as a further modification of this embodiment 2, perforations 9 are provided in the knitted base layer 1 corresponding to the respective spacers 3 for the cotton thread sewn between the spacers 3 and the cover sheet 4 to pass through.

Claims (7)

1. An antistatic composite knitted fabric, characterized by comprising:
the knitted base layer (1) is used as a main cloth layer structure of the knitted fabric and sequentially comprises a skin-friendly layer (101), a conductive layer (102) and an outer surface layer (103), which are connected with each other through heat sealing of a release adhesive net;
the antistatic layer (2) is knitted to form a metal wire layer which is in a circular sheet-shaped structure, the equidistant rectangular array is arranged on the skin-friendly layer (101), the antistatic layer (2) is locally cushioned and bulged at the inner side through the gasket (3), the bulged part of the antistatic layer (2) is contacted towards the skin, and the antistatic release consumption is continuously carried out; the antistatic layer (2) is arranged as a copper wire mesh layer or a silver wire mesh layer; the edge silk threads of the antistatic layer (2) penetrate through the knitted base layer (1), are turned inwards on the surface of the outer surface layer (103) to form an annular folded layer (8), and the folded layer (8) is horizontally contacted with the surface of the outer surface layer (103); the surface of the outer surface layer (103) is provided with a round cover plate (4), the cover plate (4) is a cotton sheet and is contacted with the turnover part of the antistatic layer (2), the edge of the cover plate (4) exceeds the turnover edge of the antistatic layer (2) to be covered, and the edge of the cover plate (4) is sewn on the outer surface layer (103) through cotton threads to be fixed; the center of the cover plate (4) passes through the seam gasket (3) of the knitted base layer (1) through cotton threads, so that the gasket (3) and the middle part of the cover plate (4) are restrained and fixed on the knitted base layer (1);
the mask (5) is attached to the antistatic layer (2), the edge of the mask (5) exceeds the edge of the antistatic layer (2), the edge of the mask (5) is fixed on the skin-friendly layer (101) through cotton thread sewing, the middle part of the mask (5) is provided with an opening groove (6), the antistatic layer (2) in the opening groove (6) is exposed, and the local highlighting of the antistatic layer (2) is used for attaching the skin;
and the release film (7) is stuck between the antistatic layer (2) and the gasket (3), the constraint antistatic layer (2) is fixed on the gasket (3), the release film (7) is positioned in the mouth groove (6) and does not protrude, and the movable antistatic layer (2) is formed at the edge of the mouth groove (6) and is used for wire breakage and filament drawing.
2. An antistatic composite knitted fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the skin-friendly layer (101) and the outer surface layer (103) are both formed by blending and knitting 95% cotton and 5% spandex, and the conductive layer (102) is a flexible copper wire knitted net layer.
3. An antistatic composite knitted fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pad (3) is a cotton piece and is in a spherical bulge structure, and one side of the pad is a horizontal plane and is used for horizontally contacting with the surface of the skin-friendly layer (101).
