本发明公开了一种高效去除汞的吸附材料及其制备方法,其制备方法包括:将纤维素剪碎,并在无水乙醇中超声洗涤以除去杂质,真空干燥后得到脱脂纤维素;将脱脂纤维素加入含溴乙酰溴的有机溶液中,在25~60℃下搅拌反应24~72 h,然后过滤并用无水乙醇洗涤,经干燥得到溴化纤维素;在氮气保护下,将溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠加入无水乙醇中,在60~90℃下搅拌反应24~96 h,然后过滤并用水或乙醇洗涤,经干燥得到所述吸附材料。本发明成本低,能有效提高吸附材料中巯基官能团密度和分散性,能高效、快速去除多种介质中的汞;且制备得到的吸附材料具有良好的稳定性和选择性。

技术领域
本发明属于材料技术领域,涉及一种高效去除汞的吸附材料及其制备方法,用于水中无机汞离子(Hg2+)和溶解态络合态汞(Hg-DOM)、空气中汞蒸汽(Hg0)和有机溶剂中氯化苯汞(PMC)的快速、高效去除。
背景技术
人类社会和工业的快速发展向环境中释放了大量汞,其对全球生态系统和公众健康带来巨大威胁,受到全球各国的广泛关注。汞是毒性最强的重金属之一,每年超6000吨各种形态的汞通过工业产品/副产品和相关工艺等途径释放到环境中。由于汞的高毒性和强烈的生物累积性,只有微量的汞会严重损害人类的生殖、消化、中枢神经系统和大脑,严重威胁公共健康和环境的威胁。在过去的几十年中,开发了如化学沉淀、膜分离、氧化/还原、生物处理、电解法和吸附等众多技术用于汞去除。其中吸附法因其成本低、操作灵活、无副产物和可重复使用等特性,被认为是去除痕量重金属最有效的方法之一。
传统活性炭、沸石、纳米金属氧化物和树脂等吸附剂已广泛用于去除废水中的汞。然而,这些吸附剂面临着吸附能力低、动力学慢、选择性差的问题,这限制了它们的实际应用,特别是难以满足对突发汞污染事件的快速修复。根据路易斯酸碱理论,软碱配体(巯基/含硫官能团)与软酸重金属汞可形成强的配位键。因此已有大量研究对现有粘土、树脂、中孔二氧化硅、活性炭、中孔碳等传统吸附材料进行巯基化/硫化改性,以提升汞去除效能。但受限于接枝含硫官能团密度低且分布不均等因素,含硫功能化的传统吸附材料的对汞的亲和力低,难以将汞浓度降低至饮用水标准允许的衡量值。
近年来,以金属有机框架(MOFs)、多孔有机聚合物(POPs)等为代表的新型吸附材料因具有高表面积、功能团可编辑以及高分散性等特点,在汞去除领域受到广泛关注。通过在MOFs/POSs框架中进行含硫功能团改性,可对Hg表现出高吸附效能和快去除速率,吸附量超过500mg/g,Hg的残留浓度低于1ppb。但是MOFs通常在水中,特别是pH大幅变动的废水中不稳定,而POPs存在原料成本高和合成过程过于复杂等缺陷,严重限制这些新型汞吸附材料的实际应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明的目的就在于提供一种高效去除汞的吸附材料及其制备方法,本发明成本低,能有效提高吸附材料中巯基官能团密度和分散性,能高效、快速去除多种介质中的汞;且制备得到的吸附材料具有良好的稳定性和选择性。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,将脱脂纤维素加入到含溴乙酰溴的有机溶液中使得纤维素溴化,得到溴化纤维素;然后在氮气保护下,使溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠反应,使得溴化纤维素巯基化,从而得到所述吸附材料。
进一步地,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维素剪碎,并在无水乙醇中超声洗涤以除去杂质,真空干燥后得到脱脂纤维素;
(2)将脱脂纤维素加入含溴乙酰溴的有机溶液中,在25~60℃下搅拌反应24~72h,然后过滤并用无水乙醇洗涤,经干燥得到溴化纤维素;
(3)在氮气保护下,将溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠加入无水乙醇中,在60~90℃下搅拌反应24~96h,然后过滤并用水或乙醇洗涤,经干燥得到所述吸附材料。
进一步地,所述纤维素为木质纤维素和棉纤维素中的一种。优选地,所述棉纤维为棉纤维素。
进一步地,所述有机溶液由溴乙酰溴溶于有机溶剂中得到,有机溶液中溴乙酰溴的体积分数为1~5%;所述有机溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃、二甲基亚砜中的一种或多种。优选地,所述有机溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。
进一步地,步骤(2)中,脱脂纤维素和有机溶液的质量体积比为:1g:50~150mL。
进一步地,溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠的质量比为:1:3~1:7。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,加入的无水乙醇使硫氢化钠完全溶解即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明以天然纤维素为原料,利用溴乙酰溴将纤维素表面和内部丰富的羟基溴化为溴代烃;然后采用硫氢化钠巯基化,从而使得溴代烃转化为巯基,同时因硫氢化钠的弱酸性,从而可对纤维素部分降解而剥离,进而使得制备得到的吸附材料具有高比面积和孔隙率。
2、本发明制备得到的吸附材料在pH 1~12范围内对Hg2+均具有较高的吸附效能,最大吸附量达652.9mg/g,也可用于Hg0蒸汽和有机相中的有机Hg的有效去除,并具有良好的化学稳定性和选择性,循环使用20次,对Hg2+的去除率仍高于95%。
3、本发明采用的主要原料天然纤维素来源广、成本低,其余原料均为常规化学试剂,从而能有效降低吸附材料生产成本,且制备方法简单,条件温和,未涉及高温操作,具有广泛推广应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
将1.0g棉纤维素(CU)剪碎,并在无水乙醇中超声洗涤10分钟以除去杂质。真空干燥后,将脱脂棉纤维素加入100mL含3%溴乙酰溴体积分数的DMF溶液中,并在40℃下搅拌反应48小时。然后过滤混合物并用无水乙醇洗涤固体,室温下真空干燥以获得溴化纤维素(CU-Br)。在N2下将CU-Br和硫氢化钠(5.2g)加入200mL无水乙醇中,并在75℃下搅拌3天使当溴化烃基转化为硫醇的同时纤维素被剥离。过滤收集最终产物,用去离子水和乙醇充分洗涤,室温下真空干燥后得到棕色粉末形式的吸附材料(剥离巯基化纤维素,CU-SH)。
实施例2
本实施例同实施例1,不同之处在于,本实施例中DMF溶液中溴乙酰溴的体积分数为1%。

由上表可以看出:溴乙酰溴和硫氢化钠的用量显著影响改性纤维素中巯基官能团的含量,进而影响Hg的吸附效能。溴乙酰溴体积分数低于1%时,低的溴乙酰溴接枝量导致低的巯基密度,溴乙酰溴体积分数高于5%时,由于纤维素上可反应羟基的数量限制,改性纤维素中的巯基密度不再显著增加。因此,溴乙酰溴合理的体积分数为1%~5%时,此时改性纤维素中巯基官能团含量较高,达1.62~3.08mmol/g。硫氢化钠加入量低于3g不能有效的将溴代烃转化为巯基,硫氢化钠加入量高于7g,硫氢化钠相对溴代烃过量,造成试剂浪费,因此合理的硫氢化钠加入量为3~7g。此外反应温度对最终纤维素上巯基官能团密度也存在较大影响,温度过低,反应不能有效进行,导致低巯基密度。温度提升到一定程度后,反应即可彻底进行。过高温度不仅不会增加巯基接枝率,还会增加纤维素的水解。因此溴乙酰溴对纤维素溴化时的合理温度范围为25~60℃,硫氢化钠处理时的合理温度范围为60~90℃。
2、实施例1中棉纤维素(CU)、溴化纤维素(CU-Br)和剥离巯基化纤维素(CU-SH)的实物图片如图1所示;CU的SEM图片和对应的EDS能谱图如图2所示;CU-Br的SEM图片和对应的EDS能谱图如图3所示;CU-SH的SEM图片和对应的EDS能谱图如图4所示;CU、CU-Br和CU-SH的XPS能谱分析、N2吸附-解吸等温线和孔径分布分别如图5、图6和图7所示。
由图1可见,白色棉纤维素CU溴化后变成黄色溴化纤维素CU-Br,巯基化后得到棕色粉末状的生物基汞吸附材料CU-SH。
图2的SEM图像显示,棉纤维素具有典型的纤维结构,纤维表面非常光滑,平均直径约为15μm,EDS能谱显示主要含C和O两种元素且分布均匀。经溴乙酰溴溴化后得到的CU-Br仍保持纤维结构,但纤维间隙中纤维素碎片含量显著增加,纤维表面可见明显的皱纹,EDS能谱分析显示出现Br元素,且分布均匀,证明溴化成功(图3)。经NaHS巯基化后得到CU-SH保持纤维状结构,纤维尺寸显著降低,平均直径约1μm,且纤维表面变得非常粗糙,证明此步改性使棉纤维成功剥离,EDS能谱显示Br元素消失,并出现S元素且分布均匀,证明巯基成功接枝到纤维表面(图4)。
XPS能谱显示棉纤维素CU主要由C和O组成,溴化后CU-Br中出现了典型的Br 3d峰,NaHS巯基化后Br3d峰消失,出现S2p特征峰,S元素含量为8.38wt%,约2.62mmol/g(图5),结果与EDS能谱分析相同,证明大量SH官能团被接枝到纤维素中。比表面积分析显示,CU比表面积仅为0.7m2/g,溴化后CU-Br的比表面积增加至108.39m2/g,巯基化后的CU-SH比表面积进一步增加至278.06m2/g(图6)。孔径分析结果显示溴化与巯基化显著降低纤维素的孔径,平均孔径由Cud 46.59nm降低至CU-SH的16.79(图7)。
3、实施例1中的CU、、CU-Br和CU-SH进行汞吸附测试
(1)CU、CU-Br和CU-SH对Hg2+的吸附差异
测试条件为60mg吸附剂加入到300mL浓度为10mg/L的Hg2+水溶液中,间隔一定时间梯度后取3mL混合物,用0.45μm滤膜过滤后用冷原子吸收汞分析仪检测滤液中Hg2+浓度。
CU、CU-Br和CU-SH对Hg2+吸附随时间的变化曲线如图8所示,CU和CU-Br几乎不吸附Hg2+,吸附4h溶液中Hg2+浓度没有显著降低,Hg2+去除率低于1%。相反,CU-SH可以实现Hg2+的快速高效去除,1min内对Hg2+(10ppm)的去除率达92%,10min去除率超99.8%。
(2)pH对CU-SH吸附Hg2+的影响
测试条件为10mg的CU-SH(0.2g/L)加入到50mL浓度为200mg/L的Hg2+水溶液中,利用1mol/L硝酸和1mol/L氢氧化钠条件至设定pH值(±0.05),室温200rpm振动吸附2h后过滤并利用冷原子吸收汞分析仪检测滤液中Hg浓度。
CU-SH在不同pH值下对Hg2+的吸附效能如图9所示,CU-SH在pH 1-12范围内对Hg2+均具有较高的吸附效能,吸附量超300mg/g。其中在偏中性条件下(pH 3-8),CU-SH对Hg2+的吸附效能更佳,吸附量超450mg/g。不同pH值吸附测试结果表明CU-SH可用于pH大幅波动的废水中Hg2+的高效去除。
(3)CU-SH在水介质中对Hg2+的去除效能
测试条件为10mg的CU-SH加入到50mL浓度梯度为10-500mg/L的Hg2+水溶液中,利用1mol/L硝酸和1mol/L氢氧化钠条件至设定pH至5.0±0.05,室温条件下200rpm振动吸附24h使吸附达到平衡。吸附结束后混合物用0.45μm滤膜过滤后用冷原子吸收汞分析仪检测滤液中Hg浓度。
测试结果如图10所示,平衡浓度Ce为0-30mg/L时,吸附量随Ce的增加快速从0mg/g增加至350mg/g。Ce继续增加时,吸附量缓慢增加,最大吸附量达652.9mg/g。表明CU-SH对水介质中的Hg2+具有高吸附容量。
(4)CU-SH在水介质中对Hg-DOM的去除效能
Hg-DOM的制备参考文献制备(Environmental Science&Technology,2021,55(2):1231-1241)。2mg的CU-SH加入到20mL浓度梯度为0.5-15mg/L的Hg-DOM水溶液中,室温条件下200rpm振动吸附24h使吸附达到平衡。吸附结束后混合物用0.45μm滤膜过滤后用冷原子吸收汞分析仪检测滤液中Hg浓度。
测试结果如图11所示,平衡浓度Ce为0-2.3mg/L时,CU-SH对Hg-DOM吸附量随Ce的增加快速从0mg/g增加至27.5mg/g。Ce继续增加时,吸附量缓慢增加,最大吸附量达53.4mg/g。表明CU-SH对水介质中的溶解态络合Hg也具有较高吸附效能。
(5)CU-SH在有机溶剂介质中对有机汞(PMC)的去除效能
2mg CU-SH加入到20mL浓度梯度为1-50mg/L的氯化苯基汞正十二烷溶液中。混合物在室温下以200rpm的速度振荡24h,然后用0.45μm玻璃纤维膜过滤混合物。取1mL滤液与1.5mL 0.2N BrCl和1.5mL浓HCl混合,并以200rpm振荡12h以将汞从正十二烷中提取到水中。通过测定水中汞的浓度来计算CU-SH在有机溶剂中对PMC的吸附能力。
结果如图12所示,PMC平衡浓度Ce为0-17mg/L时,CU-SH对PMC吸附量随Ce的增加快速从0mg/g增加至127.4mg/g。Ce继续增加时,吸附量缓慢增加,最大吸附量达151.9mg/g。表明CU-SH对有机溶剂介质中的有机Hg具有较高吸附效能。
(6)CU-SH在空气介质中对Hg0蒸汽的去除效能
将10mg CU、CU-Br或CU-SH放入在封闭的50mL玻璃瓶中。在瓶子内,将一个装有300mg Hg0的体积为5mL的开扣小瓶。将该装置密封并放置在140℃下持续加热4天使吸附剂对Hg0的吸附达到饱和。取5mg吸附Hg0后的材料放入5mL王水中,50℃保持12h后稀释,检测溶液中Hg浓度以计算CU-SH在空气介质中对Hg0蒸汽的去除效能。
测试结果如图13所示,CU和CU-Br对Hg0蒸汽吸附效能极低,吸附量小于5mg/g。CU-SH对Hg0蒸汽表现出较高吸附效能,饱和吸附量达289.7mg/g。
(7)CU-SH对模拟Hg2+污染饮用水中Hg2+的去除
试验通过在自来水中加入Hg2+标液,使Hg2+浓度为0.5mg/g,以模拟饮用水Hg污染,利用ICP-MS检测溶液中主要Na+、K+、Ca2+、Ma2+、Zn2+等主要金属阳离子浓度。取10mg CU-SH加入50mL模拟Hg2+污染的自来水中,室温条件下200rpm振动吸附1h后检测Na+、K+、Ca2+、Ma2+、Zn2+和Hg2+的浓度。
测试结果如图14所示,经CU-SH处理后,自来水中Na+、K+离子浓度没有显著变化,Ca2+、Ma2+、Zn2+浓度略有降低,而高毒性Hg2+浓度从0.5mg/L显著降低至0.0018mg/L,表明CU-SH可用于应急条件下,受污Hg2+染饮用水的快速达标处理。
(8)CU-SH吸附Hg2+的再生性测试
测试条件为10mg的CU-SH加入到50mL浓度为10-mg/LHg2+水溶液中,利用1mol/L硝酸和1mol/L氢氧化钠条件至设定pH至5.0±0.05,室温条件下200rpm振动吸附1h。离心使固液分离,检测上层清液Hg浓度以计算去除率。收集固体并加入10mL硫脲浓度为1%的0.1mol/L盐酸溶液,室温解吸1h后离心,收集固体并用去离子水洗净后用于再次Hg2+吸附,以此循环20次,收集固体利用SEM和XPS检测CU-SH的微观形貌和化学组成变化。
测试结果如图15所示,CU-SH对Hg2+表现出极高的长效去除效能,循环使用20次后,对Hg2+的去除率仍高于95%。SEM图像显示20次再生后CU-SH仍保持纤维状结构,表明CU-SH物理结构稳定。EDS能谱显示再生后的CU-SH主要由C、O和S组成并分布均匀,没有明显的Hg,说明Hg成功解吸(图16)。XPS能谱分析结果显示结果与EDS相同,XPS S2p精细结构谱显示硫主要以-SH形势存在,未观察到S-S及氧化态S的特征峰,表明CU-SH具有良好的化学稳定性(图17)。
最后需要说明的是,本发明的上述实施例仅是为说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化和变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (10)
1.一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将脱脂纤维素加入到含溴乙酰溴的有机溶液中使得纤维素溴化,得到溴化纤维素;然后在氮气保护下,使溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠反应,使得溴化纤维素巯基化,从而得到所述吸附材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将纤维素剪碎,并在无水乙醇中超声洗涤以除去杂质,真空干燥后得到脱脂纤维素;
(2)将脱脂纤维素加入含溴乙酰溴的有机溶液中,在25~60 ℃下搅拌反应24~72 h,然后过滤并用无水乙醇洗涤,经干燥得到溴化纤维素;
(3)在氮气保护下,将溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠加入无水乙醇中,在60~90 ℃下搅拌反应24~96 h,然后过滤并用水或乙醇洗涤,经干燥得到所述吸附材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纤维素为木质纤维素和棉纤维素中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述棉纤维为棉纤维素。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶液由溴乙酰溴溶于有机溶剂中得到,有机溶液中溴乙酰溴的体积分数为1~5%;所述有机溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃、二甲基亚砜中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,脱脂纤维素和有机溶液的质量体积比为:1 g:50~150 mL。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,溴化纤维素和硫氢化钠的质量比为:1:3~1:7。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,加入的无水乙醇使硫氢化钠完全溶解即可。
10.一种高效去除汞的吸附材料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1~9任一所述的一种高效去除汞的吸附材料的制备方法制备得到。
