The rear side of the cleaning tank 2 is provided with a wire-discharging device 8, the wire-discharging device 8 comprises a vertical groove bar 81, a supporting top plate 82, a hack lever 83, a top wheel plate 84, a sliding lifting rod 85, a wire-discharging wheel 86, a spring fixing block 87, a shaft bracket 88 and a buckling frame 89, the vertical groove bar 81 is fixedly connected with the rear side of the cleaning tank 2, the supporting top plate 82 is slidingly connected with the inner side of the vertical groove bar 81, the hack lever 83 is hinged with the side of the cleaning tank 2, the top wheel plate 84 is fixedly connected with the top end of the supporting top plate 82, the sliding lifting rod 85 is fixedly connected with the side of the supporting top plate 82, the shaft bracket 88 is fixedly connected with the top end of the hack lever 83, the wire-discharging wheel 86 is arranged at the bottom end of the shaft bracket 88, the spring fixing block 87 is fixedly connected with the side of the supporting top plate 82, the buckling frame 89 is spliced and connected with the side of the shaft bracket 88, the bottom side of the spring fixing block 87 is fixedly connected with a spring, and the bottom end of the spring is fixedly connected with the cleaning tank 2, the side of the frame rod 83 is provided with a chute, the chute is in sliding connection with the sliding lifting rod 85, through the structure, firstly, the rotating shaft of the wire placing wheel 86 is placed on the bracket 88, then the buckling frame 89 is buckled above the bracket 88 and is fixed by screws, then the outermost side of the tungsten wire on the wire placing wheel 86 is contacted with the top wheel plate 84 on the top side of the supporting top plate 82, the tungsten wire inside the wire placing wheel 86 extrudes the top wheel plate 84 and the supporting top plate 82 to slide downwards and extrude the bottom side spring of the spring fixing block 87 to be pressed, along with the gradual reduction of the tungsten wire discharged by the wire placing wheel 86, the top wheel plate 84 is tightly attached to the outermost tungsten wire of the wire placing wheel 86 under the action of the spring pressing spring on the bottom side spring fixing block 87, so that the supporting top plate 82 moves upwards in the vertical groove strip 81, the supporting top plate 82 moves upwards to drive the sliding lifting rod 85 to lift the frame rod 83 upwards, the paying-off height of the paying-off wheel 86 is always higher than the wire threading groove plate 66 or is even with the wire threading groove plate 66, so that the tungsten wire and the wire threading groove plate 66 are prevented from being excessively worn or the bending angle is prevented from being increased to exceed the bearing value to break.
The working principle is as follows; when the linkage rod 61 moves upwards along with the pressing plug plate 52, the sliding groove rod 62 connected with the top end of the linkage rod 61 applies pressure to the sliding grooves on the side surfaces of the pressing swing rod 63 and the staggered pressing rod 64 at the same time, so that the pressing swing rod 63 and the staggered pressing rod 64 are deflected at the same time, the staggered pressing rod 64 drives the pressing plate 65 connected with the side surface to drive the bottom cleaning press block 67 to apply pressure to the inner side of the wire penetrating groove plate 66, the outer side of a tungsten wire passing through the wire penetrating groove plate 66 is contacted with the pressed cleaning press block 67, the cleaning press block 67 is utilized to scrape redundant protective materials on the outer side of the tungsten wire, so that subsequent cleaning is facilitated, the wire penetrating groove plate 66 plays a role in guiding the tungsten wire, meanwhile, when the linkage rod 61 moves downwards along with the pressing plug plate 52, the sliding groove rod 62 pulls the pressing swing rod 63 and the staggered pressing rod 64, the pressing plate 65 is driven to be away from the cleaning pool 2, the staggered pressing rod 64 rotates around a node until the staggered pressing rod 64 stops, and the accumulated protective materials on the cleaning press block 67 are enabled to fall into the cleaning pool 2 by utilizing the force generated by the staggered pressing rod 64, so that the cleaning efficiency is prevented from being influenced;
the rotating shaft of the wire placing wheel 86 is placed on the shaft bracket 88, the buckling frame 89 is buckled above the shaft bracket 88 and is fixed by screws, then the outermost side of tungsten wires on the wire placing wheel 86 is contacted with the top wheel plate 84 on the top side of the support top plate 82, the tungsten wires on the inner side of the wire placing wheel 86 are extruded by the top wheel plate 84 and the support top plate 82 to slide downwards and extrude springs on the bottom side of the spring fixing block 87 to be pressed, the top wheel plate 84 enables the support top plate 82 to be tightly attached to the tungsten wires on the outermost side of the wire placing wheel 86 under the action of springs on the bottom side of the spring fixing block 87, so that the support top plate 82 moves upwards in the vertical groove bar 81, the support top plate 82 moves upwards to drive the sliding lifting rod 85 to lift the hack lever 83 upwards, the wire placing height of the wire placing wheel 86 is always higher than that of the wire passing groove plate 66 or is flush with the wire passing groove plate 66, and excessive abrasion or the increase of the bending angle of the tungsten wires and the wire passing groove plate 66 beyond the bearing value is prevented from being broken.
