本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含有FM‑86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物及其应用。所述杀菌组合物的有效成分为FM‑86与噻唑锌,所述FM‑86与噻唑锌的重量比为1~100:100~1。本发明通过复配丙二腈类化合物和噻唑锌,使该杀菌组合物在上述比例范围内表现出协同增效作用,可有效地抑制植物病原菌的生长和繁殖,减少化学合成杀菌剂的用量,减轻了对环境的污染,可有效预防和治疗柑橘溃疡病,对作物具有良好的安全性和长效性,能够有效地提高产量和质量。

中国发明专利CN202010062721.0以及PCT申请WOCN111484429中公开了一种丙二腈类化合物,FM-86属于丙二腈类化合物,该类化合物具有良好的农药生物活性,用于农用细菌性病害的防治,可以有效的防治柑橘溃疡病。该化合物结构式如下:
噻唑锌(zincthiazole)是一种噻二唑类金属络合物,中国发明专利ZL00132119.6和CN201710368067.4公开了噻唑锌作为杀菌剂,可用于防治多种细菌性病害,包括柑橘树溃疡病、黄瓜(保护地)细菌性角斑病、水稻细菌性条斑病、桃树细菌性穿孔病、烟草青枯病、烟草野火病和芋头软腐病等。噻唑锌具有很低的毒性,对鸟类、鱼类、蜜蜂、蚕和人畜等生物安全,并且对环境友好。其中的噻唑基团对细菌具有良好的防效,而锌离子则可以为作物提供补锌作用。因此,噻唑锌是一种新一代高效、低毒、安全的农用杀菌剂,可用于防治农作物的细菌性病害。该化合物结构式如下:
在实际农业生产过程中,化学农药因其快速有效和低廉的价格而发挥重要作用,促进了增产保收,然而,如果长时间重复使用同一种农药来防治病害,病害将逐渐对该农药产生抗药性,这就需要长期连续使用高剂量的农药来达到治疗效果,这样会导致药物残留和环境污染等问题。相比之下,开发与研究高效、低毒、低残留的复配与混配药剂,具有投资少、研制周期短等优点,不仅解决了单一药剂使用产生的抗性问题,并且提高了防治效果,降低防治成本。通过一定的技术手段将FM-86与噻唑锌组合物可赋型为农业上常用的剂型。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物及其应用,FM-86与噻唑锌的复配产生了协同增效作用,减少了农药的用量,降低了农药在作物上的残留量,提高了作物的品质和安全性。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物的有效成分为FM-86与噻唑锌,所述FM-86与噻唑锌的重量比为1~100:100~1。
进一步的,所述FM-86与噻唑锌的重量比为1:10~10:1。
进一步的,所述FM-86与噻唑锌的重量比为1:1~3。
进一步的,所述FM-86与噻唑锌在杀菌组合物中所占的总重量百分含量为1%-90%。
进一步的,所述FM-86与噻唑锌在杀菌组合物中所占的总重量百分含量为5%-70%。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物还包括辅助剂。
进一步的,所述杀菌组合物的剂型包括乳油、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、片剂、悬浮剂和可分散油悬浮剂。
本发明还提供了一种所述的含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物在防治柑橘溃疡病中的应用。
本发明有益效果在于:
(1)FM-86与噻唑锌的复配产生了协同增效作用,减少了农药的用量,提高了作物的品质和安全性;
(2)FM-86是一种丙二腈类化合物,具有出色的抑菌效果,噻唑锌中的噻唑基团对细菌有良好的防效,两种活性成分具有不同的作用机制,能够有效延缓杀菌剂的抗性产生;
(3)噻唑锌中含有锌离子,可对作物进行补锌,提高作物的营养吸收能力和抗病能力;
(4)本发明通过复配丙二腈类化合物和噻唑锌,使该杀菌组合物在上述比例范围内表现出协同增效作用,可有效地抑制植物病原菌的生长和繁殖,减少化学合成杀菌剂的用量,减轻了对环境的污染,该组合物可有效预防和治疗柑橘溃疡病,对作物具有良好的安全性和长效性,能够有效地提高产量和质量。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种含FM-86与噻唑锌杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物活性成分为FM-86与噻唑锌二元复配,所述的FM-86与噻唑锌的重量比为1~100:100~1,优选为1:50~50:1,进一步优选为1:10~10:1,更为优选为1:1~3。
所述的一种含FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,其有效成分的重量百分比为1%-90%,优选为5%-70%,活性组分质量百分含量的最佳范围依制剂类型而有所不同。
所述的一种含FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,还包括辅助剂,辅助剂包括载体和表面活性剂等组分。
所述的一种含FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,可制备成多种制剂类型,包括乳油、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、片剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
所述的一种含FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,可依照本领域所熟知的方式,由通常的加工方法制备,即将活性物质与载体混合后,加入一种或几种表面活性剂如乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、稳定剂和消泡剂等。通常组合物中含有至少一种载体和至少一种表面活性剂,在各种情况下,应确保本发明组合物活性组分均匀分布。
乳油将有效成分、表面活性剂、有机溶剂混合均匀,形成均相油状液体。乳油中通常含有1~50%的活性成分,5~20%乳化剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如渗透剂、稳定剂,以及液体载体余量。
可湿性粉剂将有效成分、分散剂、润湿剂、载体混合,经粉碎得到粉体物。可湿性粉剂通常含有1~80%的活性成分,5~10%分散剂,1~10%润湿剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如稳定剂,以及固体载体余量。
颗粒剂将有效成分、助剂、载体混合,然后捏合、造粒、干燥、包衣。颗粒剂通常含有1~20%的活性成分,0.1~10%粘结剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如稳定剂,以及固体载体余量。
水分散粒剂将有效成分、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、载体混合,然后捏合、造粒、干燥。水分散粒剂通常含有1~80%的活性成分,1~10%分散剂,1~10%润湿剂,0.1~10%粘结剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如崩解剂、稳定剂,以及固体载体余量。
片剂将有效成分、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、载体混合,然后捏合、压片、干燥。片剂通常含有1~40%的活性成分,1~10%分散剂,1~10%润湿剂,0.1~10%粘结剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如崩解剂、稳定剂,以及固体载体余量。
悬浮剂将有效成分、分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、水混合,然后使用砂磨机砂磨。悬浮剂通常含有1~50%的活性成分,1~10%分散剂,1~10%润湿剂,1~10%防冻剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如消泡剂、增稠剂、防腐剂,以及液体载体余量。
可分散油悬浮剂将有效成分、表面活性剂、油基载体混合,然后使用砂磨机砂磨。可分散油悬浮剂通常含有1~50%的活性成分,1~30%表面活性剂,0~10%的其他添加剂如增稠剂、稳定剂,以及液体载体余量。

适宜的液体载体可以是水、有机溶剂、油性介质中的一种或几种。适宜的有机溶剂选自芳烃、氯代芳烃、脂族烃、氯代脂族烃、醇类以及它们的醚和酯、酮类等,例如苯、二甲苯、甲苯、烷基苯、烷基萘、氯代苯、氯乙烯、三氯乙烷、二氯甲烷、氯仿、四氯化碳、多氯乙烷、石油馏分、环己烷、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、苯甲醇、糠醇、环己醇、丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮、环己酮、N-甲基-吡咯烷酮、磷酸三丁酯、二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基亚砜等。适宜的油性介质选自大豆油、油酸甲酯、轻质矿物油、液体石蜡、煤油、松节油等。
适宜的固体载体可以是天然的或合成中的一种或几种,可选自但不限于粘土、岩石粉末、白垩、石英、粘土、蒙脱土、硫酸钠、二氧化硅、硅藻土、浮石、石膏、滑石、膨润土、高岭土、凹凸棒土、轻质碳酸钙、陶土、蒙脱土、硅酸铝镁、活性白土、白碳黑、硫酸铵、苯并呋喃树脂、过磷酸盐、氧化铝、方解石、大理石、浮石等,合适的颗粒载体包括破碎的和分级的天然岩石例如海泡石和白云石和由有机和无机的粉末制成的合成颗粒。
适宜的粘合剂、增稠剂包括合成的或天然的水溶性聚合物,可选自但不限于羰甲基醇、聚乙烯醇、聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硅酸镁铝、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、酚醛树脂、虫胶、甲基纤维素、可溶性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素和海藻酸钠等,以粉末、颗粒或胶乳形式加入制剂中。
适宜的消泡剂可选自但不限于消泡剂SAG1522、硅酮类、C8~10脂肪醇、磷酸酯类、C10~20饱和脂肪酸类(如癸酸)及酰胺等。
适宜的防冻剂可选自但不限于乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二甘醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚乙酸酯、尿素等。
适宜的渗透剂可选自但不限于有机硅、渗透剂T、渗透剂JFC等。
适宜的防腐剂可选自但不限于苯甲酸钠、卡松、山梨酸钾等。
适宜的崩解剂可选自但不限于羧甲基淀粉钠、交联羧甲基淀粉钠、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、改性淀粉、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硫酸铵、硫酸钠、氯化钠、氯化铵等。
所述的一种含FM-86与噻唑锌杀菌组合物在使用前可以由使用者经稀释或直接兑水喷雾,也可以直接使用。
所述的一种含FM-86与噻唑锌杀菌剂组合物可以应用于防治柑橘溃疡病。
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。所有制剂的配方中百分比均为重量百分比。配方中活性组分折百后计量加入,助剂及原料为市售常规品种。

生物活性测试
采用保护试验的方法,在柑橘新稍抽发期,易感染柑橘溃疡病的时期,先对柑橘叶片进行创伤及药剂喷雾处理,药剂自然阴干之后接种柑橘溃疡病菌。根据孙云沛共毒系数法,共毒系数在80~120之间,表明混用后单剂之间没有发生明显的相互作用,表现为药效相加作用。共毒系数小于80时,表明混用后单剂之间发生了明显的减效作用。当共毒系数大于120,表明两种药剂之间表现增效作用。联合毒力试验中,FM-86与噻唑锌的五个不同配比的共毒系数均大于80,表明FM-86和噻唑锌混配没有发生减效作用。FM-86和噻唑锌在5:1、3:1、1:5的混配比例,共毒系数都小于120,均未表现出增效作用。FM-86和噻唑锌的配比在1:1到1:3之间,混剂的共毒系数大于120,表现出增效作用。FM-86与噻唑锌联合毒力测定结果见表1。

试验结果表明:FM-86与噻唑锌复配具有协同增效作用,在所测范围1:1~3内,复配的效果较好,增效显著,可有效降低用量。
综上所述,本发明涉及的FM-86与噻唑锌杀菌组合物在防治柑橘溃疡病方面具有显著效果,并且对靶标作物的安全性良好。复配制剂不仅提高了防治效果,而且扩大了对细菌的防治范围,因此该复配组合物对于生产实践具有重要意义。

3.根据权利要求2所述的含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述FM-86与噻唑锌的重量比为1:1~3。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述FM-86与噻唑锌在杀菌组合物中所占的总重量百分比为1%-90%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述FM-86与噻唑锌在杀菌组合物中所占的重量百分比为5%-70%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有FM-86与噻唑锌的杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌组合物还包括辅助剂。
