Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of modularized intelligent equipment, in particular to modularized communication computing equipment, which comprises a data processing module, a communication module and a control module, wherein a data processor and a communication unit are arranged in the data processing module, and a plurality of electrical interfaces connected with the data processor are arranged outside the data processing module; the display module is provided with a touch screen and a display interface electrically connected with the touch screen; the power module is internally provided with a battery and a power interface connected with the battery; the display module and the power module are connected with the data processing module through a clamping structure, and the display interface and the power interface are respectively connected with the electrical interface. The invention exists in a modularized form, and the display module, the data processing module and the power module can be simply disassembled and combined and can be matched with other peripheral equipment for use, so that the invention achieves application operation under different environments.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of modularized intelligent equipment, in particular to modularized communication computing equipment.
Background
The existing intelligent equipment generally adopts an integrated structure, so that the flexibility of the intelligent equipment is greatly limited, and the functions of all the functional modules cannot be fully exerted. Meanwhile, in the upgrading and maintaining process, only the whole updating can be performed, so that the operation cost cannot be effectively reduced.

Preferably, the display module is provided with a front shell wrapping a non-display area of the touch screen, a connecting seat in the center of the back of the front shell, a window is arranged on one side of the connecting seat corresponding to the top of the touch screen, and the display interface is arranged in the window and is electrically connected with the touch screen; the clamping structure comprises sliding rails arranged on two opposite sides of the back of the front shell; the data processing module is provided with a PCB and an upper shell wrapping the PCB, and the upper shell is provided with a first chute matched with the sliding rail; the electric interface comprises a first interface which is arranged at the bottom of the upper shell and corresponds to the display interface, and a second interface which is positioned at one side of the first interface; the power module is provided with a lower shell for coating the battery, the lower shell is provided with a second sliding groove matched with the sliding rail, and the power interface is arranged on one side, close to the data processing module, of the lower shell and corresponds to the second interface.
Preferably, the communication unit comprises a loudspeaker, a microphone and a front camera; the microphone is arranged at any one end of the data processing module, an extension part is arranged at one end, far away from the microphone, of the data processing module, and the loudspeaker and the front camera are respectively arranged at one side, facing the touch screen, of the extension part.
Preferably, the system further comprises a functional module, wherein the functional module is provided with a plurality of sensors and a data interface connected with each sensor; the data processing module is far away from one side of the display module is provided with an embedded groove, the electrical interface comprises a third interface arranged in the embedded groove, and the functional module is embedded in the embedded groove and is electrically connected with the third interface through the data interface.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the communication equipment exists in a modularized form, and the display module, the data processing module and the power module of the communication equipment can be simply disassembled and combined and can be matched with other peripheral equipment for use, so that application operation under different environments is achieved. In addition, the design can meet different requirements of users through replacement, upgrading and maintenance of a single module, and the cost problem caused by replacement of equipment is greatly reduced. The modularized structure is simple and reliable, the connecting seat serves as a limiting component, the data processing module is convenient to connect with the display module, and the combination mode of each module is limited through the cooperation of the first sliding groove, the second sliding groove and the sliding rail. The loudspeaker, the front camera and the microphone are respectively exposed outside the display module, so that the functions of all parts can be ensured to be used normally. The power module is provided with a charging interface and an external power supply interface at one side which is not contacted with the data processing module, and the charging interface and the external power supply interface are respectively and electrically connected with the battery through a power control board. Through this setting, power module can independently charge, can regard as the treasured that charges simultaneously. When the power module and the data processing module are combined with the display module, the power module and the data processing module are respectively sucked and fixed on two sides of the connecting seat under the action of the sliding rail and the sliding groove, so that the equipment is firmly combined together.

According to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, a modularized communication computing device comprises a data processing module 1, wherein a data processor and a communication unit are arranged in the data processing module 1, and a plurality of electrical interfaces connected with the data processor are arranged outside the data processing module 1; the display module 2 is provided with a touch screen and a display interface electrically connected with the touch screen; the power module 3 is internally provided with a battery and a power interface connected with the battery; the display module 2 and the power module 3 are connected with the data processing module 1 through a clamping structure, and the display interface and the power interface are respectively connected with the electrical interface.
Through the arrangement, the communication equipment exists in a modularized form, and the display module 2, the data processing module 1 and the power module 3 can be simply disassembled and combined and can be matched with other peripheral equipment for use, so that application operation under different environments is achieved. In addition, the design can meet different requirements of users through replacement, upgrading and maintenance of a single module, and the cost problem caused by replacement of equipment is greatly reduced.
The display module 2 is provided with a front shell wrapping a non-display area of the touch screen, a connecting seat 4 is arranged in the center of the back of the front shell, a window is arranged on one side of the connecting seat 4 corresponding to the top of the touch screen, and the display interface is arranged in the window and is electrically connected with the touch screen; the clamping structure comprises sliding rails 5 arranged on two opposite sides of the back of the front shell; the data processing module 1 is provided with a PCB and an upper shell wrapping the PCB, and the upper shell is provided with a first sliding groove 6 matched with the sliding rail 5; the electric interface comprises a first interface which is arranged at the bottom of the upper shell and corresponds to the display interface, and a second interface which is positioned at one side of the first interface; the power module 3 is provided with a lower housing covering the battery, the lower housing is provided with a second chute 7 adapted to the slide rail 5, and the power interface is arranged on one side of the lower housing close to the data processing module 1 and corresponds to the second interface.
Through the arrangement, the modularized structure is simple and reliable, the connecting seat 4 serves as a limiting component, the data processing module 1 is connected with the display module 2 conveniently, and the combination mode of each module is limited through the cooperation of the first sliding groove 6, the second sliding groove 7 and the sliding rail 5.
The communication unit comprises a loudspeaker 8, a microphone and a front camera 9; the microphone is arranged at any one end of the data processing module 1, an extension part is arranged at one end, far away from the microphone, of the data processing module 1, and the loudspeaker 8 and the front camera 9 are both arranged at one side, facing the touch screen, of the extension part.
In this setting, speaker 8, front camera 9 and microphone expose in display module 2 outside respectively to guarantee that the function of each part can all normal use.
The system also comprises a functional module 10, wherein the functional module 10 is provided with a plurality of sensors and a data interface connected with each sensor; the data processing module 1 is provided with an embedded groove 11 at a side far away from the display module 2, the electrical interface comprises a third interface arranged in the embedded groove 11, and the functional module 10 is embedded in the embedded groove 11 and is electrically connected with the third interface through the data interface. The sensor comprises a rear binocular camera, a 3D scanner, a temperature and humidity sensor, a thermal imager and a laser range finder.
The power module 3 is provided with a charging interface 12 and an external power supply interface 13 at one side which is not contacted with the data processing module 1, and the charging interface 12 and the external power supply interface 13 are respectively and electrically connected with the battery through a power supply control board. With this arrangement, the power supply module 3 can be charged independently, and can be used as a charger.
Magnets 14 are correspondingly arranged on the combined sides of the power module 3 and the data processing module 1 respectively. Through the arrangement, when the power module 3 and the data processing module 1 are combined with the display module 2, the power module 3 and the data processing module are respectively sucked and fixed on two sides of the connecting seat 4 under the action of the sliding rail 5 and the sliding groove, so that the equipment is firmly combined together.

the power module is internally provided with a battery and a power interface connected with the battery;
the display module and the power module are connected with the data processing module through a clamping structure, and the display interface and the power interface are respectively connected with the electrical interface.

the display module is provided with a front shell wrapping a non-display area of the touch screen, a connecting seat is arranged in the center of the back of the front shell, a window is arranged on one side of the connecting seat corresponding to the top of the touch screen, and the display interface is arranged in the window and is electrically connected with the touch screen; the clamping structure comprises sliding rails arranged on two opposite sides of the back of the front shell;
the data processing module is provided with a PCB and an upper shell wrapping the PCB, and the upper shell is provided with a first chute matched with the sliding rail; the electric interface comprises a first interface which is arranged at the bottom of the upper shell and corresponds to the display interface, and a second interface which is positioned at one side of the first interface;
the power module is provided with a lower shell for coating the battery, the lower shell is provided with a second sliding groove matched with the sliding rail, and the power interface is arranged on one side, close to the data processing module, of the lower shell and corresponds to the second interface.

A modular communication computing device as recited in claim 1, wherein: the communication unit comprises a loudspeaker, a microphone and a front camera; the microphone is arranged at any one end of the data processing module, an extension part is arranged at one end, far away from the microphone, of the data processing module, and the loudspeaker and the front camera are respectively arranged at one side, facing the touch screen, of the extension part.

A modular communication computing device as recited in claim 1, wherein: the system also comprises a functional module, wherein the functional module is provided with a plurality of sensors and a data interface connected with each sensor; the data processing module is far away from one side of the display module is provided with an embedded groove, the electrical interface comprises a third interface arranged in the embedded groove, and the functional module is embedded in the embedded groove and is electrically connected with the third interface through the data interface.
