Description

Cascade application method and system thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of video communication, in particular to a cascade application method and a cascade application system.
Background
Internet-based video communication technology is widely used in video conference scenes for work and life. As conference capacity and networking complexity increase, cascading conferences continue to grow. The cascade conference realizes the mutual exchange of audio and video pictures and shared contents of different conference participant terminals, thereby greatly expanding the application of the video conference.
In particular, different conferences establishing a cascading relationship may be from the same or different conference systems. For example, in situations where a large number of attendees need to be joined, a single meeting system may not meet the requirements. Cascaded conferences may connect multiple conference systems such that hundreds or even thousands of participants can participate in the same conference. And different conference systems may have different hardware resources and functions. Through cascading conferences, resources of different systems, such as a plurality of MCUs (multipoint control units), can be fully utilized to process a large number of audio and video streams. As another example, a variety of different videoconferencing systems may be used within an enterprise. Cascading meetings allow these systems to be interconnected, providing a unified communication platform for employees, enabling them to communicate easily across systems.
And the cascading meeting can support multi-scene cascading of public cloud, private cloud and mixed cloud, for example, two meetings of the cascading can be respectively from any combination of public cloud, private cloud and mixed cloud, such as public cloud-public cloud, public cloud-private cloud and private cloud A-private cloud B.
Furthermore, cascading conferences can save bandwidth. For example, the staff of the B enterprise and the staff of the a enterprise need to participate in a video conference at the same time, and conventionally, a cascading conference manner is not adopted, for example, 100 participant terminals of the B enterprise are all called into the a enterprise conference, and a bandwidth of several hundred megabytes needs to be provided to ensure that the 100 participant terminals of the B enterprise can stably join in the a enterprise conference. The method adopts the mode of cascade conference, the cascade conference can selectively interact, because the video pictures occupy more bandwidth and the audio occupy less bandwidth, the cascade conference can select the default establishment of the voice between conference A and conference B of cascade to be intercommunicated, the video pictures selectively intercommunicate, only select the video pictures of a plurality of important leaders in the conference B to be transmitted, and the video pictures of other participant terminals are not transmitted, thus greatly saving the bandwidth.
In summary, the conference cascade provides an effective solution for communication and collaboration between different conferences, helping to facilitate collaboration and communication over an excessive conference capacity.
Specifically, the MCU in the video conference may integrate multiple video streams, combine the audio and video data streams of different terminals together, and then distribute the combined data streams to other terminals. The cascade conference enables a plurality of MCUs to be connected together, data exchange is carried out among the MCUs, and coordination and communication of the whole network are ensured, namely, the cascade conference needs to consume resources of a hardware server MCU.
In the cascade application method in the prior art, the MCU needs to be configured at a pure server configuration level, more specifically, a neighbor gateway (Neighboring Gatekeeper) needs to be configured at a background to ensure the intercommunication of audio and video among different MCUs, wherein the gateway is responsible for managing and controlling the access, call control and bandwidth allocation of terminal equipment, and can also maintain the registration information of the terminal equipment to ensure that the equipment in a conference system can mutually identify and communicate. In a large network there are multiple gateways, each gateway being responsible for a different area or network segment. A neighbor gateway refers to a connection established between two gateways in order to enable communication between terminal devices in different networks. Communication and coordination between neighbor gateways may facilitate calls and connections by terminal devices across different networks. This relationship helps build larger scale and complex videoconferencing systems that enable the terminal devices to communicate seamlessly between different networks.
When a cascade conference is established, besides the configuration of the neighbor gateway, conference templates are established in advance, and different conference templates are cascaded through the reserved conference. For example, a cascade conference of a provincial conference and a municipal conference needs to be opened, and a neighbor gateway is configured in the background first; then creating a provincial conference template and a municipal conference template, wherein conference basic information such as conference numbers, conference room names, conference time and the like are required to be input in the conference template; and the two conference templates are cascaded through the reserved conference, after the two conference templates are cascaded, conference terminals in the two conferences go to the conference, conference terminals in the province and the city call in conference numbers in the respective conference templates, and the conference terminals enter the cascaded conference.
In summary, in the prior art, a neighbor gateway is configured at a pure server configuration level, the neighbor gateway is responsible for managing the intercommunication of audio and video between different MCUs, a conference template is required to be established, and a cascade conference is reserved in advance, and is established through the conference template, namely, a cascade structure is established in advance through the conference template, wherein the cascade structure is fed back in the connection relation between different MCUs. In the prior art, the cascading application mode of the pure server configuration level is inflexible, a user needs to be responsible for the connection mode of the bottom MCU, the audio and video intercommunication mode, the transmission mode of the neighbor gateway and the like, the operation is complex, the user friendliness is lacked, a great deal of time is required for configuration, particularly, when primary setting, testing and tuning are performed, configuration errors are easy to occur, the wrong configuration can cause conference connection problems, audio and video quality is reduced, the stability of the whole cascading conference is affected, and bad experience is brought to the user.
Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail through the drawings and the embodiments.
Summary of The Invention
As described above, the invention provides a cascade application method and a system thereof with simple operation, which effectively solve the problems of complexity, technical problems and user experience in the configuration process, so that more users can easily configure and manage cascade conferences, thereby realizing more efficient and simpler cascade conference application operation.
Exemplary method
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cascade application method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment includes the following steps:
s101: the upper cascade is applied for or the lower cascade is invited through the conference number.
The meeting room for cascade application is an application party meeting room, and the meeting room to be applied is a response party meeting room. The two meeting rooms are in an upper-lower relationship, and when the application and the upper meeting room are cascaded, the answering meeting room is the upper meeting room, and the application meeting room is the lower meeting room; when the application and the lower conference room are cascaded, the answering party conference room is the lower conference room, and the application party conference room is the upper conference room.
For example, when the application for the meeting room a and the meeting room B are cascaded at the upper level, the meeting room a as the meeting room of the application party is the lower level meeting room, and the meeting room B as the meeting room of the response party is the upper level meeting room. The meeting room A can also apply for the lower cascade connection with the meeting room B, and the meeting room A serving as the meeting room of the application party is an upper meeting room, and the meeting room B serving as the meeting room of the response party is a lower meeting room. The upper and lower relationships are determined by the cascading style of the application of the meeting room of the application party.
It should be noted that the upper and lower relationships of the two conference rooms applying for cascading are not fixed, and there are no absolute upper and lower relationships, and the upper and lower relationships are determined by the user in the actual service, and mainly depend on which party conference control person is used as the conference control person of the cascading conference room, and the conference state of the cascading conference room is the conference state of which party conference. After the cascade relation is established, the conference control personnel of the upper conference room serve as the conference control personnel of the established cascade conference room, and the conference state of the cascade conference room is the conference state of the upper conference room.
Specifically, if the upper conference has a global main conference site, a global content and multi-picture broadcasting, the lower conference needs to be responded automatically; if the upper conference sets full-field overall silence and full-field overall forced silence, the lower conference needs to automatically respond; after the lower cascade upper conference, the global main conference site in the lower cascade is automatically canceled.
Generally, after triggering a cascading application, cascading conditions, such as security, compatibility of hardware devices, network connection quality, reliability, fault tolerance, etc., are checked first to ensure connection, quality and stability of a conference.
After the verification is passed, judging whether the application party meeting room meets the automatic cascade setting condition of the answering party meeting room or not:
when the applicant meeting room meets the automatic cascade setting condition, automatically confirming to receive cascade application;
when the applicant conference room does not meet the automatic cascade setting condition, the responder conference room receives cascade application information, such as a cascade inquiry popup window shown in fig. 7, and manual processing of the responder conference room is required: manually confirming and receiving the cascade application; or manually refusing to receive the cascade application, wherein when refusing is selected, the establishment of the cascade conference between the applicant conference room and the responder conference room fails, the cascade conference is directly returned to failure, and the applicant conference room receives the refusing popup window of the responder conference room.
In particular, a conference person of the responder meeting room may set or modify the automatic cascade setting conditions on a conference interface. The automatic cascade setting conditions include, but are not limited to, the number of conference terminals, bandwidth requirements, geographic locations, conference topics, conference times, conference priority levels, and the like.
Whether the meeting room of the answering party confirms or refuses the cascade application, the name and/or the meeting number of the meeting room of the answering party are automatically stored in a cascade message list of the meeting room of the applying party; and the name and/or the meeting number of the applicant party are automatically stored into a cascading message list of the meeting room of the responder party. I.e. stored as a history message in a concatenated message list. The automatic confirmation of the receipt of the cascade application also requires the addition of a message "automatically cascade" to the cascade message list, respectively.
The upper cascade or the lower cascade is applied for by meeting numbers and specifically comprises two cascade inlets: the upper cascade is applied or the lower cascade is invited by the cascade function or the conference number in the cascade message list.
The step of cascading the conference number in the cascading function with the upper conference room or the lower conference room specifically comprises the following steps:
first, apply for the upper cascade or invite the lower cascade;
secondly, inputting the meeting number of the meeting room of the answering party;
third, the cascade is confirmed.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the "conference cascade" function of the conference control interface clicks on the application upper cascade, a window of the right "application upper cascade" as shown in fig. 4 appears, the conference number of the upper conference room of the application cascade is input in the input box of the "cloud conference number", after confirmation, the "confirm" button in the right lower corner of the window is clicked, the conference control interface pops up that the invitation is sent, and the invitation result is checked through the cascade message. When the upper conference room agrees to cascade, the two parties are successfully cascaded, and the state of the cascade message received by the lower conference room is set as follows: cascaded, operable to hang up the cascade; the state of the cascade message sent by the superior meeting room is set as follows: the cascade is already cascaded, and the cascade can be hung up. When the upper conference room refuses the cascade connection, the two parties fail to cascade, and the cascade message state received by the lower conference is refused, so that the application cascade connection can be initiated again; the state of the cascade message sent by the upper conference is set as follows: the lower level application has been denied and the lower level meeting is again invited. The subordinate conference moderator needs to receive the popup prompt: the "superior meeting name" has rejected your cascading applications. The "i know" and "no longer hint" buttons are provided. The upper conference can close the cascade inquiry message popup window, wait for 3 minutes to automatically timeout after closing, and the state of cascade information received by the lower conference is set as follows: the upper level is not processed, and the application cascade can be initiated again; the state of the cascade message sent by the upper conference is set as follows: the lower level application is unprocessed and can be operated to invite the lower level meeting again; the cascade message states of the upper and lower conferences are set as follows: the cascade fails, a specific failure cause can be checked, and the cascade can be applied/invited again.
For another example, as shown in fig. 3, the "conference cascade" function of the conference control interface clicks on to apply for the next cascade, a right "invite next cascade" window as shown in fig. 5 appears, a conference number of the next conference room of the invite cascade is input in a "cloud conference number" input box, 30 conference numbers at most are input at a time, and after the input is completed, a "confirm" button in the right lower corner of the window is clicked.
As another cascade entry for applying cascade connection, the step of applying for cascade connection with the upper conference room or the lower conference room through the conference number in the cascade message list specifically comprises the following steps:
firstly, searching the meeting room name and/or meeting number of the answering party in the cascade message list;
second, apply for an upper cascade or invite a lower cascade.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, in the "cascade message" list on the right side of the conference control interface, a conference room name or a conference number of the application cascade is found, a telephone icon on the right side of the conference room is clicked, and the selection of "apply for the upper cascade" or "invite the lower cascade" is continued to be clicked. When the answering party meeting room does not process the application cascade message yet, the cascade message state sent by the application party meeting room is set as follows: in the application cascade, hang-up operation can be performed; the state of the cascade message received by the answering party meeting room is set as follows: in the upper or lower application cascade, the operation of answering and rejecting the cascade can be performed.
In a word, when the application party meeting room applies for cascade connection to the answering party meeting room for the first time, the meeting control interface of the application party meeting room has no history record of the answering party meeting room, namely, the meeting number of the answering party meeting room is not in the cascade connection message list, and then the application of cascade connection is carried out by clicking the cascade connection function button, so that the meeting number of the answering party meeting room needs to be input; when the meeting room of the application party does not carry out cascade application to the meeting room of the response party for the first time, the meeting number of the meeting room of the response party is in the cascade message list, so that the meeting number can be input through a cascade function, and cascade application can be carried out through the existing meeting number in the cascade message list.
The cascading application is carried out through any one of the two cascading entrances, the cascading application is purely interface operation, the cascading is carried out only through the conference number, the control personnel does not need to consider a complex bottom server configuration layer, advance reservation is not needed, and the operation is simple and efficient.
S102: and establishing a cascade relation between the applicant conference room and the responder conference room to obtain a cascade conference room.
Specifically, a cascade connection relationship is established between an applicant conference room and a responder conference room, and the superior conference room is used as the cascade conference room. And the maximum number of the participants in the cascade conference room is the maximum number of the participants in the upper conference room, and the terminal number of the lower conference room is not counted into the number of the participants in the cascade conference room.
S103: terminals of conference rooms of two parties establishing a cascade relation automatically enter the cascade conference room.
Unlike the cascading mode in which only a certain terminal in the applicant conference room is mapped to the responder conference room through the virtual terminal, the data of all the participant terminal lists of the applicant conference room and the responder conference room are all synchronized to the cascading conference room in the invention, for example, the participant terminal lists of all levels are displayed in a hierarchical manner in an organization tree form as shown in the left side of fig. 6, and the conference staff of the video picture cascading conference room of all the participant terminals can go to view and call.
The number of terminal video pictures of the lower conference room which can be simultaneously displayed by the terminals of the upper conference room is determined by the number of cascade channels of the upper conference room.
Specifically, all terminals of the lower conference room may be displayed in a polling manner.
For example, a conference person in the conference room B searches a conference number of the conference room E in a "cascade message" list of a conference control interface, clicks a telephone icon, continuously clicks and selects "invite lower cascade", the conference room B meets an automatic cascade setting condition of the conference room E, automatically confirms and receives a cascade application, establishes a cascade relationship between the conference rooms B, takes the conference room B as a cascade conference room, takes the conference room B as an upper conference room, takes a conference person as a conference person in the cascade conference room, and takes a conference state of the cascade conference room as a conference state of the conference room B. All terminals in each of the two conference rooms automatically enter the cascade conference room. The maximum number of participants in the cascade conference room is 100, and is irrelevant to the maximum number of participants in the E conference room, 50. In the conference, the number of terminals in the B conference room is 80, the number of participants in the cascade conference room is 80, and the number of terminals 40 of the E conference room, which are called into the cascade conference room, is not counted into the number of participants in the cascade conference room. The conference control interface of the cascade conference room synchronously displays the terminal list of all the conference rooms in the form of an organization tree by default, the terminal of the B conference room, namely the upper conference room, can simultaneously see the video pictures of all the terminals of the B conference room, the terminal of the E conference room, namely the lower conference room, can simultaneously see the video pictures of all the terminals of the E conference room, the number of the terminal video pictures of the E conference room which can be simultaneously displayed by the terminal of the B conference room is determined by the number of cascade channels of the B conference room, for example, the number of the cascade channels of the B conference room is 5, the number of the terminal video pictures of the E conference room which can be simultaneously displayed by the terminal of the B conference room is 5, and a group of 5 terminal video pictures of the E conference room are displayed every 8 minutes in a polling mode, and the terminal video pictures of the next group of 5E conference rooms are replaced every 8 minutes.
In a word, the terminal number of the lower conference room is not counted into the participant number of the cascade conference room, and the problem of insufficient maximum conference number can be solved by cascading different conferences.
S104: and taking the conference control personnel of the superior conference room in the conference rooms of the two parties establishing the cascade connection as the conference control personnel of the cascade conference room.
For example, when the number of terminals in the cascaded conference room is small, the conference staff in the upper conference room directly manages all terminals in the cascaded conference room.
In addition, the invention can judge whether to designate the conference control personnel of the lower conference room as the auxiliary conference control personnel of the cascade conference room for hierarchical control according to the terminal number of the cascade conference room and the conference control personnel number of the cascade conference room.
In the cascade conference room of the multistage cascade connection, when the number of the terminals of the conference is large, the conference control personnel of the upper conference room cannot manage all the terminals, and the conference control personnel of the multistage conference room are sufficient, the conference control personnel of other stage conference rooms can be appointed to manage the terminals of the conference room and the terminals of the lower conference room according to requirements. It should be noted that, the conference staff in each conference room can only manage the terminals in the conference room and the lower conference rooms, but cannot manage the upper conference rooms.
In a word, the invention can fully consider the number of terminals and the conference control resources, select the upper conference room management or hierarchical management and control, reasonably arrange the conference control personnel, and save the conference control resources while meeting the conference control demands.
