The sunshine time of each day is determined by utilizing sunrise and sunset time, and as the sunshine time of each day is different, the sunshine time, the determined hydraulic oil flow and the valve opening of the flow regulating assembly are regulated by utilizing the determined hydraulic oil flow again, so that the hydraulic oil can completely enter the inside of the angle regulating assembly after the sunshine time is finished, the photovoltaic panel assembly can automatically follow the change of the sun angle in all sunshine time by utilizing the pushing action of the hydraulic oil, and the photovoltaic panel assembly can be automatically regulated according to the local illumination time in different latitudes and different areas, thereby remarkably improving the illumination utilization rate and further improving the power generation efficiency.
When the angle of the photovoltaic panel assembly is adjusted to the most western, namely sunset, the set sunset time is reached at the moment, an external timer inputs signals to the micro servo motor at the moment, the micro servo motor is started again and is controlled to rotate reversely, at the moment, the two screw rods rotate along with the micro servo motor and drive the valve plate to displace upwards until the top end of the valve plate is contacted with the top end of the inner cavity of the valve groove, at the moment, the valve of the flow regulating assembly is completely closed, hydraulic oil is completely injected into the interior of the flow tube, no pressure is applied to the piston plate, the valve of the reflux electromagnetic valve is automatically opened, at the moment, the reset spring automatically resets, the piston plate automatically resets, the hydraulic oil in the interior of the flow tube is completely circulated into the recovery tube, the circulation is completed in the oil storage tank, and when the angle regulating assembly automatically resets, the deflection angle of the photovoltaic panel assembly can also automatically reset, the automatic regulation process is completed until the sunrise time set on the second day is reached.
Through recycling sunrise sunset time, trigger flow control subassembly through the sunset time of settlement, and realize the complete closure of flow control subassembly valve, and initiatively open the backward flow solenoid valve, and then accomplish angle adjustment subassembly's automatic re-setting, finally realize photovoltaic board subassembly deflection angle's automatic re-setting, whole reset process is automatic to be accomplished, need not the manual work and assist, make the device when realizing photovoltaic board subassembly and following sun angle and carry out automatic adjustment, can realize automatically that photovoltaic board subassembly resumes initial position and adjust for sunrise angle promptly after sunset, only need input sunrise sunset time and sunshine time can realize full-automatic independently adjusting process, degree of automation is higher, be fit for the array installation and use.
As a further technical scheme of the invention, the upper side and the lower side of the front end of the piston plate are respectively provided with a first tact switch, the upper side and the lower side of the rear end of the piston plate are respectively provided with a second tact switch, when the return spring is in an initial state, the second tact switch is contacted with the rear end of the inner cavity of the flow tube, and when the return spring is in a limit compression state, the first tact switch is contacted with the front end of the inner cavity of the flow tube.
As a further technical scheme of the invention, the water spraying assembly comprises a water storage tank, the bottom end of the water storage tank is connected with the top end of the heightening plate, a water injection valve is fixedly arranged in the middle of the rear end of the water storage tank, the water injection valve is communicated with an external water pipe, the top end of the water storage tank is fixedly communicated with a spray pipe at equal distance, an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the spray pipe, and the control end of the valve is electrically connected with the output end of the first tact switch.
The output ends of the first light touch switch and the second light touch switch are electrically connected with the input end of the backflow electromagnetic valve, specifically, when the front end of the first light touch switch is touched with the front end of the inner cavity of the flow tube, the backflow electromagnetic valve is in a normally open state, when the rear end of the second light touch switch is touched with the rear end of the inner cavity of the flow tube, the backflow electromagnetic valve is in a normally closed state, the first light touch switch is kept in a closed state before being triggered, and when the photovoltaic power generation panel is adjusted to the most western sunset position, the deflection angle of the photovoltaic power generation panel is matched with the deflection angle of the spray tube at the moment, namely, water flow sprayed by the spray tube can be just sprayed to the surface of the photovoltaic power generation panel.
When the piston plate moves forward under the action of the pressure pumped by the hydraulic oil pump, the photovoltaic plate assembly can gradually rotate towards the west direction until the first tact switch at the front end of the piston plate is contacted with the front end of the inner cavity of the flow tube, the valve inside the spray tube is automatically opened, clear water inside the water storage tank can be automatically sprayed out, the surface of the photovoltaic power generation plate is automatically cleaned through the spray tube, and after the water flow inside the water storage tank is used, and the first tact switch is not contacted with the flow tube any more, the spray tube valve is closed, so that the self-cleaning process is completed.

Embodiment one:
when the device is used, the time of an external timer can be set according to the sunrise and sunset time of the day, namely, when the set sunrise and sunset time is reached, the external timer can give a signal to the micro servo motor 148, the micro servo motor 148 is started to rotate positively to realize the opening of the valve, and when the set sunset time is reached, the external timer can give a signal to the micro servo motor 148, the micro servo motor 148 is started to rotate reversely to realize the closing of the valve, meanwhile, the opening of the valve plate 143, namely, the distance between the top end of the valve plate 143 and the top end of the inner cavity of the valve slot 142 corresponds to the sunshine time, namely, the distance time between sunrise and sunset is different, and the corresponding opening of the valve plate 143 is different.
And when the valve plate 143 is opened, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil pumped into the flow tube 131 tends to be in a constant state, at this time, the pressure and the flow rate of the hydraulic oil flowing into the flow tube 131 need to be ensured to be in a constant value, because the space inside the flow tube 131 is constant, i.e. when the piston plate 132 is displaced to the forefront end, the rear end of the piston plate 132 and the rear end space of the inner cavity of the flow tube 131 are in a constant state, i.e. when the hydraulic oil flowing into the flow tube 131 moves to the limit position in the piston plate 132, the hydraulic oil flowing into the flow tube 131 is in a constant state, i.e. the flow rate of the hydraulic oil flowing into the flow tube 131 is a fixed value in one day, i.e. the same space volume as the corresponding flow tube 131, and the duration of the hydraulic oil flowing into is variable, which can be calculated by the interval time of sunrise and sunset.
Assuming that the volume of the hydraulic oil entering the flow pipe 131 is L, the average flow rate is V, the inflow time of the hydraulic oil, i.e., the irradiation time is T, the area between the top end of the valve plate 143 and the top end of the inner cavity of the valve groove 142 is a, the flow rate of the hydraulic oil needs to be calculated to be q=l/T first, and then the above formula is brought into the formula shown in fig. 11, so that a=l/T/V is obtained, i.e., the opening of the valve plate 143, i.e., the area between the top end of the valve plate 143 and the top end of the inner cavity of the valve groove 142 can be determined by the irradiation time and the fixed average flow rate, and because the width of the valve groove 142 is fixed, when the corresponding cross-sectional area needs to be adjusted, only the distance between the top end of the valve plate 143 and the top end of the valve groove 142 needs to be adjusted, wherein the unit of L should be m, the unit of V is m/s, the unit of T is square meter, and the unit of a can be converted into mm when in actual use.
