Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a technical solution: a heat recovery system for a hvac comprising:
the heat preservation tank comprises a bearing frame 1, wherein a heat preservation tank 2 is fixedly arranged at the bottom layer of the bearing frame 1; and
the waste heat utilization device 3 is fixed on two layers of the bearing frame 1 and is connected with the heat preservation tank 2 through the butt joint pipe 5, and the waste heat utilization device 3 is also in butt joint with a heating ventilation air conditioner.
As a preferred embodiment, the waste heat utilization device 3 includes:
the bin body 31 is fixed on the bearing frame 1, and a convection window 34 is fixedly arranged at the top of the bin body 31;
the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 is fixed in the bin body 31, one end of the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 is provided with a water inlet valve 36, and the other end of the waste heat recovery mechanism is connected with the butt joint pipe 5; and
and one end of the waste heat distribution mechanism 33 is connected to the waste heat recovery mechanism 4, and the other end is connected to the heating ventilation air conditioner.
When the hvac starts to operate, the hot air source is first introduced into the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 as required under the action of the waste heat distribution mechanism 33, and the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 heats water therein by the distributed hot air source, so as to recycle waste heat of the hvac.
As a preferred embodiment, the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 includes:
the first temperature control mechanism 41 and the second temperature control mechanism 42 are symmetrically fixed in the bin body 31, and the first temperature control mechanism 41 and the second temperature control mechanism 42 are connected through an adjusting valve 46;
a first heat flow pipe 43, one end of which is connected with and conducted with the first temperature control mechanism 41, and the other end of which is connected with the waste heat distribution mechanism 33;
a second heat flow pipe 44, one end of which is connected with and conducted with the second temperature control mechanism 42, and the other end of which is connected with the waste heat distribution mechanism 33; and
one end of the water outlet valve 45 is connected to the second temperature control mechanism 42, and the other end is connected to the second temperature control mechanism.
As a preferred embodiment, the waste heat distribution mechanism 33 mainly includes a driving fan and a control valve, and a rotation speed sensor is further disposed on a main shaft of the driving fan, and the rotation speed sensor adjusts the opening and closing control of the control valve on the first heat flow pipe 43 and the second heat flow pipe 44 according to the rotation speed of the driving fan.
It should be noted that, the heating ventilation air conditioner will generate different heating values when working under different environments and states, and the heat dissipation fan rotation speed will be different when the heating ventilation air conditioner dissipates heat under different heating values, that is, the greater the heat dissipation fan rotation speed will be (the greater the wind speed is) under the condition of the greater heating value.
When the heating ventilation air conditioner starts to start, the hot air source drives the driving fan to rotate, the rotation rate of the driving fan is detected through the rotation speed sensor, meanwhile, the rotation of the driving fan provides necessary electric quantity for the rotation speed sensor and the control valve, when the rotation speed sensor detects that the rotation speed is small (the heating of the heating ventilation air conditioner is small), the control valve enables the hot air source to only enter the first heat pipe 43, so that only the water source in the first heat control mechanism 41 is heated, meanwhile, the regulating valve 46 is closed, the condition that the water source in the first heat control mechanism 41 cannot meet the basic use condition is avoided, the water source in the first heat control mechanism 41 flows into the second heat control mechanism 42, meanwhile, if the temperature of the water source reaches the basic use condition when the temperature of the hot air source is small, the regulating valve 46 is opened, the water source flows into the second heat control mechanism 42, the residual temperature in the bin body 31 is utilized to improve the heat preservation and the hot water source is stored, when the first heat control mechanism 41 is completely discharged, and when the water source in the first heat control mechanism 41 reaches the basic use condition again, the waste heat generated by the heating ventilation air conditioner is prevented from being completely heated under the heating condition.
When the rotation speed sensor detects that the rotation speed is large (the heating of the heating ventilation air conditioner is large), the control valve is opened simultaneously, so that the hot air source enters the first temperature control mechanism 41 and the second temperature control mechanism 42, the heating value of the hot air source is higher because the overall heating of the heating ventilation air conditioner is large, the water source in the first temperature control mechanism 41 and the second temperature control mechanism 42 can be heated to a higher temperature, and the heated water source flows into the heat preservation tank 2 through the water outlet valve 45 under the action of the butt joint pipe 5 for heat preservation and storage, so that the water source temperature can be maintained in a basic use condition for a long time.
As a preferred embodiment, the first temperature control mechanism 41 and the second temperature control mechanism 42 are similar in structure, and each includes:
a water storage tank 411 fixed in the bin body 31 and connected thereto through a pipe;
a heat flow regulating mechanism 412 fixed to the water storage tank 411;
a heat flow connection housing 413 fixed to the heat flow adjustment mechanism 412 and connected to the heat flow adjustment mechanism 412 by a convection tube 414; and
a heat pipe 415 having one end fixed to the first heat pipe 43 and the other end fixed to the heat flow connection housing 413.
It should be noted that, when the hot air source flows into the heat flow connection housing 413 through the heat conduction tube 415, the convection tube 414 guides the heat source in the heat flow connection housing 413 into the heat flow adjustment mechanism 412, and at this time, the heat flow adjustment mechanism 412 can passively adjust the space between the heat flow adjustment mechanism 412 and the water storage tank 411 in real time according to the wind speed (the heat value of the side reaction heat source), so as to improve the full utilization of the heat value in the hot air source by the water storage tank 411 and improve the recovery efficiency of the waste heat of the heating ventilation air conditioner.
As a preferred embodiment, the heat flow adjustment mechanism 412 includes:
a plurality of brackets 4121 which are uniformly fixed on the surface of the water storage tank 411 around the circumference, and slide ways are arranged on the brackets 4121;
a housing 4122 fixed to the bracket 4121, wherein a plurality of mounting grooves are indirectly formed in the housing 4122;
a slider 4124 slidably disposed within the slideway,
the two telescopic rods 4123 are symmetrically arranged by taking the bracket 4121 as a central axis, the fixed ends are rotatably arranged in the mounting grooves, and the sliding ends are rotatably arranged on the sliding blocks 4124; and
the first arcuate plate 4125 and the second arcuate plate 4126 are respectively fixed to the sliding ends of the telescopic rod 4123.
In a preferred embodiment, the first arc plate 4125 and the second arc plate 4126 are provided with magnets on their contact surfaces, and the first arc plate 4125 will be located above the second arc plate 4126 on their contact surfaces, and the space formed by the first arc plate 4125, the second arc plate 4126 and the water storage tank 411 is a heating space.
It should be noted that, when the wind speed of the hot air source increases, the pressure in the heating space increases, and at this time, the increased pressure expands the heating space, so that the telescopic rod 4123 lifts under the limitation of the sliding block 4124 and the sliding way, and the telescopic rod 4123 lifts the arc plate one 4125 and the arc plate two 4126 at the same time, so that the heating space increases, so that more hot air sources can be stored in unit time, and the flow rate of the hot air sources in the heating space is reduced, so as to improve the recovery effect of the heat value; conversely, the reduction of the wind speed of the hot air source (small heat value) reduces the pressure of the heating space, the reduction of the heating space promotes the reduction of the storage of the hot air source in unit time, the flow rate of the hot air source is improved, and the heat recovery effect is improved while the heat of the water source is prevented from being taken away.
It should be explained that the arrangement of the magnet can make the first arc plate 4125 and the second arc plate 4126 always contact, so as to avoid the loss of the hot air source caused by separation in the moving process; the first arc plate 4125 is positioned above the second arc plate 4126, and can effectively avoid flowing out of the contact gap according to the flow direction of the hot air source.
In specific implementation, the waste heat distribution mechanism 33 distributes the hot air source generated by the heating ventilation and air conditioning into the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 according to different wind speeds, and the waste heat recovery mechanism 4 heats the water source according to the distribution state of the hot air source by adopting different heating modes, so that the recycling of the waste heat of the heating ventilation and air conditioning is improved, and the heated water source can be kept in a reasonable use temperature range for a long time.
The foregoing description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical solution of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
