send notification messages of payment failure to the order payer and the order creator.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a payment verification method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, where the payment verification method may be performed by the payment service system shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 3, the flow chart includes the following steps:
step S302, obtaining an order payment request of an order paying party;
step S304, according to the order payment request, identity consistency verification is carried out on an order paying party and an order creating party of the order;
if the identity authentication is passed, step S306 is executed, otherwise step S308 is executed.
Step S306, a payment process is performed based on the order payment request.
Step S308, the order payor and the order creator are subjected to trusted relationship verification.
If the trusted relationship verification passes, step S310 is performed, otherwise step S312 is performed.
In step S310, payment processing is performed based on the order payment request.
Step S312, a notification message of payment failure is sent to the order payer and the order creator.
In step S312, the payment service system may send a notification message of the payment failure to the order payer, and send a notification message of the payment failure to the merchant system, which sends the notification message of the payment failure to the order creator.
In practical application, the payment service system may include a payment order receiving system and a payment security decision center, and the above payment verification method may be executed by the payment order receiving system and the payment security decision center in cooperation. Accordingly, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a payment verification method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, where the flow chart relates to five ends of a terminal device of an order creator, a terminal device of an order payer, a merchant system, a payment receipt system and a payment security decision center, and the flow chart includes the following steps:
in step S402, the terminal device of the order creator transmits order placing operation data of the order creator to the merchant system.
In this step, the order creator can access the mobile web page of the merchant system in the browser, select the commodity and place the order, so that the terminal device of the order creator sends the order placing operation data of the order creator to the merchant system. The order operation data includes information such as order time, commodity name of the order commodity, and the like.
In step S404, the merchant system generates a payment two-dimensional code.
In the step, the merchant system generates a payment two-dimensional code according to the order placing operation data of the order creator, and displays the two-dimensional code in a browser webpage.
In step S406, the terminal device of the order payer sends an order payment request to the payment receipt system.
In this step, the terminal device of the order payer may scan the payment two-dimensional code, so as to send an order payment request to the payment and receipt system according to the payment two-dimensional code, where the order payment request carries environmental information of the terminal device of the order payer.
In step S408, the merchant system sends the environmental information of the terminal device of the order creator to the payment receipt system.
The merchant system may send the environmental information of the terminal device of the order creator to the payment receipt system via the WAP payment interface.
In step S410, the payment receipt system transmits the environmental information of the terminal device of the order payer and the environmental information of the terminal device of the order creator to the payment security decision center.
In step S412, the payment security decision center performs identity consistency verification on the order payer and the order creator.
If the identity authentication is passed, step S414 is executed, otherwise step S416 is executed.
In step S414, the payment receipt system performs a payment operation.
After the payment receipt system performs the payment operation, the payment result may also be sent to the merchant system and the order payer. The payment result includes a payment success or a payment failure.

And step S426, the payment receipt system sends the verification information and the short message verification code to the payment security decision center.
Step S428, the payment security decision center performs trusted relationship verification on the order payer and the order creator.
And the payment security decision center compares whether the verification information is consistent with the short message verification code. If the trusted relationship verification is consistent, the trusted relationship verification is confirmed to be passed, otherwise, the trusted relationship verification is confirmed not to be passed. If the trusted relationship verification passes, step S430 is performed, otherwise step S432 is performed.
In step S430, the payment receipt system performs a payment operation.
After the payment receipt system performs the payment operation, the payment result may also be sent to the merchant system and the order payer. The payment result includes a payment success or a payment failure.
In step S432, the payment receipt system transmits a payment failure notification message to the merchant system.
In the flow shown in fig. 4, after step S432, the payment receipt system may also send a payment failure notification message to the order payer.
In the flow shown in fig. 4, if the identity verification is passed, it is indicated that the order payer and the order creator are the same user. If the identity consistency verification is not passed, the order paying party and the order creating party are different users. In fig. 4, for convenience of explanation, the terminal device of the order payer and the terminal device of the order creator are separately illustrated.
In summary, the payment verification method in the above embodiment has at least the following technical effects:
(1) Through identity consistency verification, trusted relationship verification and other modes, risk identification is carried out when an order payer pays, so that risks such as fraud, gambling and the like are reduced, fund safety of the order payer is ensured, and account safety of the order payer is improved;
(2) When the identity consistency verification fails, judging whether the order paying party and the order creating party have a trusted relationship or not by adopting a trusted relationship verification mode, thereby carrying out safety verification on the payment scene and realizing the safety verification under the payment scene;
(3) When the identity consistency verification fails, judging whether the order paying party and the order creating party have a trusted relationship or not by adopting a trusted relationship verification mode, and directly refusing payment, thereby improving the payment success rate in a payment-substituting scene;
(4) The application scenario is unlimited, and the method can be applied to a mobile webpage payment scenario or an application program internal payment scenario, and the payment safety under each scenario is improved.
An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a payment verification device, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the payment verification device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5, where the device includes:
a request acquisition module 51 that acquires an order payment request of an order payer;
a first verification module 52 for performing identity consistency verification on the order payer and the order creator of the order according to the order payment request;
a first payment module 53 that performs payment processing based on the order payment request if the identity correspondence verification is passed;
A second verification module 54 for performing a trusted relationship verification on the order payer and the order creator if the identity correspondence verification is not passed;
and a second payment module 55 for executing payment processing based on the order payment request if the trusted relationship verification is passed.
Optionally, the second verification module 54 sends first verification information to the order payer, and sends verification indication information to the order creator; acquiring second verification information fed back by the order creator based on the verification indication information; and carrying out trusted relation verification on the order paying party and the order creating party according to the first verification information and the second verification information.
Optionally, the second verification module 54 sends a random verification code to the order payer via a sms channel.
Optionally, the second verification module 54 sends a page address of the verification information filling page to the merchant system, so that the merchant system sends the verification information filling page to the order creator according to the page address.

Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a payment verification device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the device further includes, based on fig. 5: and a message sending module 56 for sending a notification message of payment failure to the order payer and the order creator if the trusted relationship verification is not passed after the trusted relationship verification is performed on the order payer and the order creator.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, identity consistency verification can be performed on the order payer and the order creator under the order payment scenario, if the identity consistency verification passes, payment processing is performed based on the order payment request of the order payer, if the identity consistency verification does not pass, trusted relationship verification is performed on the order payer and the order creator, and if the trusted relationship verification passes, payment processing is performed based on the order payment request of the order payer, so that risk identification is performed when the order payer pays, fund security of the order payer is ensured, and account security of the order payer is improved.
The payment verification device in the embodiment of the present disclosure can implement each process of the payment verification method in the foregoing embodiment, and achieve the same effects and functions, which are not described herein.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, a payment verification device is further provided, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the payment verification device provided in one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, the payment verification device may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors 901 and a memory 902, where the memory 902 may store one or more storage applications or data. Wherein the memory 902 may be transient storage or persistent storage. The application program stored in memory 902 may include one or more modules (not shown in the figures), each of which may include a series of computer-executable instructions for use in a payment verification device. Still further, the processor 901 may be arranged to communicate with the memory 902 and execute a series of computer executable instructions in the memory 902 on the payment verification device. The payment verification device may also include one or more power supplies 903, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 904, one or more input output interfaces 905, one or more keyboards 906, and the like.
In one particular embodiment, a payment verification device includes a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and the one or more programs may include one or more modules, and each module may include a series of computer-executable instructions for the payment verification device, and configured to be executed by one or more processors, the one or more programs comprising computer-executable instructions for:
Acquiring an order payment request of an order payer;
according to the order payment request, identity consistency verification is carried out on the order paying party and the order creating party of the order;
if the identity consistency verification is passed, executing payment processing based on the order payment request;

In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims can be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing are also possible or may be advantageous.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD) (e.g., field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the programming of the device by a user. Claims (12)

1. A payment verification method, comprising:
acquiring environmental information of terminal equipment of an order creator of the order from a merchant system according to an order payment request of an order payer; according to the environmental information of the terminal equipment of the order paying party and the environmental information of the terminal equipment of the order creating party, which are included in the order payment request, identity consistency verification is carried out on the order paying party and the order creating party;
if the identity consistency verification is passed, executing payment processing based on the order payment request;
if the identity consistency verification is not passed, carrying out trusted relationship verification on the order paying party and the order creating party in a mode of filling verification information;
and if the trusted relation verification is passed, executing payment processing based on the order payment request.
2. The method of claim 1, said verifying the trusted relationship between the order payer and the order creator by filling verification information, comprising:
transmitting first verification information to the order payer, and transmitting a page address of a verification information filling page to the merchant system, so that the merchant system transmits the verification information filling page to the order creator according to the page address;
Acquiring second verification information fed back by the order creator based on the verification information filling page;
and carrying out trusted relation verification on the order paying party and the order creating party according to the first verification information and the second verification information.
3. The method of claim 2, sending first validation information to the order payer, comprising:
and sending a random verification code to the order paying party through a short message channel.
4. The method of claim 2, the verifying the trusted relationship for the order payer and the order creator based on the first verification information and the second verification information, comprising:
judging whether the first verification information is consistent with the second verification information;
if the first verification information is consistent with the second verification information, determining that the trusted relationship verification is passed, otherwise, determining that the trusted relationship verification is not passed.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring, from a merchant system, the environmental information of the terminal device of the order creator of the order according to the order payment request of the order payer, comprises:
and sending an environmental information acquisition request to a merchant system based on an order payment request of an order paying party, and receiving environmental information of terminal equipment of the order creating party returned by the merchant system according to the environmental information acquisition request.
6. The method of claim 1, the verifying identity consistency of the order payer and the order creator of the order based on the environmental information of the order payer's terminal device and the order creator's terminal device included in the order payment request, comprising:
judging whether the content of the environmental information of the terminal equipment of the order paying party is the same as the content of the environmental information of the terminal equipment of the order creating party;
if the identity verification is the same, the identity verification is determined to pass, otherwise, the identity verification is determined not to pass.

the environmental information of the terminal equipment of the order payer comprises at least one of position information, network address information, network type information and equipment model information of the terminal equipment of the order payer;
the environment information of the terminal equipment of the order creator comprises at least one of position information, network address information, network type information and equipment model information of the terminal equipment of the order creator;
and, the kind of information included in the environmental information of the terminal device of the order-paying party is the same as the kind of information included in the environmental information of the terminal device of the order-creating party.
8. The method of claim 1, after the trusted relationship verification of the order payer and the order creator, the method further comprising:
and if the trusted relation verification is not passed, sending notification messages of payment failure to the order paying party and the order creating party.
9. A payment verification apparatus for use in a payment service system, comprising:
