It is to be understood that the terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used in the present specification and the appended claims refers to any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items, and includes such combinations.
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
For the cabinet of the communication equipment, when the equipment in the cabinet operates, a large amount of heat can be generated due to long-time operation, the equipment works at high temperature for a long time, and the service life is reduced, so that when the whole equipment operates, the whole equipment needs to be reasonably cooled by air, and the high-temperature heat is blown away. In order to enhance the heat dissipation effect and the fluidity of the internal air, the door plate is provided with vent holes, so that the dustproof capability is poor, and the interior of the cabinet is generally forbidden to touch and cannot be cleaned manually at will, so that dust generation cannot be avoided.
The environment in which the telecommunications cabinet is arranged presents complications such as telecommunications rooms, railway rooms, electric rooms, etc. In a machine room with a not particularly high objective environment requirement, such as a railway machine room, a large amount of dust can exist in the surrounding environment during the running of equipment, the equipment is placed for a long time, so that a large amount of dust falls into the interior, and the dust accumulation on the surface of the equipment in the equipment cabinet can obstruct the running of the equipment; dust is adhered to the PCB device, and can corrode equipment under the chemical characteristics of the dust, so that potential safety hazards are generated; so that reasonable shielding of dust is required when the cabinet is in use. In order to avoid dust entering the communication cabinet and maintain good ventilation in the cabinet, a dust screen is usually additionally arranged on the door plate to block the dust, so that normal operation of equipment is ensured or the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
However, because the height dimensions of the cabinets produced by different communication equipment factories are different, and the cabinets have the differences of protruding doors, flat doors and the like, the vent holes on the cabinet door plates are provided with round holes, hexagonal holes and the like, the existing dustproof net is mostly installed on the cabinets in an integrally bonding mode, the whole dustproof net is inconvenient to clean and disassemble, the corresponding installation interface is required to be reserved on the cabinets, the dustproof net is fixed in size, and the dustproof net can only correspond to one cabinet and is poor in adaptability. The communication equipment manufacturer needs to develop dustproof screens of different models to adapt to cabinets of different models, and has high use cost, poor adaptability and inconvenient disassembly and maintenance.
From this, this application provides a mounting mechanism, can adapt to the rack of different models such as flat door, the protruding door of co-altitude, and adaptability is good, convenient dismantlement maintenance. The installation mechanism is used for installing the dust screen on a door plate of a cabinet, and the cabinet can be a server cabinet, a network cabinet, a console cabinet and the like. The door panel may be a front side panel, a rear side panel, a left side panel, a right side panel, a top panel or a bottom panel of the cabinet with ventilation holes, and the plurality of door panels enclose to form a freestanding or self-supporting enclosure for accommodating electrical or electronic equipment.
