Abstract
The invention discloses an RRU remote web fault diagnosis method and system for an experience library, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the server sends a log acquisition request to the remote radio frequency unit according to the fault diagnosis request; after receiving the log acquisition request, the remote radio frequency unit packs and compresses related logs and uploads the logs to a server; based on the received log, the server uses the stored experience library judging rule to judge whether the remote radio frequency unit has a fault currently. The invention can quickly realize remote and automatic judgment of RRU faults, simultaneously generate fault diagnosis reports and recovery suggestion measures, and realize remote quick maintenance of RRU.

Technical Field
