Whether the intelligent seal cylinder is in the specified area or not can be judged by analyzing the image acquired by the first camera. Specifically, after the communication connection is successfully established between the printing control console and the intelligent seal barrel, the first camera is controlled to shoot, an image shot by the first camera is obtained, the image shot by the first camera is analyzed, and if the image acquired by the first camera comprises the intelligent seal barrel, the intelligent seal barrel is judged to be placed in a designated area. Whether the intelligent seal cylinder is in the appointed area or not can be detected through infrared technology, specifically, an infrared emitter is installed on the seal control console, the irradiation range of the infrared emitter is in the appointed area, an infrared receiver is arranged on the intelligent seal cylinder, when the intelligent seal cylinder receives the infrared signals of the infrared emitter, information of the infrared signals sent by the seal control console is sent to the seal control console, and when the seal control console receives the information, the intelligent seal cylinder is judged to be placed in the appointed area.
The intelligent seal cylinder 4 is used for unlocking the seal of the intelligent seal cylinder according to the unlocking instruction, generating a photographing instruction after detecting that the seal is stamped once, and sending the photographing instruction to the printing control console.
The intelligent seal cylinder is used for unlocking the seal of the intelligent seal cylinder according to the unlocking instruction, and concretely comprises a sliding block, the sliding block is locked at a fixed position, and the sliding block can be unlocked. When the slider is locked, the slider cannot slide. The seal is characterized in that a groove is formed in the sliding block and used for installing a seal, the seal surface of the seal faces the seal outlet of the intelligent seal cylinder, when the sliding block is locked, the seal cannot extend out of the seal cylinder to seal, and when the sliding block is unlocked, the sliding block can drive the seal to extend out of the seal cylinder to seal. Therefore, the intelligent seal cylinder is used for unlocking the seal of the intelligent seal cylinder according to the unlocking instruction, particularly unlocking the sliding block, and after the sliding block is unlocked, a user can stretch the seal out of the seal cylinder to seal through sliding the sliding block.
The seal console 5 is further configured to control, after receiving the photographing instruction for N seconds, the first camera to photograph a file to be sealed placed in the specified area according to the photographing instruction, and send the stamp-to-be-sealed file obtained by photographing to the seal management system for storage; wherein N is preset and is a positive integer.
Specifically, the N is set according to the actual situation, for example, the N may be 2 seconds. It should be noted that, after finishing once stamping, the user needs to take off the intelligent seal barrel rapidly, so that the first camera can clearly shoot the stamping file. The photographed seal file is displayed on a display. After the user confirms that the shot seal file is satisfied, the seal console can send the seal file to a seal management system to be bound and stored with a seal code. The seal console also has a supplementary shooting function, and a user can carry out supplementary shooting on the file to be sealed by using the supplementary shooting function when the obtained seal file image is not satisfied. Specifically, the print control console is used for controlling the first camera to shoot according to a shooting instruction triggered by a user on a display interface.
Through the arrangement, the seal is not required to be stored manually, so that the defect of manually storing the seal is overcome, and the seal used by a user is not limited by the time and the place of a storage person. In addition, the seal in the intelligent seal barrel is unlocked in the appointed area, and the appointed area is in the visual range of the first camera, so that the stamping condition can be monitored, and the problem of illegal use can be avoided. The seal control console is arranged to shoot and store the seal file, so that subsequent audit analysis can be facilitated, and whether the user has the problem of illegal use or not is judged. When detecting that the target drawer does not have an intelligent chapter cylinder, the identity information of the current user of the intelligent chapter cylinder is displayed and the user is notified when the intelligent chapter cylinder is put back to the target drawer, so that the user can urge the current chapter user to return to the chapter as soon as possible, and after the intelligent chapter cylinder returns, the user can know the current chapter cylinder at the first time, and the user experience can be improved by being favorable for solving the situation that some users compare the urgent chapter.
In an embodiment, the seal management system is further configured to bind the seal code with seal information of a user, where the seal information of the user includes a pre-seal file, and the seal management system is further configured to compare the pre-seal file with the seal file obtained by shooting through an OCR technology, and find a difference between the pre-seal file and the seal file obtained by shooting.
In this embodiment, the purpose is to enable the supervisory personnel such as audit to quickly know whether the seal file is consistent with the pre-seal file in the application information, and if not, which places are inconsistent, so that the supervisory personnel such as audit can quickly judge whether the personnel using the seal violates the problem of using the seal, and in addition, the audit efficiency can be improved. In an embodiment, the seal management system is further configured to bind the seal code with seal information of a user, where the seal information of the user includes a seal number, and the seal console is further configured to determine a corresponding seal number according to the seal code, and send the seal number to the intelligent seal cylinder, where the intelligent seal cylinder locks the seal of the intelligent seal cylinder after detecting the seal to seal the seal number.

the step of determining the target drawer according to the seal taking code after the face image is successfully acquired comprises the following steps:
after the face image is successfully acquired, acquiring the face image of the user from the seal management system according to the seal taking code, comparing the face image of the user with the face image acquired by the first face acquisition module, and judging whether the similarity between the face image acquired by the first face acquisition module and the face image of the user is larger than a set threshold value or not; if yes, determining a target drawer according to the seal taking code; if not, a prompt of facial discrepancy is displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, if the similarity between the face image acquired by the first face acquisition module and the face image of the user is greater than a set threshold value, the people corresponding to the two face images are the same person, and if the similarity is not greater than the set threshold value, the people are not the same person. displaying the identity information of the user on a display screen and after detecting that the intelligent seal cylinder is put back to the target drawer; notifying the user that the intelligent seal barrel is put back according to the telephone number of the user;
if sensing, ejecting the target drawer;
the printing control platform comprises a first camera; the seal control console is used for receiving the input seal code, initiating a communication connection establishment request to the intelligent seal cylinder after receiving the seal code, detecting whether the intelligent seal cylinder is placed in a designated area after the seal control console successfully establishes communication connection with the intelligent seal cylinder, and sending a seal unlocking instruction to the intelligent seal cylinder if the intelligent seal cylinder is placed in the designated area; the appointed area is in the visual range of the first camera;

the seal control console is further used for controlling the first camera to photograph the files to be sealed placed in the designated area according to the photographing instruction after receiving the photographing instruction for N seconds, and sending the stamp-to-be-sealed files obtained through photographing to the seal management system for storage; wherein N is preset and is a positive integer.

The seal management system according to claim 1, wherein the seal management system is further configured to bind the seal code with seal information of a user, the seal information of the user including a pre-seal file, and the seal management system is further configured to compare the pre-seal file with the photographed seal file by OCR technology, and to find out a difference between the pre-seal file and the photographed seal file.

The seal management system according to claim 1, wherein the seal management system is further configured to bind the seal code with seal information of a user, the seal information of the user including a seal number, the seal console is further configured to determine a corresponding seal number according to the seal code, and send the seal number to the intelligent seal cartridge, and the intelligent seal cartridge locks the seal of the intelligent seal cartridge after detecting the seal number.

The seal management system of claim 1, wherein if the intelligent seal cabinet further comprises a first face acquisition module, the intelligent seal cabinet is further configured to start the first face acquisition module to acquire a face image after receiving the return seal code input for the first time, and determine a target drawer according to the return seal code after successfully acquiring the face image.

The seal management system according to claim 1, wherein if the seal console further includes a second face acquisition module, the seal console is further configured to start the second face acquisition module to acquire a face image after receiving the input seal code, and initiate a request for establishing a communication connection to the intelligent seal cartridge placed in the designated area of the seal console after successfully acquiring the face image.

The seal management system according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent seal cartridge is further provided with a battery, the intelligent seal cabinet is further configured to acquire a remaining capacity of the intelligent seal cartridge battery in real time, and when the remaining capacity of the intelligent seal cartridge battery is smaller than a set first threshold, the intelligent seal cabinet charges the intelligent seal cartridge battery until the remaining capacity of the intelligent seal cartridge battery is equal to a set second threshold.
