Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
Virtual products in this application refer to non-physical financial products or services provided on a network or digital platform. They are typically financial instruments that sell and transact via the internet, mobile applications, or other digital channels. Virtual products may include, but are not limited to, virtual currency, digital assets, online investment platforms, crowd funding platforms, and the like.
The product risk message pushing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. The server 104 obtains the current moment, a first risk assessment result returned by the terminal 102 for the virtual product and the generation moment of the first risk assessment result, and pushes virtual product assessment information to the terminal 102 under the condition that the interval between the current moment and the generation moment is larger than a preset minimum time interval, wherein the preset minimum time interval is not larger than the validity period of the first risk assessment result; then acquiring a second risk assessment result returned by the terminal 102 based on the virtual product assessment information; based on the second risk assessment result, a suggestion message for the virtual product is acquired, and the suggestion message is pushed to the terminal 102. The terminal 102 is configured to receive the virtual product evaluation information, and return a first risk evaluation result or a second risk evaluation result.
The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, and portable wearable devices, where the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle devices, and the like. The portable wearable device may be a smart watch, smart bracelet, headset, or the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a product risk message pushing method is provided, and the method is applied to the server in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S202: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current moment, a first risk assessment result returned by a user side aiming at a virtual product and the generation moment of the first risk assessment result.
The time stamp of the current moment needs to be acquired first, and may be acquired through the system time or other time sources. Next, a first risk assessment result returned by the user side for the virtual product and a generation time of the first risk assessment result need to be acquired. After the user side performs risk assessment on the virtual product, a first risk assessment result is returned, wherein the result is usually a grade or grade, and represents the risk acceptance degree of the user on the virtual product. Meanwhile, the system records the generation time of the first risk assessment result, namely the time of the user for assessment. The first risk assessment result returned by the user side and the generation time thereof can be obtained by communicating with the user side or accessing a database of the user side. The information can be used for subsequent dynamic adjustment of preset minimum time intervals and judgment of whether virtual product evaluation information needs to be pushed.
Step S204: and pushing the virtual product evaluation information to the user side under the condition that the interval between the current time and the generation time is larger than the preset minimum time interval, wherein the preset minimum time interval is not larger than the validity period of the first risk evaluation result.
Specifically, after the user performs the first risk assessment, the system records the generation time of the first risk assessment result, and determines whether to push the virtual product assessment information to the user side according to a preset minimum time interval.
Specifically, the system compares the time interval between the current time and the time of generation of the first risk assessment. If the time interval is greater than the preset minimum time interval, the system considers that a certain time has elapsed, and the virtual product evaluation information needs to be pushed to the user side.
The preset minimum time interval is not greater than the validity period of the first risk assessment result. This is to ensure that the user can receive the latest risk assessment results and related information in time during the validity period. If the preset minimum time interval is greater than the validity period of the first risk assessment result, the user may not be able to acquire the updated assessment result in time within the validity period, and experience and decision accuracy of the user are reduced.
Step S206: and acquiring a second risk assessment result returned by the user terminal based on the virtual product assessment information.
Step S208: and based on the second risk assessment result, acquiring a suggestion message aiming at the virtual product, and pushing the suggestion message to the user side.
Specifically, the second risk assessment result returned by the user side based on the virtual product assessment information needs to be communicated with the user side or access a database of the user side. After the second risk assessment, the user returns a second risk assessment result, typically a score or level, indicating a change in the user's risk acceptance of the virtual product.
According to the second risk assessment result, the system can acquire a suggestion message for the virtual product according to preset rules and logic. These advice messages may be advice regarding investment policies, risk control, asset allocation, etc., intended to assist the user in making more reasonable investment decisions.
And finally, pushing the obtained proposal message to the user side by the system. According to different system architecture and communication modes, the proposal message can be transmitted to the user side through the modes of message notification, short message, mail, app push and the like. The frequency and manner of pushing can be dynamically adjusted according to the risk tolerance changes of the user and the content of the advice message to ensure that the user obtains the relevant information at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner.
According to the product risk message pushing method, by dynamically adjusting the preset minimum time interval, more accurate and real-time virtual product evaluation information pushing is provided according to the risk tolerance change of the user and the content of the advice message. By pushing the evaluation result and the advice message in time, the user can better know the risk condition of the virtual product and make a more intelligent financial decision. The method ensures that the user obtains the related information in a proper time period, and improves the user experience and satisfaction. Compared with the method that a user is required to go to a counter regularly or use APP to re-evaluate, the method and the device can simplify the process of re-evaluating virtual products and improve the evaluation efficiency.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the second risk assessment result returned by the user terminal based on the virtual product assessment information, the method further includes:
comparing the first risk assessment result with the second risk assessment result to obtain a risk tolerance variation value;
and under the condition that the financial risk tolerance change value exceeds a preset tolerance threshold, sending the risk tolerance change value to the user side.
Specifically, a first risk assessment result and a second risk assessment result are obtained. And comparing the two evaluation results to calculate a risk tolerance variation value. This can be obtained by subtracting the first risk assessment result from the second risk assessment result, namely: risk tolerance change value = second risk assessment result-first risk assessment result.
And under the condition that the financial risk tolerance change value exceeds the preset tolerance threshold, sending the risk tolerance change value to the user side. Thus, the user can timely know the change condition of the risk acceptance degree of the user.
The specific process is as follows:
a preset tolerance threshold is set, which is a threshold for measuring the change in the risk acceptance. For example, the preset tolerance threshold may be set to 10, indicating that when the risk tolerance change value exceeds 10, i.e., is considered to exceed the preset change threshold. After the risk tolerance change value is obtained, judging whether a preset tolerance threshold value is exceeded. And if the risk tolerance change value exceeds the preset tolerance threshold, sending the change value to the user side. The message can be sent by means of message notification, short message, mail, app push and the like.
According to the technical content of the embodiment, the user can timely know the change condition of the risk acceptance degree of the user. When the risk tolerance change value exceeds a preset threshold, the user can obtain a corresponding prompt so as to adjust own investment decision and risk management strategy in time. This helps the user to more accurately evaluate his risk-bearing capacity and make a more appropriate investment choice, thereby improving the effectiveness of the investment and risk control.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, pushing virtual product evaluation information to a user side includes:
step S302, generating a user notification event, and adding the user notification event into a preset user notification pool.
Step S304, according to the user notification event, virtual product evaluation information is sent to the user side.
Specifically, the user notification event is generated and added to the preset user notification pool, so that the user can be ensured to receive relevant notification information when appropriate. According to the user notification event, virtual product evaluation information is sent to the user side, and relevant information required by the user can be provided.
The specific process is as follows:
and generating a user notification event according to the system rule or the user behavior trigger condition. For example, a user notification event may be generated when the user completes a virtual product assessment or reaches a certain investment benefit. And adding the generated user notification event into a preset user notification pool. The preset user notification pool is a container for storing user notification events for managing and transmitting notification information. And acquiring corresponding virtual product evaluation information according to the user notification event in the notification pool. Corresponding evaluation information can be obtained from a system database or other data sources according to the content or type of the user notification event.
And sending the obtained virtual product evaluation information to a user side. The method can be used for sending through modes such as 5G message notification, short message, mail, app pushing and the like, so that a user can be ensured to receive relevant information in time.
According to the technical content of the embodiment, the user can acquire the information related to the virtual product evaluation in time under the condition that the triggering condition is met. By generating and adding user notification events to a preset user notification pool, the transmission of notification information can be managed and controlled. According to the user notification event, the system can acquire corresponding virtual product evaluation information according to the requirements and behaviors of the user and send the information to the user side. This helps the user to learn about his own investment situation, risk bearing capacity, etc., and thus make more informed investment decisions. In addition, timely notification and information provision may also enhance user trust and satisfaction with the system.
In one embodiment, after obtaining the second risk assessment result returned by the user terminal based on the virtual product assessment information, the method includes:
deleting the user notification event from the user notification pool;
or if the second financial evaluation result returned by the user terminal is not obtained in the preset time period, pushing the virtual product evaluation information to the user terminal again, and deleting the user notification event from the user notification pool.
Specifically, after the user side returns the second risk assessment result, the system may delete the relevant notification event from the user notification pool according to the unique identifier of the user notification event. The operation of deleting the user notification event can ensure that only unprocessed notification events are left in the notification pool, and repeated notification to the user is avoided. And after the user notification event is added to the notification pool, setting a preset time period, and waiting for the user side to return a second risk assessment result in the time period. If the returned result of the user side is not received within the preset time period, the system can push the virtual product evaluation information to the user side again so as to ensure that the user can complete the second risk evaluation in time. At the same time, the system also needs to delete the relevant user notification event from the user notification pool to avoid repeated pushing of notifications.
According to the technical content of the embodiment, the system can timely process the user notification event and perform corresponding operation according to the actual situation of the user. If the user has completed the second risk assessment and returned the result, the system will delete the corresponding notification event, avoiding duplicate notifications. If the result returned by the user side is not obtained within the preset time period, the system pushes the virtual product evaluation information again so as to ensure that the user can complete evaluation in time. Therefore, the user participation degree and satisfaction degree can be improved, and meanwhile, the system is guaranteed to be capable of timely acquiring the evaluation result of the user, so that subsequent risk assessment and product recommendation can be performed.
In one embodiment, after pushing the virtual product evaluation information to the user side, the method includes:
judging whether the user terminal is in the condition of receiving the message; under the condition that the user side is in a receivable message, pushing the virtual product evaluation information to the user side in a communication mode supported by the user side; and storing the virtual product evaluation information into a message queue or a cache when the user terminal is not in a state of receiving the message, and pushing the virtual product evaluation information after the user terminal enters the state of receiving the message.
Specifically, whether the user terminal is in a condition of receivable messages can be judged by monitoring the network connection state of the user terminal. If the network connection of the user terminal is normal and the communication mode of the user terminal is in an available state (for example, the network is normal, the short message function is normal, etc.), it can be judged that the user terminal is in a condition of receiving the message. If the user terminal is in the condition of receiving the message, the system can push the virtual product evaluation information to the user terminal through a communication mode (such as application push, short message, mail and the like) supported by the user terminal. The selection of the push mode and the specific communication mode should be determined according to the characteristics of the user side and the preference of the user.
If the user side is not in the condition of receiving the message, storing the virtual product evaluation information into a message queue or a cache: if the client is not in a condition where the message is receivable (e.g., the client network is unstable, the client is in flight mode, etc.), the system may store the virtual product assessment information in a message queue or cache. The message queue or cache can serve as a temporary storage medium, and push is performed after waiting for the user side to enter a state capable of receiving the message.
According to the technical content of the embodiment, the system can flexibly select a proper pushing mode according to the network connection state and the communication mode of the user side, so that the user can receive the virtual product evaluation information in time. If the user terminal is in the condition of receiving the message, the system can directly push the evaluation information to the user terminal, so that the user experience is improved. If the user terminal is not in the condition of receiving the message, the system stores the evaluation information into a message queue or a cache, and the user terminal pushes the message after entering the state of receiving the message, so that the user is ensured not to miss important information. Thus, timeliness and reliability of information transfer between the user terminal and the system can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and dynamically adjusting the minimum time interval according to the suggested message and the risk tolerance change value.
Specifically, the system can analyze and calculate the importance of the advice message and the change value of the risk tolerance according to the information such as the behavior, the preference, the historical data and the like of the user. The advice message may be an important notification provided by the system regarding the virtual product assessment information, and the risk tolerance change value may be a change in the user's acceptance of the risk. The system may dynamically adjust the set minimum time interval based on the change in importance and risk tolerance of the advice message.
If the importance of the advice message is high or the risk tolerance changes are large, the system may shorten the minimum time interval to push the assessment information to the user more timely. If the importance of the advice message is low or the risk tolerance changes are small, the system may extend the minimum time interval to avoid pushing information to the user too often. The system should monitor and evaluate the impact of the adjusted minimum time interval on the user experience and push effect. The adjustment effect can be evaluated through indexes such as user feedback, push success rate, user behavior change and the like, and further optimization and adjustment are performed according to the evaluation result.
According to the technical content of the above embodiment, the system flexibly adjusts the minimum time interval according to the importance of the advice message and the change value of the risk tolerance, so as to better meet the requirements of users and improve the user experience. By dynamically adjusting the minimum time interval, the system can flexibly decide whether to push evaluation information to the user more frequently according to advice messages and risk tolerance changes under different conditions. If the importance of the suggested message is high or the risk tolerance is large, the system shortens the minimum time interval so as to push information to the user more timely, and the perception and response capability of the user to the important information are improved. If the advice message is of low importance or the risk tolerance changes are small, the system may extend the minimum time interval to avoid disturbing the user too often. By monitoring and adjusting the effects, the system can continuously optimize the pushing strategy and provide better personalized service and user experience.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a product risk message pushing device for realizing the above related product risk message pushing method. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in the embodiments of the one or more product risk message pushing devices provided below may be referred to the limitation of the product risk message pushing method hereinabove, and will not be repeated herein.
