The pre-drying device for gypsum board production comprises a box body (1), wherein material openings are formed in two ends of the box body (1), and sealing pieces are arranged at two ends of the interior of the box body (1); the method is characterized in that: the inside of the box body (1) is provided with supporting rollers (19) in a linear array, the supporting rollers (19) are of a hollow structure, and the surfaces of the supporting rollers are provided with adsorption holes; the collecting box (15) is arranged on the outer side of the box body (1), a push rod is arranged in the supporting roller (19) in a sliding mode, the push rod is formed by fixedly connecting a connecting shaft (35), a cleaning push plate (36) and an end plate (34), a hole site is formed in the end face of the end plate (34), the end plate (34) is detachably arranged at one end of the supporting roller (19), one end of the supporting roller (19) is communicated with the collecting box (15) to collect dust, a fixed positioning ring (20) is fixedly arranged at one end of the supporting roller (19), a sliding positioning ring (22) is connected to the other end of the supporting roller (19) in a sliding mode, and positioning adjustment is conducted on a gypsum board through the sliding positioning ring (22) and the fixed positioning ring (20); the two ends of the inside of the box body (1) are provided with turnover pieces for turning over the gypsum board; the turnover piece comprises a pushing frame (10) which is arranged at the top end inside the box body (1) in a sliding manner, a height electric cylinder (11) is fixedly arranged on the pushing frame (10), a turnover plate (12) is rotatably arranged on a telescopic rod of the height electric cylinder (11), an electromagnetic clamping plate (13) is arranged on the turnover plate (12), and two ends of the gypsum board are clamped through the electromagnetic clamping plate (13); a drying piece is arranged at the inner top end of the box body (1), and comprises a hot air drying box (23) which is arranged at the top end of the box body (1) in a sliding manner and is used for blowing hot air out so as to dry gypsum boards; a hole drying piece is arranged on one side of the hot air drying box (23) in a sliding manner and is used for drying hole sites on the gypsum board; the hole drying piece comprises a hole drying sliding seat (29) which is slidably mounted on a hot air drying box (23), a perforation electric cylinder (30) is arranged on the hole drying sliding seat (29), a drying rotary drum motor (31) is arranged on a telescopic rod of the perforation electric cylinder (30), a drying rotary drum (33) is connected to an output shaft of the drying rotary drum motor (31), the drying rotary drum (33) is of a hollow structure, hole positions are formed in the circumference, and the drying rotary drum (33) is inserted into the hole positions on the gypsum board to blow hot air and dry the inner sides of the hole positions.

A pre-drying apparatus for gypsum board production according to claim 1, wherein: a driving motor (2) is arranged at one side of the outside of the box body (1), an output shaft of the driving motor (2) is connected with a driving belt (3), and a supporting roller (19) which is arranged in a linear array is driven to rotate through the driving belt (3); one end of the collecting box (15) is provided with a collecting pump (16).
3. A pre-drying apparatus for gypsum board production according to claim 2, wherein: the inside bottom of box (1) is provided with roof jar (17), is connected with roof (18) on the telescopic link of roof jar (17) for jack-up gypsum board.

A pre-drying apparatus for gypsum board production according to claim 1, wherein: the sealing piece comprises a sealing electric cylinder (8) arranged at the top end inside the box body (1), and a sealing plate (9) is connected to a telescopic rod of the sealing electric cylinder (8) and used for sealing a material opening.

A pre-drying apparatus for gypsum board production according to claim 1, wherein: the hole drying piece comprises a hole drying motor (27) fixedly arranged at one end of the hot air drying box (23), and a hole drying screw rod (26) rotatably arranged on the hot air drying box (23), wherein a screw pair is formed by a hole drying sliding seat (29) and the hole drying screw rod (26); a communicating ring (32) is fixedly arranged on a telescopic rod of the perforating electric cylinder (30), one end of the communicating ring (32) is communicated with one end of the hot air drying box (23) through a communicating pipe (28) so as to transmit hot air, and the drying rotary drum (33) is rotationally connected and communicated with the inner side of the communicating ring (32).
