The cigarette lap adhesive essence with plum fragrance comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-0.4 part of lactic acid, 0.05-0.15 part of palmitic acid, 2-10 parts of natural plum juice extract, 70-80 parts of polysaccharide solution and 9.45-27.85 parts of solvent water. The natural plum juice extract is used as the main aroma component of the cigarette lap adhesive essence, so that rich aroma styles such as fruit aroma, sweet aroma and the like are provided for the lap adhesive, the lap adhesive has natural aroma, and the bad smell and the irritation caused by burning of the cigarette lap adhesive are reduced.
