Referring to fig. 7 and 8, as a specific embodiment of the spraying apparatus provided by the present invention, the outer side surface of the flow guiding block 5 is further provided with a spiral groove 51, and the spiral direction of the spiral groove 51 is in the same direction as the spiral flow channel 31 and is communicated with the spiral flow channel 31; since the spiral flow channel 31 is spiral, the spiral groove 51 is arranged on the outer side surface of the flow guiding block 5, and the spiral direction of the spiral groove 51 is the same as the spiral direction of the spiral flow channel 31, so that the mixed paint is easier to enter the spiral flow channel 31.
Referring to fig. 9, as a specific embodiment of the spraying apparatus provided by the present invention, there are a plurality of spraying channels 11 and paint outlets 12, and the spraying channels 11 are arranged in parallel and at intervals; the heating pipes 2 and the spiral structures 3 are multiple and are arranged in the corresponding spraying containing channels 11; the plurality of spraying channels 11, the coating outlet 12, the heating pipe 2 and the spiral structure 3 are arranged and are in one-to-one correspondence, so that the spraying area of the spraying equipment is larger, and the applicable range of the spraying device is also enlarged.

Claims (10)

1. A spray coating device, comprising:
the spraying shell is provided with a spraying containing channel and a coating outlet, the spraying containing channel is communicated with the coating outlet, one end of the spraying containing channel is used for being connected with a feeding device, and the feeding device is used for providing mixed coating; the paint outlet is used for being connected with the nozzle;
the heating pipe is arranged in the spraying containing channel and is arranged along the length direction of the spraying containing channel; the heating pipe is used for heating the mixed paint; a flowing gap is arranged between the heating pipe and the inner wall of the spraying containing channel;
the spiral structure is provided with a through hole which is matched with the heating pipe; the spiral structure is sleeved on the heating pipe and is positioned in the flowing gap; the inner wall of the spiral structure is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the heating pipe, the outer wall of the spiral structure is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the spraying containing channel, and the spiral structure and the flowing gap form a spiral flow channel; the spiral flow channel is used for prolonging the moving distance of the mixed paint in the spraying containing channel.
2. A spraying device as claimed in claim 1, in which the inner diameter of the through opening is of the same size as the outer diameter of the heating tube and the outer diameter of the spiral structure is of the same size as the inner diameter of the spraying channel.
3. A spraying device as claimed in claim 2, in which the spiral structure is provided with a gasket in sealing connection with the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the spraying channel.
4. A spraying device as claimed in claim 1, in which the spiral structure is a spring, the inner and outer walls of which are fixedly connected to the heating tube and the spraying channel, respectively.
5. The spraying device of claim 1, wherein the spraying housing has a strip structure, the spraying channel penetrates through the spraying housing along the length direction of the spraying housing, the coating outlet is arranged on the outer side surface of the spraying housing, and one end of the spraying channel away from the coating outlet is a feed inlet; the heating pipe is installed in the spraying holding channel from one end of the spraying shell, and the spiral structure is located between the feeding hole and the coating outlet.
6. A spraying apparatus as claimed in claim 5, in which a dam is also provided in the spray volume for guiding the mixed paint from the spray volume into the paint outlet, the dam being located on the side of the paint outlet remote from the feed opening.
7. A spraying apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the dam is of annular configuration and is disposed obliquely.
8. A spraying device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a sealing assembly mounted between the heating tube and the spraying channel and in sealing connection with the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the spraying channel, respectively.
9. The spraying equipment of claim 8, wherein the inner wall of the spraying channel is provided with a clamping groove; the sealing assembly comprises a sealing sleeve, a clamping head and a torsion spring, the sealing sleeve is sleeved on the heating pipe, and a limiting groove corresponding to the clamping groove is formed in the outer side surface of the sealing sleeve; the lower end of the clamping head is arranged in the limiting groove and is rotationally connected with the limiting groove, and the upper end of the clamping head is used for being clamped with the clamping groove; the torsion spring is arranged on the rotating shaft at the lower end of the clamping head, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively fixedly connected with the inner wall of the limiting groove and the clamping head.
10. A spraying device as claimed in claim 9, in which the cartridge is arranged obliquely and the upper end extends outwardly in a direction away from the feed means, and the recess is an oblique recess which is arranged to cooperate with the cartridge.
