The following is a detailed description of the specific process of the clear and reverse processing in the two clear and reverse modes.
(1) First clear back mode (credit clear back mode)

in addition, the pre-participation qualification may also be participation qualification of all the configured pre-project periods in a credit mortgage mode, if the user selects to exit any project in the first clearing mode, the user loses participation qualification of all the projects, namely: the qualification use state of the user's pre-participation qualification is updated to a frozen state or an invalid state. Or associating the qualification use state of the pre-participation qualification with the resource limit of the credit resource of the user, and if the authorization state of the credit resource of the user is updated to be the authorized state, updating the qualification use state of the pre-participation qualification to be a frozen state or an invalid state; if the authorized status of the credit resources of the user is not updated to the authorized status, the qualification use status of the pre-qualification is updated to a valid status or an available status.
As described above, the clearing and reversing mode and the item participation type have an item matching relationship, which on one hand represents an intrinsic data connection at the item level, and the item matching relationship between the two is to promote user experience, avoid that a user cannot exit or other situations affecting user experience are caused by the confusion of the relationship between the item participation type selected by the user and the clearing and reversing mode, and on the other hand, also ensure the rights of an item operator or an item service provider, avoid that a large number of users participate in a credit mortgage manner for unlimited times and exit the item, and in an alternative implementation provided in this embodiment, before the mortgage state of a first available resource mortgage is released after the mortgage processing, detect whether the first clearing and reversing mode is matched with the item participation type selected by the user; if yes, executing the mortgage state process of the mortgage-released first available resource; if not, sending a clear mode switching prompt to the user.
(2) Second clear mode (Low-Fidelity clear mode)
When the user selects to exit the project after the period of the pre-project of the project expires, based on the clear-back mode of the solutions corresponding to the exit instruction, in the process of clear-back processing for the user, if the clear-back mode selected by the user is the second clear-back mode (low-cost clear-back mode), the clear-back processing process is specifically implemented in the following manner:
Releasing the mortgage state of the mortgage-processed first available resource, and deducting the clearance expense corresponding to the second clearance mode from the user account of the user;
and removing the user from the member list of the item, and updating the qualification use state of the front participation qualification of the user.
In this embodiment, if the user selects to exit the item in the second clear mode, the user still retains the participation qualification of participating in the item again, that is: the qualification use state of the user's pre-participation qualification is updated to a valid state or an available state. In addition, the qualification use state of the pre-participation qualification may be associated with a resource amount of the credit resource of the user, and if the authorization state of the credit resource of the user is updated to be the authorized state, the qualification use state of the pre-participation qualification is updated to be a frozen state or an invalid state; if the authorized status of the credit resources of the user is not updated to the authorized status, the qualification use status of the pre-qualification is updated to a valid status or an available status.
In practical application, taking a guarantee project as an example, a corresponding guarantee waiting period is often configured, wherein the guarantee waiting period refers to that in a specified period after the guarantee of the guarantee project takes effect, even if a to-be-guaranteed event occurs, a user cannot obtain guarantee compensation, and the guarantee waiting period is generally 3 months or half years for a long-term guarantee project, under the condition, if the user is assumed to participate in the guarantee project in a credit mortgage mode, if the duration of a lead project period of the user participation trial or joining experience is shorter than that of the guarantee waiting period, the user cannot apply for a claim in the lead project period, and the participation trial or joining experience of the user is meaningless, and for this reason, the guarantee project in the embodiment is optionally configured with a guarantee waiting period of applying for a guarantee, and the guarantee claim cannot be applied in the guarantee waiting period; and the duration of the guarantee waiting period of the project is shorter than the duration of the period of the front project, and the guarantee waiting period is determined according to the resource limit of the available resources. For example, the credit rating of the user is inversely related to the duration of the pre-project period, and the higher the credit rating, the shorter the pre-project period; conversely, the lower the credit rating, the longer the preamble period for the user.
In the specific implementation, in order to further urge the user to better perform credit performance, maintain and perfect the credit system of the user, and simultaneously ensure that the user can enjoy the corresponding guarantee rights after participating in the guarantee project, in an optional implementation provided in this embodiment, under the condition that the guarantee application request submitted by the user is obtained, the user is subjected to claim settlement pre-payment processing; and the claim amount of the claim pre-payment processing is obtained by calculating according to the pre-payment coefficient determined by the available resources and the guarantee amount of the guarantee item.
Further, from the perspective of the project operator or the project service provider of the security project, in order to avoid that the user proposes a false security application and also to reduce the occurrence probability of the situation of cheating in the security claim, in an alternative implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the claim pre-payment processing is audited; if the auditing result is that the objection exists, withdrawing the claim settlement pre-payment processing; if the auditing result is unobjectionable, the auditing result is not processed.
The following describes the method for processing an item provided in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, by taking an application of the method for processing an item provided in this embodiment to a fund distribution scenario as an example, and specifically includes steps S202 to S216.

The insurance item is configured with two first-period insurance types: the credit mortgage type and the first-period low-cost type are selected, the first-period type refers to a selected insurance mode in the user insurance process, different first-period types are selected, and resources paid out by the user in the insurance process are different. The credit mortgage insurance type refers to the use of the credit of the user as a guarantee to conduct insurance, so as to conduct the advanced experience of the insurance item; the first-period low-fee insuring type is to use the credit of the user as the guarantee to insuring, and to pay a certain fee in the insuring process to make the advance/front-end 'trial' experience of the insurance item.

Optionally, the first-period insuring type insuring condition includes: the credit grade corresponding to the credit resource is larger than or equal to the credit admittance grade of the first-period insuring type. For example, if the user selects a credit mortgage type, and makes an application and joins an insurance item in a credit mortgage mode, the credit rating of the user needs to meet the application condition of the credit mortgage type, that is, the credit rating needs to be higher than the credit rating threshold required by the credit mortgage type.
In practical application, in the process of selecting the first-period insuring type, the user does not always know clearly whether the user meets the insuring condition of the first-period insuring type, so that detection is needed after the user selects the first-period insuring type to determine whether the user meets the insuring condition of the first-period insuring type, and in an optional implementation manner provided by the embodiment, in the process of detecting whether the available resource of the user meets the participation condition of the item in the item participation type, the distributed optional insuring type set is determined based on the credit resource; and further detecting whether the first-period application type is an optional application type contained in the set of optional application types; if yes, indicating that the user meets the application condition of the selected first-period application type, executing the following step S406;

As described above, the first-period insuring types include a credit mortgage insuring type and a first-period low-cost insuring type, and the following detailed description is given for the specific process of insuring under the two first-period insuring types, respectively.
(1) Credit mortgage type of application
Under the credit mortgage type, carrying out credit mortgage processing and insurance payment based on the initial insurance type and the credit resource, wherein the credit mortgage processing and insurance payment specifically comprise the following steps: performing credit mortgage processing based on the credit resources, and performing application processing on the user based on the identity information to obtain the policy details of the user; the amount paid for the application payment under the credit mortgage type is 0.
In the process, in order to embody the individuation processing and experience individuation of users with different credit levels in the process of insuring so as to prompt the users to maintain good credit, optionally, the credit mortgage line of credit mortgage processing is determined according to the resource line of credit resources of the users; such as a lower amount of credit mortgage required at the time of the application for a user with a higher credit rating; conversely, for users with lower credit ratings, the amount of credit mortgage required at the time of the application is higher.

(2) First low-cost insurance type
Under the first-period low-fee insuring type, credit mortgage processing and insuring payment are carried out based on the first-period insuring type and the credit resource, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: performing credit mortgage processing based on the credit resource, and performing insurance payment based on a payment account of the user; and carrying out application processing on the user based on the identity information to obtain the policy details of the user.
In the process, in order to embody the individuation processing and experience individuation of users with different credit levels in the process of insuring so as to prompt the users to maintain good credit, optionally, the credit mortgage line of credit mortgage processing is determined according to the resource line of credit resources of the users; such as a lower amount of credit mortgage required at the time of the application for a user with a higher credit rating; conversely, for users with lower credit ratings, the amount of credit mortgage required at the time of the application is higher.

Specifically, the payment amount of the insuring payment is equal to the difference between the insurance fee of the first period of insurance and the mortgage line.

In practical application, after paying the premium and successfully joining in the insurance item, if the user does not expect to exit because the experience of the insurance item does not reach the expected value, refund cannot be obtained for the part which does not reach the guarantee period, especially for the long-term insurance item with a longer guarantee period, the investment loss born by the user exiting the insurance item is serious.
Specifically, whether the guarantee-in time of the user exceeds the first-period insurance period is detected, if the guarantee-in time of the user exceeds the first-period insurance period, a user instruction submitted by the user for the insurance item is obtained, and if the user instruction submitted by the user is a guarantee-return instruction, the following step S410 is executed to perform a guarantee-return process on the user;

In order to further improve user experience of users in the process of applying for and experiencing the first-period insurance period of the insurance project, and simultaneously reduce resource loss generated by user refund, and also promote the degree of importance of credit, prompt the users to perform credit performance better, the embodiment provides two types of refund modes: a credit escrow mode and a low-cost escrow mode; wherein, the credit escrow refund mode refers to the user can exit the insurance item based on the credit, and the low-rate refund mode refers to the user can exit the insurance item based on both the credit and the clear charge.

It should be noted that, the refund mode has a matching relationship with the first-period insuring type, specifically, if the user selects to apply according to the credit mortgage insuring type, the user can choose to refund in the process of refund after the first-period insuring period expires, and also choose to refund in the credit refund mode or in the low-cost refund mode; however, if the user selects to make the insurance according to the first-period low-fee insurance type, the user can select to make the insurance in a low-fee refund mode and cannot select to make the insurance in a credit refund mode in the process of making the insurance after the first-period insurance period expires; in other words, the low-fee mortgage refund pattern has a matching relationship with both the credit mortgage type and the first low-fee type of application; the credit escrow pattern only has a matching relationship with the credit mortgage type and does not have a matching relationship with the first low-cost type.
The following describes the specific procedure of the refund process in the two refund modes in detail.
(1) Credit escrow mode
Under the condition that the user selects the refund after the first period insurance period of the insurance item expires, based on the refund mode of the refund corresponding to the refund instruction, in the process of refund processing on the user, if the refund mode selected by the user is a credit refund mode, the refund processing process is specifically implemented in the following manner:
releasing the mortgage state of the mortgage-processed first credit resource;
and removing the user from the insurance member list of the insurance item, and updating the qualification use state of the insurance experience qualification of the user.
The qualification of the insurance experience refers to the qualification that the user participates in the first-period insurance period trial and experience of the insurance item in a credit mortgage type or a first-period low-fee type, in this embodiment, if the user selects to select to refund in the credit mortgage refund mode, the user loses the qualification of participating in the first-period insurance period trial and experience of the insurance item in the credit mortgage type or the first-period low-fee type again, that is: the qualification use state of the user's insurance experience qualification is updated to a frozen state or an invalid state;

(2) Low-fee escrow mode
Under the condition that a user selects a refund after the first period insurance period of the insurance item expires, based on a refund mode corresponding to the refund instruction, in the process of refund processing on the user, if the refund mode selected by the user is a low-cost refund mode, the refund processing process is specifically implemented in the following manner:
Releasing the mortgage state of the mortgage-processed first credit resource, and deducting clear withdrawal fees corresponding to the low-fee mortgage withdrawal mode from a user account of the user;
and eliminating the user from the insurance member list of the insurance, and updating the qualification use state of the insurance experience qualification of the user.
In this embodiment, if the user selects to perform the refund in the low-fee refund mode, the user still retains the qualification of participating in the first-term insurance period trial and experience of the insurance item in the credit mortgage type or the first-term low-fee type, that is: the qualification use state of the user's insurance experience qualification is updated to a valid state or an available state. In addition, the qualification use state of the insurance experience qualification can be associated with the resource limit of the credit resource of the user, and if the authorization state of the credit resource of the user is updated to be the authorized state, the qualification use state of the insurance experience qualification is updated to be a frozen state or an invalid state; if the authorized state of the credit resources of the user is not updated to be the authorized state, the qualification use state of the insurance experience qualification is updated to be a valid state or an available state.
In practical application, the insurance item is often configured with a corresponding insurance waiting period, for a long-term insurance item, the insurance waiting period is generally 3 months or half a year, in this case, if the user participates in the insurance item in a credit mortgage manner, if the duration of the first period of the insurance period of the user participation trial or joining experience is shorter than the duration of the insurance waiting period, the user cannot apply for insurance claims in the first period of the insurance period, and the user cannot make any sense for the insurance trial, and for this, optionally, the insurance item in this embodiment is configured with the insurance waiting period of the insurance claims application, where the insurance claims cannot be settled in the insurance waiting period; and the duration of the insurance waiting period of the insurance item is shorter than the duration of the first period of insurance, and the insurance waiting period is determined according to the credit line of the credit resource. The present embodiment provides an item processing apparatus including:

One typical implementation is a computer. Claims (24)

1. A method of item processing, comprising:
determining a project participation type selected by a user, wherein the project participation type comprises a participation mode selected in the project participation process of the user, and available resources required to be paid by the user for selecting different project participation types are different, and the available resources comprise: any one or a combination of at least two of credit resources, electronic money resources, and virtual resources;
Detecting whether available resources of the user meet participation conditions of the project in the project participation type or not;
if yes, mortgage processing and project admittance processing are carried out based on the project participation type and the available resources.
2. The item processing method of claim 1, the determining a user-selected item participation type, comprising:

3. The item processing method of claim 2, wherein an item page of the item is configured with a first participation type control and a second participation type control;
the determining the item participation type corresponding to the participation type control according to the participation type control triggered by the user on the item page comprises the following steps:
if the user triggers the first participation type control, determining that the user selects to participate in the project according to a first project participation type mode, wherein the first project participation type mode comprises a credit mortgage selection mode;
if the user triggers the second engagement type control, it is determined that the user selects to engage the item in a manner of a second item engagement type, including selecting a credit mortgage in combination with a fee payment.
4. The item processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:

The project processing method according to claim 4, wherein if the project instruction is a renewal instruction, the mortgage state of the mortgage-processed first available resource is released, and renewal processing is performed based on project participation details obtained after project admission processing.
7. The item processing method according to claim 4, wherein the item includes a period item, and the preceding item period includes a first period of the period item.

determining a set of selectable participation types allocated to the user based on the available resources;

9. The item processing method according to claim 1, the participation condition of the item participation type, comprising: the resource grade corresponding to the available resources is greater than or equal to the resource admission grade of the item participation type.
10. The item processing method of claim 1, the item participation type comprising a first item participation type, available resources for expenditure required by the first item participation type comprising credit resources;
correspondingly, the mortgage processing and the project admittance processing based on the project participation type and the available resources comprise the following steps:
determining the credit resource as the available resource based on the first item participation type;
and performing credit mortgage processing based on the credit resource, and performing project admittance processing on the user based on the identity information to obtain project participation details of the user.

auditing the pre-payment processing of the claim;
and if the auditing result is that the objection exists, withdrawing the claim pre-payment processing.

acquiring a first-period insuring type selected by a user in an insuring page of a insuring item, wherein the first-period insuring type comprises insuring modes selected by the user in the insuring process, available resources required to be paid by the user for selecting different first-period insuring types are different, and the available resources comprise: any one or a combination of at least two of credit resources, electronic money resources, and virtual resources;
