As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the automatic stamping machine may include:
and step 410, when an image acquisition instruction is received, controlling a first camera device to shoot a file loaded on the supporting piece to obtain a first target image, and uploading the first target image to an upper computer.
The implementation of this step can be: and receiving an image acquisition instruction sent by the upper computer, and controlling the first camera device to shoot the file loaded on the supporting piece to obtain a first target image.
Wherein, the realization that the host computer acquires the image acquisition instruction can be: when detecting that the automatic stamping machine is connected to the upper computer, the upper computer displays the image acquisition button, and when detecting that the image acquisition button is triggered, the upper computer sends an image acquisition instruction to the automatic stamping machine.
It should be noted that, before the upper computer triggers the image capture button, the user places the document to be stamped on the holder 10.
When the automatic stamping machine receives an image acquisition instruction, the first camera device is controlled to shoot a file borne on the supporting piece to obtain a first target image, and the first target image is uploaded to the upper computer.
And step 420, receiving a stamping instruction which is sent by the upper computer and carries stamping position information, wherein the stamping position information is coordinate information of a selected area or a selected position in the first target image.
The upper computer displays the first icon image after receiving the first target image; acquiring a region or a position selected by a user in the first target image; and acquiring coordinate information of the selected area or the selected position in the first target image.
Optionally, before the upper computer generates the coordinate information, the upper computer may obtain a horizontal coordinate range of the supporting member and a vertical coordinate range of the supporting member; and determining the transverse coordinate range of the supporting piece as the transverse coordinate range of the first icon image, and determining the longitudinal coordinate range of the supporting piece as the longitudinal coordinate range of the first icon image.
If the user selects the stamping position on the upper computer, the implementation of step 420 may be: and receiving a stamping instruction which is sent by the upper computer and carries stamping position information, wherein the stamping position information comprises a horizontal coordinate value and a vertical coordinate value.
If the user selects the stamping area on the upper computer, the implementation of step 420 may be: and receiving a stamping instruction which is sent by the upper computer and carries stamping position information, wherein the stamping position information comprises a horizontal coordinate value range and a vertical coordinate value range.
Step 430, controlling the moving mechanism to drive the target seal to seal the file according to the seal position information, so that the position of the seal of the target seal on the file is close to or the same as the position of the selected area or the selected position in the first target image.
This step can be achieved in two ways:
firstly, if the stamping position information comprises an abscissa value and an ordinate value, a moving mechanism is controlled to drive a target stamp to stamp at a coordinate point formed by the abscissa value and the ordinate value on a supporting piece.
Secondly, if the stamping position information comprises an abscissa value range and an ordinate value range, controlling a moving mechanism to drive a target stamp to stamp in an area formed by the abscissa value range and the ordinate value range on the supporting piece.
In summary, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when an image acquisition instruction is received, the first camera device is controlled to shoot a file carried on the supporting member to obtain a first target image, and the first target image is uploaded to the upper computer; receiving a stamping instruction which is sent by an upper computer and carries stamping position information, wherein the stamping position information is coordinate information of a selected area or a selected position in a first target image; controlling a moving mechanism to drive a target seal to seal on the file according to the sealing position information, so that the position of the seal of the target seal on the file is close to or the same as the position of the selected area or the selected position in the first target image; the problem of poor stamping precision by using an intelligent stamping system in the related technology is solved; the effect of improving the poor precision of automatic stamping is achieved.
In an example, a plurality of seals may be disposed in the safety box of the automatic stamping machine, the stamping instruction received by the automatic stamping machine from the upper computer further includes a seal identifier of the seal selected by the user, and the seal having the seal identifier is determined as the target seal before the automatic stamping machine executes step 430.
In one example, the stamping instructions further include a stamp rotation angle. The upper computer can acquire the seal rotation angle through the following modes:
firstly, the seal rotation angle input by a user in an upper computer is obtained. For example, the display is used for inputting a seal rotation angle input frame, acquiring the seal rotation angle input in the input frame, and adding the seal rotation angle to a stamping command.
Secondly, displaying a standard stamp image of the target stamp at a position selected by a user or in a region selected by the user on the first target image; the user can operate the standard seal image to rotate the standard seal image; and the upper computer acquires the rotation angle of the standard stamp image and adds the rotation angle to the stamping instruction.
In one example, the moving mechanism is controlled to drive the target stamp to be pressed down to the inkpad area before step 430 is performed.
In one example, prior to performing step 430, the time that the target stamp was last pressed down to the inkpad zone is obtained; acquiring the use times of a target seal in a time period from the time to the current time; determining whether the inkpad increase condition is met according to the time interval length between the time and the current time and the use times; and if the inkpad increasing condition is met, controlling the moving mechanism to drive the target seal to be pressed down to the inkpad area.
Optionally, if it is detected that the time interval length is longer than the preset time, it is determined that the inkpad increment condition is met, and the moving mechanism is controlled to drive the target stamp to be pressed down to the inkpad area.
Optionally, if it is detected that the number of times of use is higher than the preset number of times, it is determined that an inkpad increase condition is satisfied, and the moving mechanism is controlled to drive the target stamp to be pressed down to the inkpad area.
In one example, after step 430 is executed, the second camera device is controlled to shoot the file carried on the supporting piece to obtain a second target image, and the second icon image is uploaded to the upper computer.
Whether the seal stamped on the file carried on the supporting piece is clear can be confirmed in the following ways:
firstly, the upper computer displays a second target image, a confirmation button and a re-stamping button; the upper computer stops displaying the second target image when detecting that the confirmation button is triggered; when detecting that the re-stamping button is triggered, the upper computer controls the moving mechanism to drive the target stamp to be pressed down to the inkpad area, and then executes the step 430 again.
Secondly, after receiving a second target image, the upper computer extracts a seal image of the target seal on the file from the second target image; the upper computer calculates the similarity between the stamp image and the standard stamp image of the target stamp; sending the matching result carrying the similarity to an automatic stamping machine; the automatic stamping machine receives the matching result; when the similarity of the automatic stamping machine in the matching result is lower than the preset threshold value, the seal of the file on the supporting piece is not clear, at the moment, the moving mechanism is controlled to drive the target seal to be pressed down to the inkpad area, and then the step 430 is executed again.
The extraction of the stamp image of the target stamp on the document from the second target image may be implemented as follows: sequentially obtaining the pixel value of each pixel point in the standard seal image; and if the pixel value of the pixel point indicates that the color of the pixel point is not red and is not a color close to the red, updating the pixel value of the pixel point to be 255.
The preset range is set by a system developer, for example, the system developer may obtain a pink pixel value as an upper limit value of the preset range, and determine a red pixel value as a lower limit value of the preset range; the standard seal image of the target seal is stored in the upper computer in advance.
Thirdly, after receiving the second target image, the upper computer extracts a seal image of the target seal on the file from the second target image; the upper computer calculates the similarity between the stamp image and the standard stamp image of the target stamp; if the similarity is lower than the preset threshold, the moving mechanism is controlled to drive the target stamp to be pressed down to the inkpad area, and then step 430 is executed again.
In one example, the user may control the automatic stamping machine to enter the repeated stamping mode on the upper computer, and the automatic stamping machine entering the repeated stamping mode stamps a stamp at the same position on the support, so that step 430 may be implemented as follows: controlling a moving mechanism to drive a target seal to move to a position above a coordinate point on a supporting piece, wherein the coordinate point corresponds to the stamping position information; controlling the target seal to lift up after the target seal is pressed down to the file on the supporting piece; determining whether the file on the supporting piece is replaced according to the information detected by the sensor assembly; and if the file on the supporting piece is determined to be replaced, controlling the target seal to be pressed down onto the file on the supporting piece and controlling the target seal to be lifted.
Optionally, before the control target seal is pressed down to the document on the supporting piece, whether the inkpad adding condition is met or not can be judged; if the inkpad adding condition is met, firstly controlling the moving mechanism to drive the target seal to be pressed down to the inkpad area; and then controlling the moving mechanism to drive the target seal to move to the position above a coordinate point corresponding to the position information on the supporting piece, and then controlling the target seal to press down to the file on the supporting piece to finish one stamping operation.
Wherein the sensor assembly may include a pressure sensor and/or an infrared sensor; for example, after the value detected by the pressure sensor is less than the predetermined value and the value detected by the pressure sensor is higher than the predetermined value, the document on the holder is considered to have been replaced. For another example, a plurality of infrared sensors are disposed in an area of the holder for carrying the document, and if distances detected by the plurality of infrared sensors are greater than a predetermined distance, and the distances detected by the plurality of infrared sensors are all less than the predetermined distance, the document on the holder is considered to have been replaced.
In one example, when the automatic stamping machine detects that the box door is opened, the automatic stamping machine controls the second camera device to record until the box door is closed; and storing the video data recorded by the second camera device as a video file. Therefore, the staff records for stamping can be conveniently searched subsequently, and whether staff exceeding the authority stamping exists or not can be discriminated.
Optionally, an image frame captured by the second camera device is obtained; and identifying a face image from the image frame, and controlling the automatic stamping machine to alarm if the face image is not matched with the face image of a legal stamping person. For example, a buzzer is controlled to alarm.
In one example, an electronic lock is coupled to an automatic stamping machine; the user can input a password into the electronic lock, and when the password input by the user is correct, the electronic lock sends a first notification message for notifying that the electronic lock is opened to a processor of the automatic stamping machine; when the electronic lock is closed, sending a second notification message for notifying that the electronic lock is closed to a processor of the automatic stamping machine; the processor of the automatic stamping machine controls the mechanical lock to be effective according to the first notification message, so that a user can open the box door by using a mechanical key; and the processor of the automatic stamping machine controls the mechanical lock to be invalid according to the second notification message, so that the user cannot open the box door by using the mechanical key.
Through setting up the electronic lock and then make irrelevant personnel can not carry out the operation of stamping through destroying mechanical lock. Only after the electronic lock identifies the authority of the operator and the authentication is passed, the operator is allowed to open the mechanical lock by using the mechanical key so as to carry out the stamping operation. Namely, the safety box has double insurance of an electronic lock and a mechanical lock, and the safety performance of the safety box is greatly improved.
In one example, the automatic stamping machine alarms when detecting that the safety box is subject to mechanical damage, thereby improving the safety performance of the automatic stamping machine.
In one example, the automatic stamping machine further comprises a protection structure (not shown) electrically connected to the processor 40, the protection structure being configured to push the holder 10 to eject or close the door 51 upon receiving a processor alarm command. And when detecting that the safety box is damaged mechanically, the processor of the automatic stamping machine sends out an alarm instruction.
The invention also provides a control device of the automatic stamping machine, which can comprise a processor and a memory, wherein the processor is used for executing computer program instructions to complete various processes and methods, the memory is used for storing program instructions, and the processor can realize the control method of the automatic stamping machine related to any one of the embodiments by executing the program instructions.
