Working principle: the filter screen is released and rolled through the discharging piece and the winding piece, and the filter screen moves on the supporting frame 5; when coating is carried out, the coating roller 19 is matched and installed on the extension mounting seat 26 and is fixed through a locating piece, namely, the locating motor 27 works, the locating push ring 32 rotates under gear transmission, the arc push block 3201 pushes the locating rod 33, one end of the locating rod 33 is matched with a locating hole on the coating roller 19 to fix the coating roller 19, two ends of the coating roller 19 are simultaneously matched and installed in an arc-shaped groove at the top of the filling box 36, a part of the circumferential surface area of the coating roller 19 is located in the filling box 36, the material preparation box 37 conveys the supplementary coating material, the adsorption transfer sponge 38 adsorbs the coating material, and when contacting with the surface of the coating roller 19, the adsorption transfer sponge 38 transfers the coating material to the surface of the coating roller 19, so that the coating material can be transferred to the surface of the coating roller 19 more uniformly; the coating roller 19 is in contact with the surface of the filter screen through a coating trough on the support frame 5 and coats the filter screen with coating material, i.e. by means of a drive motor 29, the swivel mount 25 rotates under gearing to rotate the extension mount 26 and the coating roller 19.
When the coating roller 19 is maintained, the position motor 20 is operated to rotate the position screw rod 21, the position seat 22 is lifted and moved, the coating roller 19 is lifted and moved, and the central axis of the coating roller 19 corresponds to the position of the maintenance frame 45; then the movement of the filling box 36 is controlled by the filling box electric cylinder 35, so that the filling box 36 is disengaged from the coating roller 19; the extension motor 31 works to enable the extension screw rod 23 and the extension guide rod 24 to move under the connection of the belt transmission and the screw pair so as to enable the extension mounting seat 26 and the coating roller 19 to axially move, and the coating roller 19 passes through the maintenance frame 45; when flaw detection is carried out on the surface of the coating roller 19, the deflection motor 43 is used for working, the deflection seat 46 rotates under the transmission of a gear to deflect the detection piece to the position of the maintenance frame 45, the coating roller 19 passes through the detection rotary drum 60 on the detection piece, the driving control electric cylinder 47 controls the maintenance driving gear 48 to move, the maintenance driving gear 48 is meshed with one of the two meshing gears 62 on the detection mounting ring 61, the detection rotary drum 60 is driven to rotate under the transmission of the gear, the radial electric cylinder 59 adjusts the radial position of the detector, the detector moves circumferentially around the coating roller 19, and the detector moves axially in combination with the coating roller 19 to carry out omnibearing detection on the surface of the coating roller 19; when the cleaning is required, the surface treatment member is transferred to the position of the maintenance frame 45 by the above-mentioned flow, the coating roller 19 is positioned on the inner side of the cleaning drum 51, the maintenance driving gear 48 is meshed with one of the first meshing gears 52 on the cleaning mounting ring 50, the cleaning drum 51 is rotated under the gear transmission, the radial position of the cleaning motor 54 is adjusted by the first radial electric cylinder 53, and the surface of the coating roller 19 is cleaned in all directions by the cleaning motor 54.
If it is detected that the surface of the coating roller 19 has a defect affecting the coating quality, through the above procedure, the clamping member deflects to the position of the maintenance frame 45, the clamping plate 58 is controlled by the bidirectional clamping electric cylinder 56 to clamp the coating roller 19, the positioning member releases the fixation of one end of the coating roller 19, and the pushing seat 57 is controlled by the dismounting pushing electric cylinder 55 to move, so that one end of the coating roller 19 is disengaged from the extending mounting seat 26, and the dismounting is completed.
Because of the different materials being coated, or the adsorption transfer sponge 38 being used, when the adsorption effect is reduced, the adsorption transfer sponge 38 needs to be replaced; the height of the filling box 36 is adjusted, the second lifting screw rod 14 rotates through the second screw rod motor 13 to adjust the height of the second lifting seat 15, the telescopic rod is controlled to move through the supporting electric cylinder 16, and the telescopic rod of the supporting electric cylinder 16 is matched with the supporting ring 3901 to support and fix the mounting base 39; then the fixed electric cylinder 40 controls the buckle plate 41 to move, so that the buckle plate 41 is disengaged from the buckling block 3902, the fixation of the installation base 39 is released, then the height of the installation base 39 is adjusted, the push plate II 18 is controlled to move by the push electric cylinder II 17, the push plate II 18 pushes the adsorption transfer sponge 38 positioned on the installation base 39, and the adsorption transfer sponge 38 is pushed to the preparation frame 12; the first screw motor 7 works to enable the first lifting screw 8 to rotate so as to adjust the height of the first lifting seat 9, the first pushing plate 11 is controlled to move by pushing the first electric cylinder 10, the first pushing plate 11 pushes the adsorption transfer sponge 38 positioned on the preparation frame 12 to the mounting base 39, replacement is completed, and manual replacement operation is omitted; when the mounting base 39 is reinstalled on the bottom of the filling box 36, the buckling block 3902 is buckled with the buckling plate 41, so that the mounting base 39 is fixed.

Claims (10)

1. The coating processing equipment for the filter screen material of the air purifier comprises a base (6), wherein a support frame (5) is arranged on the base (6), and a coating groove is formed in the support frame (5); the two ends of the supporting frame (5) are respectively provided with a winding piece and a discharging piece; the method is characterized in that: a coating piece is arranged on one side surface of the base (6) and is used for coating the surface of the filter screen; the coating part comprises a position seat (22) which is arranged on the base (6) in a lifting and sliding manner, a rotary seat (25) is rotatably arranged on the position seat (22), an extension mounting seat (26) is transversely arranged on the rotary seat (25) in a sliding manner, a coating roller (19) is movably arranged on the extension mounting seat (26), and a positioning part is arranged on the extension mounting seat (26) and used for positioning and fixing the coating roller (19); a filling box (36) is arranged on the position seat (22) in a sliding manner, a mounting base (39) is movably arranged at the bottom of the filling box (36), an adsorption transfer sponge (38) is movably matched on the mounting base (39), and a fixing piece is arranged at the outer side of the filling box (36) and used for buckling and fixing the mounting base (39); a material preparation box (37) for transporting the supplementary coating material is communicated with the outer side of the filling box (36), and an adsorption transfer sponge (38) is used for adsorbing the coating material; when the coating roller (19) is cooperatively arranged at the top of the filling box (36), the surface of the coating roller (19) is contacted with the adsorption transfer sponge (38) so as to transfer the coating material to the coating roller (19), and the coating roller (19) passes through the coating groove to coat the coating material on the surface of the filter screen; a maintenance piece is arranged on the other side surface of the base (6) and is used for carrying out subsequent maintenance operation on the coating roller (19); the maintenance piece comprises a maintenance frame (45) arranged on the base (6), a deflection seat (46) is rotatably arranged at the top of the maintenance frame (45), a detection piece, a clamping piece and a surface treatment piece are arranged on the deflection seat (46), the detection piece is used for detecting a surface flaw area of the coating roller (19), and the clamping piece is used for clamping and fixing the coating roller (19); the surface treatment piece is used for cleaning the surface of the coating roller (19); the device comprises a base (6), and is characterized in that a replacement part for replacing the adsorption transfer sponge (38) is arranged on the base (6), the replacement part comprises a lifting seat I (9) which is arranged on the base (6) in a sliding mode, a pushing electric cylinder I (10) for pushing the adsorption transfer sponge (38) is arranged on the lifting seat I (9), the replacement part also comprises a lifting seat II (15) which is arranged on the base (6) in a sliding mode, a supporting electric cylinder (16) is arranged on the lifting seat II (15) and used for supporting a fixed installation base (39), and a pushing electric cylinder II (17) for pushing the adsorption transfer sponge (38) is arranged on the lifting seat II (15).
