the driving motor (201) is fixedly connected to the top of the upper side mounting frame (4), an output shaft of the driving motor (201) is connected with a screw rod (205) through a coupler, the bottom end of the screw rod (205) is movably connected to the lower side mounting frame (4), the bottom end of the screw rod (205) is fixedly connected with a driving gear (209), a connecting hole (7) is formed in the top of the driving frame (211), and the screw rod (205) is in threaded connection with the connecting hole (7);
the inner wall of the fixed frame (206) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the sampling tube (1), a plurality of sputtering baffles (204) are uniformly distributed on the fixed frame (206), and an elastic corrugated plate (203) is connected between every two adjacent sputtering baffles (204);
one end of a connecting wire (202) is fixedly arranged on the sputtering baffle (204), the other end of the connecting wire (202) penetrates through the outer wall of the sampling tube (1) to be connected with a driving frame (211), the bottom of the sampling tube (1) is rotationally connected with a circular ring plate (207), a gear ring (210) is fixedly arranged on the circular ring plate (207), the gear ring (210) is meshed with a driving gear (209), and a plurality of stirring plates (208) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the circular ring plate (207);
the fixed placement component (3) comprises a sample seat (304) fixedly arranged at the top end of the sampling tube (1), a plurality of sample grooves (303) are formed in the sample seat (304), mounting openings are formed in two sides of the sample seat (304), and a fixed bent rod (302) is fixedly connected to the two mounting openings;

the top of the sampling bin is provided with a sampling port, a sampling pump (508) is fixedly connected to the sampling port, a limit guide pipe (501) is fixedly arranged in the sampling seat (502), the output end of the sampling pump (508) is fixedly connected with a conveying pipe (509), and the conveying pipe (509) is communicated with the limit guide pipe (501);
the bottom inner wall fixedly connected with electric telescopic handle (506) of spacing pipe (501), the output fixedly connected with layer board (505) of electric telescopic handle (506), the top fixedly connected with protection gasket (504) of layer board (505), the outer wall fixedly connected with laminating gasket (503) of layer board (505), the outer wall of laminating gasket (503) contacts with the inner wall of spacing pipe (501), the inside of spacing pipe (501) is equipped with sample bottle (8), the bottom of sample bottle (8) contacts with the top of protection gasket (504).
2. A method of using a liquid fertilizer sampling and testing device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:

step four, after accomplishing the sample, driving motor (201) reversal, driving frame (211) rise, and splash baffle (204) are packed up with elasticity buckled plate (203), start electric telescopic handle (506), and electric telescopic handle (506) promote sample bottle (8) and rise, and the staff is collected sample bottle (8) to place in sample groove (303), according to the quantity in sample groove (303) and the quantity repetition operation of needs collection sample, after accomplishing the collection of this barrel fertilizer, start hydraulic stem (306) shrink, take off sample detection device from fertilizer storage barrel.
