The method based on the whole financial document sharing can enable the sharing operation of the whole financial information to be more convenient, the method can trigger required data sharing users in real time by combining the change of the financial information, and the financial information obtained from different data sharing users is integrated into one financial sharing document in real time, so that the safety of the financial information transmitted from bottom to top can be improved, the required financial sharing document can be matched with different content sharing users according to the sharing attribute of the financial document, and the personalized requirement of the financial document sharing is improved.
Specifically, fig. 2 shows a schematic system architecture of financial document sharing in an embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes:
a share configuration module for configuring financial data sharing content based on a financial sharing server, the financial data sharing content comprising: a plurality of financial subjects and financial expression forms;
The user configuration module is used for matching a plurality of required data sharing users based on the plurality of financial subjects;
the sharing request module is used for generating corresponding financial data sharing requests based on each data sharing user and the corresponding financial subjects, the financial sharing server sends the corresponding financial data sharing requests to each data sharing user in the plurality of data sharing users, and the corresponding financial data sharing requests are used for triggering the corresponding user side to generate financial operation interfaces and forming corresponding financial sharing data based on the financial operation interfaces;
the data processing module is used for analyzing the user identification and the financial information in each financial sharing data based on the financial sharing server, and inserting the financial information into the financial document to be shared according to the financial expression form based on the user identification to generate a financial sharing document;
and the document sharing module is used for analyzing the sharing attribute of the financial document to be shared based on the financial sharing server and transmitting the financial sharing document to the content sharing user based on the sharing attribute.
According to the system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the financial data sharing content in the financial sharing server is configured, and a plurality of required data sharing users can be matched according to financial subjects in the configuration process, so that the financial subjects in the whole financial data sharing content can be matched with the corresponding data sharing users better, and only the financial subjects are involved in the whole sharing process and enter the corresponding data sharing users, so that the whole financial data sharing request has stronger pertinence, the corresponding data sharing users can finish uploading of the corresponding financial sharing data aiming at the familiar financial subjects, and the interference of unnecessary financial data is reduced; and the financial sharing server receives the financial information uploaded by different data sharing users and fuses the financial information into the financial sharing document according to the financial expression form, so that the whole financial sharing document can form a complete financial sharing document according to the financial data sharing content of configuration requirements, and the reading and viewing of the content sharing users are facilitated.
According to the system for sharing the financial document, the whole financial information sharing operation is more convenient, the required data sharing users can be triggered in real time by combining the change of the financial information, the financial information is obtained from different data sharing users in real time and integrated into one financial sharing document, the safety of the financial information transmitted from bottom to top is ensured, the required financial sharing document can be matched with different content sharing users according to the sharing attribute of the financial document, and the personalized requirement of the financial document sharing is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for sharing financial documents of any of the above embodiments. The computer readable storage medium includes, but is not limited to, any type of disk including floppy disks, hard disks, optical disks, CD-ROMs, and magneto-optical disks, ROMs (Read-Only memories), RAMs (Random AcceSS Memory, random access memories), EPROMs (EraSable Programmable Read-Only memories), EEPROMs (Electrically EraSable ProgrammableRead-Only memories), flash memories, magnetic cards, or optical cards. That is, a storage device includes any medium that stores or transmits information in a form readable by a device (e.g., computer, cell phone), and may be read-only memory, magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer application program which runs on a computer and is used for executing the financial document sharing method of any embodiment.
Further, fig. 3 is a schematic structural composition diagram of a processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention also provides processing equipment, as shown in fig. 3. The device comprises a processor 302, a memory 303, an input unit 304, a display unit 305 and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the processing device structural elements shown in fig. 3 do not constitute a limitation on all devices, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components. The memory 303 may be used to store an application 301 and various functional modules, and the processor 302 runs the application 301 stored in the memory 303, thereby performing various functional applications of the device and data processing. The memory may be internal memory or external memory, or include both internal memory and external memory. The internal memory may include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), flash memory, or random access memory. The external memory may include a hard disk, floppy disk, ZIP disk, U-disk, tape, etc. The disclosed memory includes, but is not limited to, these types of memory. The memory disclosed herein is by way of example only and not by way of limitation.
The input unit 304 is used for receiving input of a signal and receiving keywords input by a user. The input unit 304 may include a touch panel and other input devices. The touch panel may collect touch operations on or near the user (e.g., the user's operation on or near the touch panel using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, stylus, etc.), and drive the corresponding connection device according to a preset program; other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., play control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, mouse, joystick, etc. The display unit 305 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the terminal device. The display unit 305 may take the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The processor 302 is a control center of the terminal device, connects various parts of the entire device using various interfaces and lines, performs various functions and processes data by running or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 303, and invoking data stored in the memory.
As an embodiment, the processing device includes: the system comprises one or more processors 302, a memory 303, one or more application programs 301, wherein the one or more application programs 301 are stored in the memory 303 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 302, and the one or more application programs 301 are configured to perform the inspection image processing method in any of the above embodiments.
In the embodiment of the invention, the financial data sharing content in the financial sharing server is configured, and a plurality of required data sharing users can be matched according to financial subjects in the configuration process, so that the financial subjects in the whole financial data sharing content can be matched with the corresponding data sharing users better, and only the financial subjects are involved in the whole sharing process and enter the corresponding data sharing users, so that the whole financial data sharing request has stronger pertinence, and the corresponding data sharing users can finish uploading of the corresponding financial sharing data aiming at the familiar financial subjects, thereby reducing the interference of unnecessary financial data; and the financial sharing server receives the financial information uploaded by different data sharing users and fuses the financial information into the financial sharing document according to the financial expression form, so that the whole financial sharing document can form a complete financial sharing document according to the financial data sharing content of configuration requirements, and the reading and viewing of the content sharing users are facilitated.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the whole financial information sharing operation is more convenient, the required data sharing users can be triggered in real time by combining the change of the financial information, and the financial information obtained from different data sharing users is integrated into one financial sharing document in real time, so that the safety of the transmission of the financial information from bottom to top can be ensured, the required financial sharing document can be matched with different content sharing users according to the sharing attribute of the financial document, and the personalized requirement of the financial document sharing is improved.
The overall operation of the process, namely, the pool management process of the business shared revenue platform software, is described below in connection with specific financial reports, wherein the pool management content can be configured on the software platform, and comprises: different paypool subjects and expressions of paypool subjects, the different paypool subjects represent different management users, namely, the different paypool subjects complete the matching process of the different management users, so that the management users can complete the data sharing process of the paypool subjects, and the paypool management subjects can comprise: and the contents of collection acceptance, collection input, financial acceptance audit, receipt inquiry and the like. The whole business sharing income platform software can generate connection requests for each management user according to the subjects of the collection pools, then the business sharing income platform software sends the corresponding connection requests to the management users in different management users, the connection requests themselves trigger the user side of each management user to generate a financial operation interface, and the financial operation interface can be a collection pool management interface, so that each management user can conveniently operate the related collection pool management process, and the whole collection pool management process can trigger a series of sharing data of the collection pools, and the sharing data can be transmitted to the business sharing income platform software by the collection pool management interface after being generated; the sharing data are proposed one by business sharing income platform software, the business sharing income platform software analyzes the user identification and financial information of the management user in each sharing data, inserts the financial information into the financial document to be shared according to the financial expression form based on the user identification to generate a collection pool sharing document, and each time the generated collection pool sharing document can be marked out specific content sharing users, for example, a general package user needs to know to acquire and know the data; the business share revenue platform software transmits the collection pool shared document to the package user by parsing the shared attributes of the collection pool shared document and based on the shared attributes. By configuring the business software in this way, the business software can configure a collection pool management content for different sub-package users, the collection pool management content corresponds to the collection pool subjects corresponding to the business software, after the collection pool subjects correspond to the management users one by one, each management user can form collection pool sharing data according to the collection pool subjects, finally, the collection pool sharing data are collected on a content template, the content template finally forms a total document, and the total document reference sharing data can be transmitted to the total package users, so that the total package users can know the content on different sub-package items according to personalized requirements.
Because the business sharing income platform software relates to contents such as subcontracting users, general package users, sharing platforms and the like, the whole framework is realized by adopting a Web mode, and the combination of related technologies is realized by adopting specific contents in figure 1, thereby guaranteeing data sharing and data transmission among cross-user platforms.

Claims (10)
1. A method of financial document sharing, the method comprising:
configuring financial data sharing content based on a financial sharing server, the financial data sharing content comprising: a plurality of financial subjects and financial expression forms;
Matching a plurality of required data sharing users based on the plurality of financial subjects;
generating a corresponding financial data sharing request based on each data sharing user and the corresponding financial subjects, and sending the corresponding financial data sharing request to each data sharing user in a plurality of data sharing users by the financial sharing server, wherein the corresponding financial data sharing request is used for triggering the corresponding user side to generate a financial operation interface, and forming corresponding financial sharing data based on the financial operation interface;
analyzing the user identification and the financial information in each financial sharing data based on the financial sharing server, and inserting the financial information into a financial document to be shared according to a financial expression form based on the user identification to generate a financial sharing document;
and analyzing the sharing attribute of the financial document to be shared based on the financial sharing server, and transmitting the financial sharing document to the content sharing user based on the sharing attribute.
2. The method for sharing financial documents according to claim 1, wherein the triggering the corresponding user side to generate a financial operation interface, and forming corresponding financial sharing data based on the financial operation interface comprises:
Each user side on the plurality of data sharing users analyzes the financial data sharing request to acquire corresponding financial sharing subjects;
triggering a financial application program of a user side to generate a financial operation interface based on a financial sharing subject;
receiving financial information input by a data sharing user based on the financial operation interface, and forming financial sharing data when the operation is completed;
the financial sharing server receives financial sharing data sent by a plurality of clients.
3. The method for sharing financial documents as claimed in claim 2, wherein said configuring financial data sharing content based on the financial sharing server comprises:
responding to a request for creating financial data sharing content by a sharing configuration user, and displaying configuration information produced by the sharing configuration user on a display interface through a sharing operation interface;
responding to the shared financial document template extracted by the sharing configuration user in the sharing operation interface;
and receiving financial data sharing content of the sharing configuration user in the document editing area based on the sharing financial document template.
4. A method of financial document sharing according to claim 3 wherein said receiving financial data sharing content of a sharing configuration user in a document editing area based on said shared financial document template comprises:
Adding financial subjects of financial shared content in a sharing taskbar of a sharing financial document template;
adding a financial expression form in a document editing area of the shared financial document template;
and adding sharing attributes in a content sharing column of the sharing financial document template.
5. A method of financial document sharing as claimed in claim 4 wherein said matching a desired plurality of data sharing users based on said number of financial subjects comprises:
acquiring financial subjects in the financial data sharing content, and carrying out field identification on each financial subject to obtain a plurality of financial fields of each financial subject;
matching the corresponding data sharing users according to a plurality of financial fields of each financial department;
selecting a corresponding hash encryption algorithm according to the data types of the plurality of financial fields of each financial department, and calculating the plurality of financial fields of each financial department to obtain a corresponding hash value;
user identification of each data sharing user is extracted.
6. The method of financial document sharing according to claim 5, wherein each of the plurality of data sharing users parses the financial data sharing request comprising:
Analyzing the corresponding user identification and the corresponding hash value in each financial data sharing request;
judging whether the data sharing users on the user side are matched or not based on the corresponding user identifications;
and when judging that the data sharing user on the user side is matched with the corresponding user identification, analyzing the corresponding hash value.
7. A method of financial document sharing as claimed in claim 6, wherein the financial expression form comprises: financial forms, financial word descriptions, financial graphic descriptions, financial video descriptions, financial attachments, financial voice descriptions.
8. A system for financial document sharing, the system comprising:
a share configuration module for configuring financial data sharing content based on a financial sharing server, the financial data sharing content comprising: a plurality of financial subjects and financial expression forms;
the user configuration module is used for matching a plurality of required data sharing users based on the plurality of financial subjects;
the sharing request module is used for generating corresponding financial data sharing requests based on each data sharing user and the corresponding financial subjects, the financial sharing server sends the corresponding financial data sharing requests to each data sharing user in the plurality of data sharing users, and the corresponding financial data sharing requests are used for triggering the corresponding user side to generate financial operation interfaces and forming corresponding financial sharing data based on the financial operation interfaces;
The data processing module is used for analyzing the user identification and the financial information in each financial sharing data based on the financial sharing server, and inserting the financial information into the financial document to be shared according to the financial expression form based on the user identification to generate a financial sharing document;
and the document sharing module is used for analyzing the sharing attribute of the financial document to be shared based on the financial sharing server and transmitting the financial sharing document to the content sharing user based on the sharing attribute.
9. A processing device comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the processor runs a computer program or code stored in the memory implementing a method of financial document sharing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program or code which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of financial document sharing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
