Referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment further provides a board separation machine, which includes a processor 310 and a memory 320, wherein a computer program is stored in the memory 320, and the processor 310 is used for implementing the board separation machine control method when running the computer program.

Claims (10)

1. A board separator control method, comprising:
responding to the first code scanning operation, acquiring and determining the consistency of the products according to the first identification data of the current product and the prestored second identification data of the previous product;
determining third identification data of the current product according to the first identification data under the condition that the product consistency is characterized as inconsistent;
according to the third identification data, the following operations are acquired and executed according to the production data which are locally pre-stored or online:
determining and adjusting a target conveying track according to the size parameter of the current product so as to receive and convey the current product to a target position;
determining a plate dividing cutting track of the current product so as to control a target cutting machine head to cut and separate a target unit plate from the current product;
and determining and according to the historical quality data of the target unit board, determining the quality detection attribute of the target unit board, wherein the historical quality data is used for representing the quality detection result of the previous working procedure of the target unit board, and the quality detection attribute is used for representing whether to carry out quality detection of dividing and cutting on the target unit board.
2. The board separator control method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring and determining the product consistency according to the first identification data of the current product and the second identification data of the pre-stored previous product comprises:
acquiring first identification data of the current product and second identification data of the previous product;
determining third identification data of the current product according to the first identification data;
determining fourth identification data of the previous product according to the second identification data;
and determining the consistency of the product according to the third identification data and the fourth identification data.
3. The board separator control method according to claim 1, wherein said determining and adjusting a target conveying track according to a size parameter of the current product comprises:
determining a dimensional parameter of the current product from the production data;
determining track width data of the target conveying track according to the size parameter of the current product;
and adjusting the target conveying track according to the track width data.
4. A board separator control method as claimed in claim 1,2 or 3, wherein said determining and based on historical quality data of said target unit board, determining quality detection attributes of said target unit board comprises:
determining first position data, the first position data being used to characterize the relative position of the target cell plate on the current product;
determining historical detection data of the current product from the production data, wherein the historical detection data is used for representing detection data of a previous procedure of the current product;
and determining the historical quality data of the target unit board according to the first position data and the historical detection data.
5. The board separator control method of claim 4, wherein said determining and determining the quality-detecting attribute of the target unit board based on the historical quality data of the target unit board further comprises:
under the condition that the historical quality data of the target unit board is characterized as good, determining that the quality detection attribute of the target unit board is characterized as quality detection for carrying out board dividing and cutting on the target unit board;
or,
and under the condition that the historical quality data of the target unit board is characterized as defective products, determining that the quality detection attribute of the target unit board is characterized as quality detection without dividing and cutting the target unit board.
6. The board separator control method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the quality detection of the board separator cut for the target unit board includes:
moving the target cell plate to an image detection position;
acquiring a target image of the target unit board;
performing curve fitting based on the target image, and determining a cutting edge fitting curve and a reference edge fitting curve;
and determining the plate dividing cutting quality of the target unit plate according to the cutting edge fitting curve and the reference edge fitting curve.
7. The board separator control method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein said determining and determining the quality-detecting attribute of the target unit board based on the historical quality data of the target unit board, further comprises:
and under the condition that the historical quality data of the target unit board is characterized as defective products, moving the target unit board to a defective product placing area.
8. A board separator control device, comprising:
the first determining module is used for responding to the first code scanning operation, acquiring and determining the consistency of the products according to the first identification data of the current product and the prestored second identification data of the previous product;
the second determining module is used for determining third identification data of the current product according to the first identification data under the condition that the product consistency is characterized as inconsistent;
the control module is used for acquiring and executing the following operations according to the third identification data and the production data stored in advance locally or online:
the conveying module is used for determining and adjusting a target conveying track according to the size parameter of the current product so as to receive and convey the current product to a target position;
the cutting module is used for determining a plate dividing cutting track of the current product so as to control a target cutting machine head to cut and separate a target unit plate from the current product;
and the third determining module is used for determining and according to the historical quality data of the target unit board, determining the quality detection attribute of the target unit board, wherein the historical quality data is used for representing the quality detection result of the previous working procedure of the target unit board, and the quality detection attribute is used for representing whether to perform quality detection of dividing and cutting on the target unit board.
9. A board separator comprising a processor and a memory, in which memory a computer program is stored, characterized in that the processor is arranged to implement the board separator control method according to any one of claims 1-7 when running the computer program.
10. A circuit board production line comprising a board separator according to claim 9.
