S4: after the air flow generated by the fan blade 1001 contacts the atomized cooling liquid, the atomized cooling liquid is discharged from the rectangular filter tube 14 in the atomized cooling box 6, firstly, the air flow carrying the atomized cooling liquid passes through the denser gauze 35, the flowing air passes through the gauze 35 with smaller gaps, the cooling liquid is filtered by the gauze 35 and remains in the atomized cooling box 6, then, the cooling liquid passes through the folded plate 36, the filter brushes 3603 and the filter screens 3601 to be staggered, gaps among the folded plates 36 are smaller, and the filter brushes 3603 and the filter screens 3601 are mutually staggered, so that the atomized cooling liquid is sufficiently filtered, and the atomized cooling liquid is prevented from being discharged.
