背景技术
健康的皮肤应该是光洁滋润富有弹性的,而这些外观标志与皮肤本身保湿系统的功能有关,保湿系统的功能在于维持皮肤一定的含水量,抵抗由内外因素对皮肤造成的蒸发干燥、甚至脆裂等损害。保湿指的是皮肤的保湿,可以滋润角质层,皮肤充盈后显得细纹、细小皱纹淡化、光滑。人体皮肤中的天然保湿系统主要由水、脂类、天然保湿因子组成,当各种原因所致水或脂类缺乏时,其水屏障作用减弱,皮肤角质层不能及时调节足够的保湿因子,经表皮水分丢失就会增多,皮肤的含水量就会下降。最明显的变化是:皮肤干燥,油脂腺的活跃能力降低,皮脂分泌少,皮肤容易绷紧,缺少光泽,毛孔变粗,并容易产生细小皱纹,毛细血管易破裂,对外界刺激比较敏感,皮肤易生红斑。
人们对护肤类产品的要求越来越高,除了最基本的护肤效果外,更倾向于追求通过使用护肤品而使自身皮肤发生改变,例如细化皮肤、增加皮肤的张力、弹性、光泽度等。然而,市面上的保湿乳多种多样,但效果并不理想。在现有的美容化妆品中大多含有许多化学成分,对人体皮肤会产生一定刺激作用,尤其是某些化学合成品中还含有铅、酒精、柠檬油、色素等,长时间使用不仅对人们的健康产生不良影响。此外,目前市售产品中添加成分过多,成分复杂,长期使用不仅不安全,还会导致皮肤松弛、水肿、角质层过薄、易过敏等。因此,如何选择成分简单、安全、功效明显的护肤品具有十分重要的意义。

公开号为CN111821238A中国专利公开了一种舒缓修护及提亮的保湿霜,涉及化妆品技术领域,所述保湿霜原料包括澳洲坚果籽油、霍霍巴籽油、牛油果树果脂、苦参根提取物、宁夏枸杞果提取物、积雪草提取物、光果甘草根提取物、丁二醇、氢化聚异丁烯、甘油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、泛醇、 PEG-100硬脂酸酯、米糠酸、黄芩根提取物、金钗石斛茎提取物、虎杖根提取物、茶叶提取物、母菊花提取物等40多种成分;其制备方法包括超声提取、喷雾干燥、微波萃取、抽滤等步骤,步骤繁琐,操作复杂,不适合工业生产。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明开发了一种长效保湿乳液及其制备方法。本发明制备长效保湿乳液能有效提高皮肤水分含量,且能改善皮肤皱纹、提高皮肤弹性及光泽度。其制备方法步骤简单、易操作,适合工业化生产。
一方面,本发明提供了一种长效保湿乳液。
具体地,所述长效保湿乳液的原料包括:牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、甘草根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物、尿囊素、尿素、生育酚、丁二醇、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷和甘油。
优选地,所述长效保湿乳液的原料,按质量百分比,包括:1%-3%牛油果树果脂、1%-2%霍霍巴籽油、0.5%-1.5%甘草根提取物、0.2%-0.8%库拉索芦荟叶提取物、0.1%-0.3%尿囊素、15%-25%尿素、0.1%-0.3%生育酚、1%-5%丁二醇、1%-3%角鲨烷、0.5%-1.5%聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.1%-0.5%甘油。
进一步优选地,所述长效保湿乳液的原料,按质量百分比,包括:2%牛油果树果脂、1.5%霍霍巴籽油、1%甘草根提取物、0.5%库拉索芦荟叶提取物、0.15%尿囊素、20%尿素、0.15%生育酚、3%丁二醇、2%角鲨烷、1%聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.3%甘油。
具体地,还包含表面活性剂、乳化剂、螯合剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香精和水。
优选地,所述的表面活性剂添加量为1%-5%,所述的表面活性剂选自鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-8甘油异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10二异硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的乳化剂添加量为1%-3%,所述的乳化剂选自辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三乙基己酸酯、碳酸二辛酯中的一种或多种。

S1、将油溶性原料混合,加热、搅拌,得到A相;
S2、将水溶性原料溶于去离子水中,搅拌,得到B相;
S3、将A相及剩余原料依次加入B相中,加热、搅拌,得到成品。
具体地,所述的S1中,加热温度为30-50℃;所述的搅拌包括搅拌转速为1500-2000rpm,搅拌时间为5-30min。
优选地,所述的S1中,加热温度为35-45℃;所述的搅拌包括搅拌转速为1500-2000rpm,搅拌时间为10-20min。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种长效保湿乳液及其制备方法。所述长效保湿乳液的原料包括:牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、甘草根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物、尿囊素、尿素、生育酚、丁二醇、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷和甘油。本发明制备长效保湿乳液能有效提高皮肤水分含量,且能改善皮肤皱纹、提高皮肤弹性及光泽度。其制备方法步骤简单、易操作,适合工业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细的阐述,下述实施例不用于限制本发明,仅用于说明本发明。以下实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,下述实施例中所使用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1-3
表1 实施例1-3制备的长效保湿乳液的原料及配比
参照表1所示的原料及配比制备长效保湿乳液1-3,其制备方法如下:
(1)将牛油果树果脂、角鲨烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、霍霍巴籽油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、库拉索芦荟叶提取物、生育酚混合,加热至35-45℃,搅拌10-20min,转速1500-2000rpm,得到A相;
(2)将尿素、丁二醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘草根提取物、甘油、黄原胶、尿囊素溶于去离子水中,搅拌10-15min,转速1500-2000rpm,得到B相;
(3)将A相、苯氧乙醇、EDTA二钠、香精依次加入B相中,加热至50-60℃,搅拌10-20min,转速2800rpm,得到长效保湿乳液1-3。
对比例1-4

参照表2所示的原料及配比,根据实施例1的方法制备长效保湿乳液4-7。
试验例1长效保湿测试
CM825型皮肤水分测试仪(德国CK公司,Corneometer)。
选用32名受试者:志愿者,20-50岁,无任何皮肤疾病,非长期从事户外工作者;受试者受试期间不涂抹任何与实验无关的药物或者化妆品,不参与任何皮肤相关美容或修复等项目。
使用CM825皮肤水分测试仪(德国CK公司,Corneometer)对受试者皮肤水分含量进行检测,检测方法如下:
①每次测试前准备工作:受试者用洁净水清洗测试部位并擦干后暴露测试部位,需要在恒温恒湿(20±1℃,相对湿度40%-60%)环境下静坐20min,检测过程中不能喝水,同一个受试者的测试由同一个检测人员完成;
②准备工作结束后,使用CM825检测皮肤水分含量。
将32名受试者分为8组,每组4人,每组分别涂抹实施例1-3和对比例1-4制备的长效保湿乳液1-7、保湿乳液THISWORKS®(对照组)。在受试者前臂内侧中间部分,使用皮肤记号笔画3×3cm方框,取上述样品1mL在方框中均匀涂抹至完全吸收。
在涂抹样品前(0h)及涂抹样品后0.5h、4h、6h、24h,分别使用CM825皮肤水分测试仪对受试者测试区域进行检测,皮肤水分含量值越大,说明皮肤含水量越高。与涂抹样品前0h时的测量值进行对照分析,计算皮肤含水量变化率,评价不同组的保湿效果。皮肤含水量变化率按照以下公式进行计算:

其中,X为每个受试者皮肤水分含量测量值,n为受试者人数;

检测结果如表3和图1。

以上检测结果显示,受试者使用实施例1-3制备的长效保湿乳液后皮肤含水量均大幅度升高,即使在涂抹长效保湿乳液长达24h后,受试者的皮肤含水量依然比涂抹前提高了37.75%,表明本发明制备的长效保湿乳液能够持久保湿,且保湿效果好。
试验例2不同环境下的保湿效果测试
进行同一季节不同地区的保湿效果测试。2023年4月26日-2023年4月27日,广州地区温度18-27℃,湿度75-78%,2023年4月29日-2023年4月30日,北京地区温度10-25℃,湿度35-41%,检测方法与试验例1相同,选用实施例1与对比例1组别的受试者在两个地区进行检测,结果如图2。
图2结果表明,在干燥地区或湿润地区,本发明制备的长效保湿乳液均可实现良好的保湿效果。与湿度较高的广州地区相比,北京地区比较干燥,受试者涂抹长效保湿乳液后,皮肤水分均可得到更大幅度的提升。
试验例3长期使用的效果评价
对本发明制备的长效保湿乳液长期使用的保湿、抗皱、提升皮肤弹性及光泽度效果进行评价。
选用试验例1的受试者,每天早、晚各涂抹一次实施例1-3和对比例1-4制备的长效保湿乳液1-7、保湿乳液THISWORKS®(对照组),连续使用28天。于使用前、使用第7天、使用第14天、使用第28天时,在温度(21±1)℃,湿度50%±10%的条件下,对产品的保湿、抗皱、提升皮肤弹性及光泽度方面的功效进行评价,评分标准见表4。其中,皮肤刺激包括使用测试品后皮肤表面产生红、肿、热、痛、痒等症状。评分结果见表5。

根据表5结果,长期使用本发明制备的长效保湿乳液后,受试者的肌肤干燥情况得到很好的改善,同时皮肤更加富有弹性,且受试者的皱纹明显改善,肌肤光泽度显著提高,且安全性高,对皮肤无刺激。因此,本发明制备的长效保湿乳液安全无刺激,具有很好的保湿、抗皱功效,且能够提升皮肤弹性及光泽度。
Claims (14)
1.一种长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述长效保湿乳液的原料包括:牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴籽油、甘草根提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物、尿囊素、尿素、生育酚、丁二醇、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷和甘油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述长效保湿乳液的原料,按质量百分比,包括:1%-3%牛油果树果脂、1%-2%霍霍巴籽油、0.5%-1.5%甘草根提取物、0.2%-0.8%库拉索芦荟叶提取物、0.1%-0.3%尿囊素、15%-25%尿素、0.1%-0.3%生育酚、1%-5%丁二醇、1%-3%角鲨烷、0.5%-1.5%聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.1%-0.5%甘油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的长效保湿乳液,所述长效保湿乳液的原料,按质量百分比,包括:2%牛油果树果脂、1.5%霍霍巴籽油、1%甘草根提取物、0.5%库拉索芦荟叶提取物、0.15%尿囊素、20%尿素、0.15%生育酚、3%丁二醇、2%角鲨烷、1%聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.3%甘油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,还包含表面活性剂、乳化剂、螯合剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、香精和水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂添加量为1%-5%,所述的表面活性剂选自鲸蜡硬脂醇、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-8甘油异硬脂酸酯、聚甘油-10二异硬脂酸酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂添加量为1%-3%,所述的乳化剂选自辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三乙基己酸酯、碳酸二辛酯中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂添加量为0.02%-0.07%,所述的螯合剂选自EDTA二钠、EDTA二钠四钠、辛酰羟肟酸、羟乙膦酸四钠、植酸钠中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂添加量为0.1%-0.3%,所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、卡波姆、纤维素胶、羟乙基纤维素、甜菜碱中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂添加量为0.4%-0.8%,所述的防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸、辛酰羟肟酸、1,2-己二醇、苯甲醇中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求4所述的长效保湿乳液,其特征在于,所述的香精添加量为0.05%-0.15%。
11.权利要求1-10任一项所述的长效保湿乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将油溶性原料混合,加热、搅拌,得到A相;
S2、将水溶性原料溶于去离子水中,搅拌,得到B相;
S3、将A相及剩余原料依次加入B相中,加热、搅拌,得到成品。
12.根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的S1中,加热温度为30-50℃;所述的搅拌包括搅拌转速为1500-2000rpm,搅拌时间为5-30min。
13.根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的S2中,所述的搅拌包括搅拌转速为1500-2000rpm,搅拌时间为5-30min。
14.根据权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的S3中,加热温度为40-70℃;所述的搅拌包括搅拌转速为2000-3000rpm,搅拌时间为5-30min。
