< embodiment >
The embodiments are described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Reference is made to fig. 1. In fig. 1, the cabin of a passenger car is shown in a state of being viewed from the rear left. The storage device 20 constitutes a part of a so-called center console extending in the front-rear direction in the center of the front portion of the vehicle cabin. The storage device 20 is disposed between the driver seat 12 (seat 12) and the passenger seat 13 (seat 13) on which the occupant sits. That is, the storage device 20 is provided on the side of the seats 12 and 13 on which the occupant can sit.
The upper surface of the storage device 20 is located at a position where an average-height occupant can place an elbow. That is, the storage device 20 also functions as an armrest.
Refer to fig. 2. The main components of the storage device 20 are a storage portion 30, a shaft member 22, a spring 23, and a cover 40, wherein the upper surface of the storage portion 30 is opened to enable storage of an article, the shaft member 22 is fixed to the rear portion of the storage portion 30 and extends laterally, the spring 23 is supported by the shaft member 22 and a part of the spring is fixed to the storage portion 30, and the cover 40 is provided swingably to open and close the upper surface of the storage portion 30.
By releasing the not-shown lock provided at the front portion of the cover 40, the front end of the cover 40 swings upward and rearward about the shaft member 22. Thereby, the upper side of the storage section 30 is opened, and the article can be taken out and put into the storage section 30. By swinging the front end of the cover 40 forward and downward, the upper side of the housing 30 is closed by the cover 40.
The housing portion 30 is a box-shaped member made of resin. The housing section 30 includes: a housing main body 31 having an upper surface opened and capable of housing an article therein; and fixed hinge parts 32, 33 extending from left and right sides of the rear surface of the housing part main body 31 rearward and supporting the shaft member 22. The fixed hinge portions 32, 33 are integrally formed with the housing portion main body 31.
The shaft member 22 is a solid rod-shaped member. A line passing through the center of the shaft member 22 is referred to as a rotation axis CL. The rotation axis CL is the center when the cover 40 swings. The shaft member 22 may be cylindrical, but is preferably solid. This is because the housing device 20 can be miniaturized by using the small-sized shaft member 22 as compared with the cylindrical case.
The spring 23 is a torsion coil spring, and biases the lid 40 in the opening direction.
Referring to fig. 3 together. The cover 40 includes: movable hinge parts 42, 43 rotatably provided on the left and right sides of the shaft member 22; a main body 44 fixed between the movable hinge parts 42 and 43 and capable of opening and closing the upper side of the housing part 30; a base portion 45 supported by the main body portion 44; a buffer portion 46 provided on the upper surface of the base portion 45; a heater 47 provided on a part of the upper surface of the buffer 46, and configured to generate heat by energization; a dummy heater 48 provided on the remaining part of the upper surface of the buffer 46, made of the same material as the heater 47, and not energized; a sheet-like protection sheet 51 covering the upper surfaces of the heater 47 and the dummy heater 48 to protect the heater 47 and the dummy heater 48; a skin portion 52 covering the protective sheet 51; and a cable 53 having a distal end connected to the heater 47 for energizing the heater 47.
The movable hinge portions 42 and 43 include: a base 42a, 43a surrounding the shaft member 22; and arm portions 42b, 43b extending from these base portions 42a, 43a to the main body portion 44 and connected to the main body portion 44.
The right movable hinge portion 42 as one movable hinge portion 42 includes: a first cable hole 42c continuous from a lower portion of the main body 44, through which the cable 53 passes; and a second cable hole 42d that is opened in the axial direction below the shaft member 22 and through which the cable 53 passes. Hereinafter, in the case of simply referred to as "movable hinge portion 42", the right movable hinge portion 42 is referred to.
Refer to fig. 4. A groove-shaped cable housing groove 42e is formed on the surface side, which is the outer side surface of the movable hinge portion 42. A part of the cable 53 is accommodated in the cable accommodation groove 42e along the surface of the movable hinge portion 42.
Refer to fig. 3. The main body 44 is a resin member formed in a tray shape with a long front-rear direction. The main body 44 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and is longer in a direction away from the shaft member 22 (front-rear direction) than in a direction along the shaft member 22 (vehicle width direction).
The base portion 45 is a resin member, and has a substantially U-shape with an opening on the upper surface, with a cross section along the front-rear direction as a reference, and is recessed downward. The main body 44 and the base 45 overlap each other, thereby forming a box shape.
The base portion 45 has a hole portion 45a for a heater penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface. The end of the heater 47 passes through the heater hole 45a. The heater hole 45a is formed closer to the shaft member 22 than the center of the base 45 in the front-rear direction, and is a hole elongated in the direction along the shaft member 22.
The material of the buffer portion 46 may be any material such as polyurethane. A second heater hole 46a is formed in the buffer 46 at a position overlapping the heater hole 45a. The second heater hole 46a is formed in substantially the same shape as the heater hole 45a, and the end of the heater 47 is inserted therethrough.
The heater hole 45a and the second heater hole 46a are provided with a sealing member 55 that closes the holes 45a and 46a. The sealing member 55 will be described later.
As the heater 47, a planar heater in the form of a sheet or a plate is used. The heater 47 has a heat generating portion 47a that generates heat by energization, and a connecting portion 47b that extends from an end of the heat generating portion 47a and is connected to the cable 53.
The heater 47 can also be referred to as an electronic component capable of being energized. Hereinafter, the heater 47 is also sometimes referred to as an electronic component 47. In addition, as the electronic component, a capacitive switch, a light emitting body that emits light by energization, and a peltier element that absorbs heat of the surface by energization can be used in addition to the heater. Further, not limited to these, a planar (sheet-like or plate-like) object capable of being energized may be used as the electronic component.
The above-described hole 45a for a heater can also be referred to as a hole 45a for an electronic component. The heater hole 45a may be referred to as an electronic component hole 45a. A part of the electronic component 47 passes through the electronic component hole 45a.
The dummy heater 48 may be constituted by, for example, only the heat generating portion 47a of the heater 47. The arrangement range of the dummy heater 48 is smaller than the arrangement range of the heater 47.
The dummy heater 48 may be made of the same material as the electronic component 47, and may be referred to as a dummy electronic component that is not connected to the cable 53. Hereinafter, the dummy heater 48 may be referred to as a dummy electronic component 48. When the electronic component 47 is a capacitance switch or the like, the dummy electronic component 48 may be a capacitance switch or the like to which the cable 53 is not connected.
The front end of the cable 53 is connected to the connection portion 47b of the heater 47. The cable 53 is connected to the region surrounded by the main body portion 44 and the base portion 45, extends toward the movable hinge portion 42, and passes through the first cable hole portion 42c (see fig. 4).
Refer to fig. 4. The cable 53 extends from the first cable hole 42c toward the front surface (one surface) of the movable hinge 42, is accommodated in the cable accommodation groove 42e, and extends toward the second cable hole 42d.
Refer to fig. 3. The cable 53 passes through the second cable hole 42d and returns to the rear surface side (the other surface) of the movable hinge 42. The cable 53 is connected to a switch or the like that can be operated by the occupant. When the occupant turns on the switch, the cable 53 is energized, and the heater 47 generates heat.
Further, by making the shaft member 22 cylindrical and passing the cable 53 through the inside thereof, bending of the cable 53 can be suppressed. However, maintenance is reduced, and therefore, the cable 53 preferably does not pass through the inside of the shaft member 22.
As the sealing member 55, a soft member mainly composed of EPDM rubber or the like can be used. Any material can be used as long as the gap between the hole portions 45a, 46a and the heater 47 can be filled. The sealing member 55 also functions as a stopper that suppresses movement of the heater 47.
The storage device 20 described above achieves the following effects.
Reference is made to fig. 1. In the first aspect, the storage device 20 includes: a storage unit 30 provided on the side of the seats 12 and 13 on which the occupant can sit, and having an upper surface open to be able to store articles; and a cover 40 provided swingably to open and close the upper surface of the housing 30.
Refer to fig. 3. The cover 40 includes: a movable hinge portion 42 provided on the rotation shaft CL and provided rotatably with respect to the housing portion 30; a main body 44 supported by the movable hinge 42 and capable of opening and closing the opening of the housing 30; a base portion 45 supported by the main body portion 44; a planar heater 47 provided on a part of the upper surface of the base 45, and configured to be energized to raise the temperature; and a cable 53 for energizing the heater 47.
The base portion 45 has a heater hole 45a penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface, and a part of the heater 47 passes through the heater hole 45a, and the heater 47 is connected to the cable 53 below the base portion 45.
If the cable 53 is present at the end of the base portion 45, the cable 53 must be wound together with the skin, and bending occurs. When the cover 40 is swung, if the cable 53 is present between the main body 44 and the shaft member 22, the cable 53 is difficult to follow the movement of the cover 40, and bending of the cable 53 often occurs. If the cable 53 is bent, the cable becomes a cause of disconnection. According to the housing device 20, a part of the heater 47 passes through the heater hole 45a, and the heater 47 is connected to the cable 53 below the base portion 45.
By connecting the heater 47 and the cable 53 at a position separated from the rotation axis CL, the cable 53 is easily arranged so as to avoid between the main body 44 and the shaft member 22. This can suppress bending of the cable 53 when the cover 40 is swung. The movable hinge portion 42 does not need to be enlarged in order to suppress bending of the cable 53. Therefore, the housing device 20 can be provided with a small size and a long lifetime.
In the second aspect, in the housing device 20 of the first aspect, the first cable hole 42c through which the cable 53 can be inserted is provided at the boundary portion between the main body 44 and the movable hinge 42. The cable 53 passes through the first cable hole portion 42c and extends along the main body portion 44 toward the movable hinge 42. By passing the cable 53 through the first cable hole 42c, the cable 53 can be further disposed in close contact with the main body 44. This can suppress bending of the cable 53 when the cover 40 is swung. This can further extend the life of the storage device 20.
In the third aspect, in the housing device 20 of the first or second aspect, the cable 53 is arranged along the surface of the movable hinge portion 42. By following the surface of the movable hinge portion 42, bending of the cable 53 can be suppressed when the cover 40 is swung. This can further extend the life of the storage device 20.
In the fourth aspect, in the housing device 20 of the second aspect, the movable hinge portion 42 has a second cable hole portion 42d opened in the axial direction of the rotation shaft CL at a position closer to the rotation shaft CL than the first cable hole portion 42c. The cable 53 passes through the second cable hole 42d, and a part of the cable 53 is provided on the rear surface side of the movable hinge 42.
By forming the second cable hole 42d and passing the cable 53 again to the rear surface side, the cable 53 can be disposed longer along the side surface of the movable hinge 42, and the cable 53 passing through the second cable hole 42d can be oriented parallel to the rotation axis CL. This can suppress bending of the cable 53 when the cover 40 is swung. Further, the life of the storage device 20 can be prolonged.
Refer to fig. 4. In the fifth aspect, in the housing device 20 according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, a groove-shaped cable housing groove 42e in which the cable 53 can be housed is formed in the movable hinge portion 42, and the cable 53 is housed in the cable housing groove 42e. This makes it possible to bring the cable 53 closer to the movable hinge portion 42. This can suppress bending of the cable 53 when the cover 40 is swung. This can further extend the life of the storage device 20.
In the sixth aspect, in the housing device 20 of any one of the first to fifth aspects, a dummy heater 48 is further provided, which is provided in the remaining portion of the upper surface of the base portion 45, is composed of the same material as the heater 47, and is not energized. When the dummy heater 48 is not disposed, the sense of touch when the occupant places his or her arm is different between the portion where the heater 47 is disposed and the portion where the heater 47 is not disposed. By providing the dummy heater 48 which is made of the same material as the heater 47 and is not energized, the sense of discomfort felt by the occupant can be reduced. That is, the comfort can be improved.
That is, in the sixth aspect, in the housing device 20 according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the dummy heater 48 is provided in the remaining portion of the upper surface of the base portion 45, and the dummy heater 48 is a member other than the heater 47, and is not connected to the cable 53, using at least a part of the same material as that of the heater 47. Thereby, the comfort can be improved.
In the seventh aspect, in the housing device 20 according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, the sealing member 55 that closes the heater hole 45a is provided in the housing device 20. The discomfort felt by the occupant when the arm is placed on the upper portion of the heater hole 45a can be reduced. That is, the comfort can be improved.
In the eighth aspect, in the housing device 20 according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, the electronic component 47 is any one of a heater, a capacitance switch, a light emitter, and a peltier element.
Further, the example in which the storage device of the present invention is mounted on a passenger car has been described, but the mounting of the storage device is not limited to a passenger car. That is, the mounting and storage device may be a vehicle other than a passenger car, or may be a vehicle other than a vehicle or a construction machine. The present invention may be arranged on a side of a seat other than the driver's seat.
The cable hole through which the cable passes and the cable housing groove may be formed in either one of the left and right movable hinge portions. That is, the following structure may be adopted: the left movable hinge portion 43 is formed with a cable accommodating groove or the like, and the right movable hinge portion 42 is not formed with a cable accommodating groove or the like.
The present invention is not limited to the examples as long as the effects and actions of the present invention are obtained.
