Claims (8)
1. An edible oil filtration mechanism, comprising:
the side surface of the filter box is provided with a liquid inlet and a slag outlet, and the bottom surface of the filter box is provided with a liquid outlet;
the filter screen is of a bottomless conical structure and is arranged in the filter box;
the box cover is detachably arranged at the upper end of the filter box, and a first through hole is formed in the box cover;
the driving motor is arranged at the top of the box cover, and the output end of the driving motor penetrates through the first through hole and extends into the filter box;
the scraping plate is detachably arranged at the tail end of the output shaft of the driving motor, and the scraping plate can clean the upper surface of the filter screen;
the driving motor drives the scraping plate to clean the filter screen, and residues on the filter screen can enter the slag discharging port.

The edible oil filtering mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the filtering box is provided with a heat-insulating shell, a heat-insulating gap is reserved between the heat-insulating shell and the outer wall of the filtering box, a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on the heat-insulating shell, and the water inlet is opposite to the water outlet.

the center of the piston plate is provided with a second through hole;
the linear bearing is arranged in the second through hole, and an output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the linear bearing;

the rotating plate is movably connected to the upper end of the push rod;

the piston plate can move up and down in the filter box after the rotating plate is disconnected from the access plate.

the slag storage box is detachably arranged at the slag discharge port, and a discharge port is arranged at the bottom surface of the slag storage box;
the sealing cover is detachably arranged on the discharge hole.

the support plate is arranged on the first through hole, the output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the support plate, and the driving motor is arranged on the support plate;
the sealing box is arranged on the support plate, and the driving motor is enclosed by the sealing box and the support plate.
7. An edible oil filter mechanism as in claim 6, wherein the liquid inlet is disposed obliquely.
8. A mechanism according to claim 3, wherein a limiting button is fixed below one end of the rotating plate, a groove is provided on the top of the upper end of the push rod, and the limiting button is limited to rotate in the groove.
