during operation, as raw lacquer is easy to be sticky and solidified under storage or normal temperature environment, fluidity of the raw lacquer can be improved and volatilization of bubbles and special gases in the raw lacquer can be reduced through heating, the heater 503 is used for controlling the heating wire 802 to heat, heat is conducted onto the stirring rod 15 through the heat conducting pipe 803, stirring angle of the stirring rod 15 in the raw lacquer barrel 13 is adjusted through the deflection shaft 801, and stirring effect and heating effect of the raw lacquer are improved.
Working principle: when in use, the raw paint bucket 13 is put on the placing plate 3, the lifting column 2 is used for lifting to adjust the telescopic arm 201 to a proper clamping height to clamp the raw paint bucket 13, the clamping plate 202 is used for stretching and clamping the raw paint bucket 13 to prevent the condition that the raw paint bucket 13 is stressed and toppled down during multi-angle stirring, the second lifting column 4 is used for lifting operation so as to adjust the height to put the stirring rod 15 into the raw paint bucket 13 for stirring operation, the fixed block on the rotating disc 401 is embedded with the movable groove 501, the adjusting wheel 5041 is used for rotating to be embedded with the clamping tooth 5042, the stirring arm 5 is further used for adjusting the stirring distance on the second lifting column 4, the rotating disc 401 is used for rotating on the second lifting column 4 to adjust the stirring direction of raw paint in the raw paint bucket 13, the linkage shaft 502 is used for mounting the limiting block 505 to keep the stability of the driving machine 6 during transmission of the linkage shaft 502, the heating wire 802 in the connecting base 8 is controlled by the heater 503 to be heated for adjusting the temperature, the driving machine is controlled by the control table 14, the lifting column 2, the driving machine 301 and the driving machine 6 is driven by the driving shaft 301 and other devices such as the driving machine to vibrate, and the raw paint 13 is vibrated, and the device such as the driving machine 13 is vibrated, and the air bubble is vibrated in the driving machine 13 is accelerated;

when the gas volatilized by stirring raw lacquer is processed, the stirring rod 15 and the filter box 11 are driven to rotate through the linkage shaft 502, the components such as resin and solvent in the raw lacquer are mixed through the rotation of the stirring rod 15, when the special gas generated by stirring and dispersing the raw lacquer through the stirring rod 15 is processed, the carbon box 1103 slides on the sliding rail 1105 and falls into the hole 1106 through the deflection force generated by the directional rotation of the filter box 11, meanwhile, the folding plate 12 is contracted and opened along with the centrifugal force generated when the filter box 11 rotates, the folding plate 12 is arranged corresponding to the carbon box 1103 fallen into the hole 1106, the gas in the raw lacquer barrel 13 is discharged through the opening of the folding plate 12, when the gas passes through the carbon box 1103 in the middle of the folding plate 12, the components such as organic solvent in the gas are adsorbed through the active carbon in the carbon box 1103, so that the influence of the discharged gas on human body and working environment is reduced, when the activated carbon in the carbon box 1103 is used for many times or loses adsorption activity, the color of the activated carbon is changed after a certain amount of pollutants are adsorbed, the color characteristics of the activated carbon are observed through the observation port 1101, the carbon box 1103 is pressed in through the buckles on the observation port 1101 when the carbon box 1103 needs to be replaced, the carbon box 1103 can be slid into the replacing sliding rail 1105 slightly deeply arranged when the hole groove 1106 and the sliding rail 1105 on one side are slightly deeply arranged in an arc shape, when the universal driving shaft 502 is stirred and rotated again to drive the filter box 11 to rotate, the carbon box 1103 to be used on one side is slid into the hole groove 1106 for use, the carbon box 1103 after being replaced is slid to the sliding cover 1102, the carbon box 1103 is replaced, taken out, used and put in through sliding opening and closing of the sliding cover 1102, so as to facilitate replacement and use of the carbon passing cartridge 1103.
