Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disinfectant, in particular to a natural disinfectant which can effectively attack pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, bacterial spores and the like.
Background
After the 4 th 2002 outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), coronaviruses infect more than 8,000 people from 29 countries and regions and cause death in at least 774 people worldwide, data derived from: www.wikipedia.org. 299 (17%) deaths (HK Med J Vol 15No 6Supplement of 9December 2009) among 1,755 infected persons were recorded in hong Kong alone. At the lead of the administrative department of hospitals in particular administrative areas of hong Kong in China, since then, there has been a demand for more stringent hygienic measures, and the use of bleach water and topical alcohol, and disinfection sprays and similar products. As is common, some people resort to alcohol as a quick solution when it is desired to disinfect surfaces and clean hands before meals.
In 2019, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV 2) was subsequently developed, which is a strain of coronavirus responsible for COVID-19 (coronavirus 2019), and the strain of COVID-19 coronavirus was a respiratory disease that resulted in a sustained then-current pandemic of COVID-19. In addition to the established cases of human transmission of SARS CoV 2 (assuming that respiratory droplets occur primarily through moderate coughing and sneezing), experiments have further shown that face-to-face language communication is another transmission modality. Other studies have shown that aerosols are likely to transmit viruses. However, it should be noted that indirect contact through contaminated surfaces is another possible cause of infection. Preliminary studies have shown that the virus may survive up to three days on plastic (polypropylene) and stainless steel (AISI 304). The virus can be inactivated by soaps, which can destroy the stability of its lipid bilayer (world health organization science bulletin 2020). Often non-cleanable rooms and/or compartments are not accessible, and spraying should be relied upon to maintain sanitation and to safely sanitize (without damaging the components). Thus, the need to use disinfectant sprays and similar products has proliferated again.
In particular, hong Kong, china, has a Relative Humidity (RH) of over 90% in about April every year, and the most humid day is nearly 99% and is severely affected. The minimum value of relative humidity is still higher than 50% during the drying month. Scientists have found that increasing ventilation and decreasing humidity at 26 ℃ and 34 ℃ significantly reduces bacterial growth (www.mdpi.com, 2023/01/06). Air filters are widely used in homes, clinics/hospitals and businesses. However, clogged and wetted air filter cartridges promote bacterial growth. Therefore, the air filter elements in the air filtration system must be cleaned or replaced and kept dry from time to ensure that the air filtration system delivers clean air. It is therefore common for people living in hong Kong of China to use disinfectant sprays and similar products to counteract the adverse effects of high relative humidity, returning to a safer environment.
Currently used are disinfectants such as topical alcohol and bleach, which inevitably lead to skin burns, rashes and allergies. If bleach water is used, it inevitably leads to discoloration of the clothing and fabrics.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel natural disinfectant which is nontoxic and harmless and has high pathogen inactivation rate.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the novel natural disinfectant comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.0013 to 0.0052 percent of zinc antibacterial nano particles, 0 to 0.004 percent of stabilizing agent, 0 to 0.0001 percent of spice and the balance of water; wherein the zinc antibacterial nanoparticles are extracted from natural plants.
A novel natural disinfectant, also known as ANND, has been tested to be non-toxic. Disinfectant formulations for treating enclosures and surfaces. Contaminated candidates may be treated by spraying them with such disinfectant formulations to inhibit contamination by decomposing or neutralizing potential hazards.
Further, it exhibits activity against a variety of microorganisms with an inactivation rate of 99.9% to 99.99% over a 24 hour duration.
Further, it is effective against pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and bacterial spores, including pathogens associated with Covid-19 (SARS CoV 2), at an inactivation rate of at least 97.9%.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has natural characteristics and is proved to be nontoxic by a certification laboratory; laboratory tests also show that the invention does not contain any (365) harmful chemical substances, has the inactivation rate of more than 99.9% in a relatively short time after administration, and has multiple purposes, mainly used for sterilizing shells and surfaces, can be used as a bactericide in agricultural application, can be used as a pet care spray, or can be used for inhibiting the growth of fungi and yeasts.
