The antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of polyester fiber, 15 parts of nylon fiber, 18 parts of cotton fiber, 5 parts of sisal fiber, 12 parts of triacetate fiber, 1 part of waterproof agent, 2 parts of nano bamboo charcoal fiber and 3 parts of nano titanium dioxide powder.
Example 3
The antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of polyester fiber, 18 parts of nylon fiber, 21 parts of cotton fiber, 7.5 parts of sisal fiber, 16 parts of triacetate fiber, 3.5 parts of waterproof agent, 3.5 parts of nano bamboo charcoal fiber and 4 parts of nano titanium dioxide powder.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
S1, blending the polyester fibers, the nylon fibers, the cotton fibers, the sisal fibers and the triacetate fibers provided by the embodiment by a spinning machine, and blending in a crisscross manner, so that a preliminary polyester fabric is woven;
S2, putting the waterproof agent and the nano bamboo charcoal fibers into a stirrer, adding water for dilution, and then putting the primary polyester fabric obtained by blending in the S1 into the stirrer for full stirring, wherein the stirring speed is controlled to be 80-120 r/min, and the stirring time is controlled to be 1-2 hours;
s3, placing the fabric subjected to stirring in the S2 into a dryer for drying treatment, controlling the drying temperature to be 60-80 ℃, controlling the drying time to be 3-5 hours, opening the dryer after drying for 1-2 hours, uniformly spraying nano titanium dioxide powder onto the surface of the fabric after dissolving, and then continuously drying for 2-3 hours, so that the antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric is obtained.
From the three embodiments described above, it is known that: the antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric prepared in the embodiment 3 has good crease resistance and shape retention, the waterproof agent and the nano bamboo charcoal fiber are added in the dyeing process, and finally, the nano titanium dioxide powder is applied to the fabric through after-finishing, so that the excellent performances of water repellency, antibacterial property and sunlight resistance of the polyester fabric are provided, and the antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric is an optimal formula.
Example 4
Based on the above process, as shown in fig. 2-11, the preparation device of the antibacterial waterproof functional polyester fabric provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a base 1, a cleaning mechanism 2, an adhering mechanism 3 and a leveling mechanism 4, wherein the cleaning mechanism 2 is fixedly arranged on one side of the top of the base 1, the leveling mechanism 4 is arranged on the other side of the top of the base 1, and the adhering mechanism 3 is arranged on the top of the base 1 and positioned between the cleaning mechanism 2 and the leveling mechanism 4;
