the upper fixed smoke cover is used for sealing the opening of the coke pusher furnace body; the front end of the upper fixed smoke hood is rotatably provided with an upper movable end plate at the top, two sides of the upper fixed smoke hood are rotatably provided with side movable turning plates respectively, and the upper movable end plate and the side movable turning plates are respectively used for sealing the top and two sides of the coke pusher furnace body;
the coke pushing mobile smoke cover and the flat coal mobile smoke cover are positioned in the upper fixed smoke cover; the coke pushing movable smoke hood and the flat coal movable smoke hood can be respectively in butt joint with a side furnace door and a flat coal small furnace door of the coke pusher furnace body and are respectively used for collecting smoke dust generated when the coke pusher pushes coke and flat coal;
the on-machine pipeline is positioned above the dust removal ground station, one end of the on-machine pipeline is communicated with the dust removal ground station through the main pipeline, and the other end of the on-machine pipeline is respectively communicated with the coke pushing movable smoke hood and the coal leveling movable smoke hood through branch pipelines penetrating through the upper fixed smoke hood; the dust removing ground station is used for providing air quantity for collecting smoke dust for the movable machine side smoke dust collecting system of the coke pusher through the on-machine pipeline; a main pipeline flap valve is arranged in the main pipeline; a flat coal valve plate is arranged between the on-machine pipeline and the branch pipeline and used for adjusting the air quantity introduced into the coke pushing movable smoke hood and the flat coal movable smoke hood.

The movable machine side dust collection system of a coke pusher of claim 1, wherein the upper movable end plate and the side movable flap are driven to rotate by an upper movable flap cylinder and a side movable flap cylinder, respectively; the coke pushing mobile smoke hood and the flat coal mobile smoke hood are driven to move through a coke pushing mobile smoke hood oil cylinder and a flat coal mobile smoke hood oil cylinder respectively; the upper movable flap oil cylinder, the side movable flap oil cylinder, the coke pushing mobile smoke hood oil cylinder and the coal leveling mobile smoke hood oil cylinder are respectively arranged on the upper fixed smoke hood.

The movable machine side smoke dust collecting system of the coke pusher according to claim 1, wherein a cleaning door suction port communicated to the machine-mounted pipeline is further arranged inside the upper fixed smoke hood, and the cleaning door suction port is used for being in butt joint with a cleaning door mechanism furnace door of the coke pusher furnace body and used for collecting smoke dust generated during cleaning of the coke pusher.
4. The movable machine side fume collection system of a coke pusher of claim 1, wherein the upper stationary fume hood is mounted on a platform disposed on a front side of the coke pusher furnace.
5. The mobile machine side dust collection system of a coke pusher of claim 1, wherein the on-board piping is supported by a bracket.
6. The mobile machine side fume collection system of a coke pusher of claim 1, wherein the upper stationary fume hood is further provided with a closeable door for servicing the interior.
7. The movable machine side dust collection system of a coke pusher of claim 1, wherein a baffle for further closing the upper stationary fume hood is also mounted to a side of the upper stationary fume hood.

The movable machine side smoke dust collecting system of the coke pusher as set forth in claim 1, wherein the upper movable flap and the front end of the side movable flap are provided with wire brushes, and the lower part of the front end of the side movable flap is provided with a sealing rubber curtain for flexibly sealing the top and the two sides of the coke pusher furnace body.

The movable machine side smoke collection system of a coke pusher according to claim 1, wherein the air quantity introduced into the coke pusher moving smoke hood is 2/3 of the air quantity supplied by the dust removing ground station by adjusting the flat coal valve plate, and the air quantity introduced into the flat coal moving smoke hood is 1/3 of the air quantity supplied by the dust removing ground station.
