本发明属于农化除草剂制剂领域,涉及农一种除草剂组合物,具体涉及一种含草甘膦、增甘膦的除草剂组合物及其防治有害植物的用途。
背景技术
草甘膦是目前使用最广泛、用量最大的一种优良除草剂,为内吸传导型慢性广谱灭生性除草剂,,草甘膦通过茎叶等绿色部位吸收后传导到植物各部位,可防除单子叶和双子叶、一年生和多年生、草本和灌木等40多科的植物,广泛用于非农田、果园、道路、林业等地除草,自上世纪70年代商品化以来广受欢迎,特别是伴随着1990s以来作物转基因技术的发展,使其成为全球销量第一的除草剂品种。然而由于长时间大量单一连续使用草甘膦,杂草的抗性问题已经非常突出,有一些杂草对草甘膦的耐药能力强,如牛筋草,单一使用草甘膦不能有效防除,对这些杂草的防除都是亟待解决的问题。植物的生长发育是植物体内许多生理生化过程协调统一的表现。除草剂是用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质,当除草剂干扰了其中某一环节时,就会使植物的生理生化过程失去平衡,从而导致植物的生长发育受到抑制或死亡。按除草剂有效成分在植物体内的移动性分为触杀型和内吸型除草剂,除草剂根据作用机理可以分为抑制杂草的光合作用、抑制杂草的呼吸作用、干扰杂草的蛋白质合成等等,无论哪种作用方式,让杂质植株能够有效吸收更多的除草剂有效化学成分是提升除草效果和降低施药量的一个基本途径,通过辅助成分的加入或组合产生综合叠加作用,以对植物的正常生理生化过程增加或者新产生某种干扰作用,是提升综合除草效果和降低施药量的另一个途径。
总的来说,除草剂的作用机理比较复杂,许多除草剂的作用机理至今尚未十分清楚,这是因为它们的作用不仅受防治对象影响,同时还受环境条件的干扰;许多除草剂的杀草作用并不限于某一因素,有时是几种因素同时发生,形成一个多种复杂的过程。不同种类的杂草对不同种类和配方的除草剂的敏感程度不同,甚至同种类而不用区域的杂草也存在这种现象,因此除草施药需要根据杂草和作物对除草剂的敏感性来选用药剂,同时由于杂草的抗性问题也越来越复杂,在生产实践中,常常需将几种除草剂混合使用;同时,针对不同杂草和作物对不同除草剂组合物的敏感性并开发不同的除草剂组合物配方也是一和重要研究方向。如专利技术 CN 115119851 A一种含增甘膦的除草组合物,CN202011363830一种草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂助剂即时这方面的具体实践。
牛筋草属一年生草本植物,但因其根系发达且较深,耐旱能力和生长能力强,适应能力强,生命力顽强,在各种杂草中都处于比较领先的地位。随着百草枯、草甘膦等灭生性除草剂的大量使用,杂草代谢能力改变,代际不断筛选选择,存活的后代杂草抗药性越来越明显,杂草适应性也越来越强,不同区域杂草的抗性也存在差异,成为难除恶性杂草。另外秋季地上茎叶枯黄后,有的植株地下根系不会死亡,待翌年春季的时候,能萌发出新的地上茎干和茎叶,重新生长。牛筋草的防效提升,是一个具有挑战性的课题。
增甘膦其在低浓度时是一种植物生长抑制剂,美国第一个商品化的甘蔗催熟剂,主要用于甘蔗、甜菜的增糖催熟;用于棉花的脱叶催熟。据公开报道,增甘磷在达到一定的高浓度时也有除草作用,而且在不同的复配配方下其除草活性也存在一定的差异,已有部分混配配方,然而总体而言,市面上增甘磷制剂配方和产品种类不多,其作用原理、药效研究及产品生产也不如草甘膦普遍和清楚,其复配除草作用值得深入探究。
羟甲基膦酸是一种具有膦羧基结构的化合物,其在除草剂增效领域的应用鲜有报道。
氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,在生物学中具有重要的作用,它们不仅是蛋白质的构成单元,还可以作为生物催化剂、信号分子、酸碱平衡调节剂、营养物质和药物等。常见的小分子氨基酸有丝氨酸、脯氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸和苏氨酸等等。随科学技术的创新,化学家们让氨基酸登上农业的历史舞台,例如使用各种氨基酸能防、治农作物的各种疾病或促进生长。日本科学家用脯氨酸万分之四的溶液喷洒到玉米上,玉米产量提高20%。印度科学家辛格用低浓度的蛋氨酸喷在水稻上,防止了水稻腐根菌的侵害。有的科学家研究发现把色氨酸、半胱氨酸、丙氨酸等喷洒于农作物上,有抵抗和消灭农作物病菌的效果。专利IT2000FE000003记载了一种含有氨基酸或肽的除草剂,与相同活性成分的常规制剂相比,草甘膦和/或草铵膦与氨基酸、低链肽或蛋白质片段的组合使用增加了除草活性,缩短了除草剂见效的时间,从而减少了除草的时间。但对于包括氨基酸分子等物质在内的组合物除草剂对于杂草灭除防效的提升,特别是对于具体的抗性难除杂草(如牛筋草)防效的提升,鲜有报道。单一的甘氨酸或肽添加剂对除草剂组合除草的增效作用有一定限度,新的试验研究发现,氨基酸作为一种有效增效组分和新的物质的组合可在原基础上进一步改善增效的效果。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种除草组合物,所述的除草剂组合物包含活性成分草甘膦或同时包含活性成分草甘膦、增甘磷,还包括氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸成分,具体为草甘膦、增甘磷、小分子氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸成分的复配物。本发明的目的在于开发一种草甘膦复配制剂,提高草甘膦单剂除草剂或简单的草甘膦·增甘磷混剂除草剂的杂草防效,提升单次施药的除草效果。
该除草组合物具有除草效果好、对鄂西柑橘地牛筋草防效好等优点,为草甘膦除草剂增效及柑橘地牛筋草防除提供了优化新思路。
一种草甘膦除草剂组合物,所述的除草剂组合物含有除草活性物质草甘膦、氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸;
草甘膦、氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸的质量比为100:(0.01~10):(0.01~5)。
所述除草剂组合物中还添加有增甘磷,增甘磷和草甘膦的质量比为(1~50):(20~70)。
所述的氨基酸为氨基酸或其羧酸盐中的任意一种,所述的羧酸盐包括钠盐、钾盐、或铵盐。
优选地,所述的氨基酸为谷氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸、或丙氨酸。
优选地,所述的配方中还含有亚磷酸氢铵。
一种除草剂,包括所述的草甘膦除草剂组合物的农药学上可接受的助剂制成。
所述除草剂的剂型选自可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶粒剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、干悬剂、可溶液剂、可分散油悬浮剂、或水乳剂中的任意一种。
有益效果:在配方和施用条件一定的前提下,按照本方案添加小分子氨基酸和羟甲基膦酸,促进了药剂在植物体内传输至植物体的根部及其他分蘖、其他部位,促进药效发挥。且羟甲基膦酸和氨基酸分子的存在提高了草甘膦制剂的储存稳定性,在氨基酸分子作用下,草甘膦、增甘磷分子在药剂中的微观分布更为均匀。小分子氨基酸的和羟甲基膦酸具有物化作用,通过对植株叶片施加的生理活性作用,能提高草甘膦除草剂施药后药剂的润湿性和渗透性等,增大草甘膦、增甘磷等除草活性分子的吸收通道和吸收利用率;增甘磷和羟甲基膦酸这两种物质的存在,可能因包括但不限于氢键在内的作用下,对氨基酸的这一生理活性则有促进作用。综上,本发明的混合组合物具有同比原有工艺配方更优的除草活性,在上述综合作用下表现了除草增效作用效果,同比草甘膦单剂、或草甘膦-增甘磷混剂,在使用同样农药助剂的基础上,本发明组合物或除草剂的除草防效更高,返青率更低。在同样防效基础上,对等地,可降低草甘膦除草剂的使用量。
采用本发明筛选复配出的除草剂组合物,在湖北西部地区一柑橘地块开展对抗性杂草牛筋草的防除试验,表明在本方案下防除效果有明显提升,同时柑橘地块大田杂草的综合防效也略有提升,实验大田杂草12天防效相比对照组除草剂提高3%左右(由90%左右提升到93%左右),特别是对于湖北省西部地区试验柑橘地块难防治的牛筋草14天防效同比提升6%左右(由76%左右提升到82%左右。被防除的牛筋草杂草总数中,牛筋草植株全部分蘖均死亡的数量占防除总数的比例);30天返青率同比降低,抗性减轻效果明显,提高了防治效果并减低除草剂用药量。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明不仅局限于以下具体实施例,也不以此来限定本发明:
实施例1-7
按照专利技术CN 115119851 A实施例1的方法混配得到70%增甘磷·草甘膦可溶液剂混合物1000g,其中草甘膦与增甘磷的质量比例为20:50,草甘膦含量20%、增甘磷含量50%。取100g的平行样共7个(编为A1-7#),向A1-6#样品中依次投加1.1g的谷氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸,分别添加0.3g羟甲基膦酸,A7#为空白对照(不投加羟甲基膦酸),分别缓慢通入氨气调节pH值到6,加水稀释到125ml,充分混合均匀,选取湖北宜昌某柑橘地试验田进行非耕地防除杂草试验,将该草甘膦铵盐水剂以2ml/220g水的比例稀释混合均匀,喷施10平方米地块进行药效试验。A1-A7#样品试验地块杂草均从第三天开始显现叶片发黄现象,考察12天防效,A7#样品试验地块整体防效91%,牛筋草14天防效72%;A1、A5#样品试验地块整体防效92%,A6、A2-A4#样品试验地块整体防效达到93%,A1-6#牛筋草14天防效80%。考察30天杂草整珠返青比率,A7#样品试验地块返青率18%,A1-A6#样品试验地块均低于12%。
实施例8-14:按照以下方法配制40%草甘膦·增甘磷水剂:
配方(重量比):投加水600g、95%草甘膦铵盐原药500g、90%增甘膦铵盐原药100g、增效助剂A 80g,充分搅拌均匀,得到40%草甘膦·增甘磷可溶剂1280g,其中草甘膦与增甘磷质量比为33:7。取100g的平行样共7个(编为B1-8#),向B1-6#样品中依次投加1.5g的谷氨酸、1.5g的赖氨酸、1.5g的精氨酸、1.5g的苏氨酸、1.5g的甘氨酸、1.5g的丙氨酸,B1-7#分别添加0.3g羟甲基膦酸。B7#为1.5g的谷氨酸,0.3g羟甲基膦酸,添加1.0g亚磷酸氢铵。B8#为空白对照(不投加氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸)。B1-8#加水分别稀释到110ml,充分混合均匀,将该草甘膦铵盐水剂以2ml/220g水的比例稀释混合均匀,喷施10平方米地块进行药效试验。B1-B7#样品试验地块杂草均从第三天开始显现叶片发黄现象,考察12天防效,B8#样品试验地块整体防效91%,牛筋草14天防效76%;B1-B6#样品试验地块整体防效均为92%以上,牛筋草14天防效81%;B7#样品试验地块整体防效均为96%以上,牛筋草14天防效93%。考察30天杂草整珠返青比率,B7#样品试验地块返青率16%,A1-A6#样品试验地块均在8-11% ;A7#样品试验地块均低于6%。
实施例15-21
按专利技术CN 112471170 B实施例3所记载的方法配制草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂。制取质量分数为46%的草甘膦异丙胺盐,并与助剂以质量比8:2混合得到草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂。本实施例中,草甘膦与增甘磷质量比为27.3 : 0。取100g的平行样共7个(编为C1-7#),向C1-6#样品中依次投加1.1g的谷氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸,分别添加0.3g羟甲基膦酸,C7#为空白对照(不加氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸),加水稀释到108ml,充分混合均匀,选取湖北宜昌某柑橘地试验田进行非耕地防除杂草试验,将该草甘膦铵盐水剂以2ml/220g水的比例稀释混合均匀,喷施10平方米地块进行药效试验。C1-C7#样品试验地块杂草均从第三天开始显现叶片发黄现象,考察12天防效,C7#样品试验地块整体防效91%,牛筋草14天防效75%;C6#样品试验地块整体防效均90%,C1-C5#样品试验地块整体防效达到92%,C1-6#牛筋草14天防效79%以上。考察30天杂草整珠返青比率,C7#样品试验地块返青率14%,C1-C6#样品试验地块均低于12%。
对比实施例22-28:
按专利技术CN 112471170 B实施例3所记载的方法配制助剂,并将质量分数为33%的草甘膦铵盐水剂、90%增甘膦铵盐原药及制取的助剂以质量比8:1:2进行混合,得到草甘膦和增甘磷复配混剂,草甘膦与增甘磷质量比为22:8。取100g的平行样共7个(编为D1-7#),向D1-6#样品中依次投加0.2g的谷氨酸、0.8g赖氨酸、0.9g精氨酸、1.1g苏氨酸、1.2g甘氨酸、1.6g丙氨酸,分别添加0.3g羟甲基膦酸,D7#为空白对照(不加氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸),加水稀释到120ml,充分混合均匀,将该草甘膦铵盐水剂以2.5ml/220g水的比例稀释混合均匀,喷施10平方米地块进行药效试验。D1-D7#样品试验地块杂草均从第三天开始显现叶片发黄现象,考察12天防效,D7#样品试验地块整体防效90%,牛筋草14天防效76%;D1- D6#样品试验地块整体防效均为92%以上,牛筋草14天防效82%。考察30天杂草整珠返青比率,D7#样品试验地块返青率15%,D1#样品试验地块均低于14%,D2、D4 #样品试验地块均低于11%,D3、D5、D6#样品试验地块均低于9%。
对比实施例29:
购买市售41%草甘膦异丙胺盐水剂(单剂)作参照,以同比例稀释(2ml/220g水),在试验田对比地块喷施10平方米地块进行药效试验,杂草整体防效12天防效89%,牛筋草14天防效为62%。
Claims (6)
1.一种草甘膦除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的除草剂组合物含有除草活性物质草甘膦、氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸;
草甘膦、氨基酸、羟甲基膦酸的质量比为100:(0.01~10):(0.01~5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草甘膦除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述除草剂组合物中还添加有增甘磷,增甘磷和草甘膦的质量比为(1~50):(20~70)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的草甘膦除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸为α-氨基酸或其羧酸盐中的任意一种,所述的羧酸盐包括钠盐、钾盐或铵盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的草甘膦除草剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸为谷氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸或丙氨酸。
5.一种除草剂,包括权利要求1-4任一项所述的草甘膦除草剂组合物的农药学上可接受的助剂制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草剂的剂型选自可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、可溶粒剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、干悬剂、可溶液剂、可分散油悬浮剂、或水乳剂中的任意一种。
