The library management unit is an IEC61499 based control function library that provides a set of models using function block concepts and describes the behavior and structure of distributed process measurements and controls using function block concepts. Through the library, some commonly used functions can be packaged, then the functions are multiplexed in a plurality of programs, if a certain function in the library needs to be updated or repaired, only the library file needs to be updated, and all programs using the function do not need to be modified, so that the library can be more easily used for modularized development.
