The control module can control the back flushing program, control the automatic start and stop of equipment, collect data and display functions through setting time, the liquid level height of the sand filter tank, the pressure difference of the ultrafiltration membrane component and other numerical values.
When in use, the water purification treatment equipment is externally connected with a control module to set time (input: 15 minutes of running time and 0.5 minutes of back flushing) so as to control a back flushing program: closing the water inlet valve 6, closing the water outlet valve 23, opening the water washing control valve 20, opening the air washing control valve 22, opening the back flushing water pump 19, and opening the fan; after 0.5 minutes, the backwash procedure ended: closing a back flushing water pump 19, closing a fan, closing a water washing control valve 20, closing a gas washing control valve 22, opening a water inlet valve 6 and opening a water outlet valve 23;
the control module collects and displays water inlet parameters: pH, turbidity, chlorophyll; water outlet parameters: pH, turbidity, residual chlorine; the on-off state and fault display of each electric equipment; displaying the opening of the valve; clear water tank level.
The system of the embodiment is applied to the treatment of reservoir water in a certain area, and the water quality of inlet and outlet water is shown in table 1.

Claims (10)

1. The modularized integrated water purification treatment system is characterized by comprising water purification treatment equipment and an external dosing module of the equipment; the water purification treatment equipment comprises a flocculation module (1), a precipitation module (2), a filtering module (3) and a back flushing module (4) which are connected in sequence, wherein each module is split or processed into integral equipment; the filter module (3) comprises a filter tank and a sand filter assembly (15-1) or an ultrafiltration membrane assembly (15-2) in the filter tank; the dosing module comprises a pre-disinfection dosing device (16), a clear water disinfection dosing device (17) and a flocculation medicament dosing device (18), wherein dosing ends of the pre-disinfection dosing device (16) and the flocculation medicament dosing device (18) are connected with the flocculation module (1), and dosing ends of the clear water disinfection dosing device (17) enter a clear water tank of the back flushing module (4) through a pipeline.

The modular integrated water purification treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the flocculation module (1) comprises a water inlet pump (5), a water inlet valve (6), a flowmeter (7), a water inlet quality on-line monitoring instrument (8), a pipeline mixer (9) and a flocculation tank, which are sequentially connected through a water inlet pipeline, the pipeline mixer (9) is connected with a water inlet of the flocculation tank, and a grid plate (10) is arranged in the flocculation tank.
