Further, the first time is greater than sixteen times the sum of the third time and the fourth time and greater than eight times the second time, the third time being greater than eight times the fourth time; the second time is more than twice of the sum of the third time and the fourth time, so that no working signal is monitored after at least complete running of the two-wheeled sleep state and the wake-up state are alternated, a second wireless control signal is sent, and the effect of delayed shutdown of the controlled object is achieved. For example, the first time may be 2 minutes, the second time may be 5 seconds, the third time may be 2 seconds, and the fourth time may be 100 milliseconds. The wireless monitoring device monitors the operating signal each time in the interval monitoring mode for a short time and thus consumes little power in the interval monitoring mode.
The sleep state of the first controller 10 corresponds to sleep in the low power consumption mode. The first controller 10 may wake itself up, and when the wireless monitoring device is in the interval monitoring mode, the first controller 10 in the sleep state wakes itself up by the self-contained watchdog timer to transition from the sleep state to the post-wake state. The first controller 10 in the wake-up state may go to sleep according to a predetermined program setting. The wireless monitoring device is switched into the interval monitoring mode from the real-time monitoring mode to sleep for a third time, then the wireless monitoring device is used for carrying out real-time monitoring on a fourth time after awakening, and the previous round of replacement process is repeated.
The wireless monitoring equipment monitors the working signal in real time in an interval monitoring mode and in a state after the first controller 10 is awakened; the wireless monitoring device further comprises an indicator lamp 11, and when the wireless monitoring device is in a real-time monitoring mode, the indicator lamp 11 keeps a lamp-on state; when the wireless monitoring device is in the interval monitoring mode and the first controller 10 is in the wake-up state, the indicator lamp 11 keeps a lamp-on state; when the wireless monitoring device is in the interval monitoring mode and the first controller 10 is in the sleep state, the indicator lamp 11 is turned off.
The wireless monitoring device is also provided with a remote control switch 12, and the remote control switch 12 can be a key switch. The remote control switch 12 is electrically connected to the first controller 10, and the remote control switch 12 is electrically connected to the second signal pin 101 of the first controller 10. When the wireless monitoring device is in the real-time monitoring mode, the remote control switch 12 fails, so that the controlled object cannot be remotely controlled through the remote control switch 12; when the wireless monitoring apparatus is in the interval monitoring mode and the first controller 10 is in the sleep state, the remote control switch 12 is disabled, so that the controlled object cannot be remotely controlled by the remote control switch 12; when the wireless monitoring device is in the interval monitoring mode and the first controller 10 is in the post-wake-up state, the remote control switch 12 is disabled under the condition that the wireless monitoring device monitors the working signal, so that the controlled object cannot be remotely controlled through the remote control switch 12; with this arrangement, the remote switch 12 is effectively prevented from being operated to interfere with the monitoring process.
When the wireless monitoring device is in the interval monitoring mode and the first controller 10 is in the post-wake-up state, the remote control switch 12 is active under the condition that the wireless monitoring device does not monitor the working signal, so that the controlled object can be remotely controlled through the remote control switch 12, therefore, if a user wants to rest for a while and then turns off the monitored object, the controlled object can be immediately turned off in advance through the remote control switch 12 without waiting for expiration of the second time.
The wireless monitoring device is further provided with a signal monitoring switch 13, the signal monitoring switch 13 is electrically connected with the first controller 10, and the signal monitoring switch 13 is electrically connected with a third signal pin 102 of the first controller 10; when the wireless monitoring equipment is not in the monitoring mode of the working signal, the wireless monitoring equipment can enter the monitoring mode of the working signal and the wireless monitoring equipment enters the real-time monitoring mode through triggering the signal monitoring switch 13, namely, the wireless monitoring equipment firstly enters the real-time monitoring mode, and then the two monitoring modes are alternately switched; the signal monitoring switch 13 is used for entering a monitoring mode of the working signal, so that the controllability is high, the energy is saved, the real-time monitoring is facilitated in time in the early monitoring period by taking the entering of the real-time monitoring mode as the first time, and the interval monitoring mode is switched into under the condition that the working signal is harvested (monitored) in the real-time monitoring mode, so that the working signal is more strict; the wireless monitoring device is in a real-time monitoring mode, the signal monitoring switch 13 is effective, so that the monitoring mode of the working signal can be exited by triggering the signal monitoring switch 13, and the wireless monitoring device can relatively freely exit the monitoring of the working signal by means of the signal monitoring switch 13 in the real-time monitoring mode without waiting for the first time to elapse; the time of the wireless monitoring device performing real-time monitoring in the real-time monitoring mode reaches the first time, the working signal is still not monitored, so that after the first controller 10 is dormant, the signal monitoring switch 13 can be triggered again, the first controller 10 is awakened, and the wireless monitoring device reenters the real-time monitoring mode; in the interval monitoring mode, the signal monitoring switch 13 is not effective, so that the monitoring mode of the working signal cannot be exited by means of the signal monitoring switch 13, and thus, in the interval monitoring mode (in general, in this case, the monitored object is in work with a high probability), the monitoring of the working signal cannot be exited due to error even if the signal monitoring switch 13 is touched by error. In this embodiment, the signal monitoring switch 13 may be a push button switch, and when the signal monitoring switch 13 is active, the signal monitoring switch 13 may be triggered by pressing the signal monitoring switch 13, and when the signal monitoring switch 13 is inactive, the signal monitoring switch 13 is not triggered at all, so how to press the signal monitoring switch 13 is not reacted.
In this embodiment, the controlled object is a dust collector 5, and the dust collector 5 is further provided with a suction motor; the vacuum cleaner 5 is turned on based on a first wireless control signal emitted from the wireless monitoring device so that the suction motor performs suction work, and the controlled object is turned off based on a second wireless control signal emitted from the wireless monitoring device so that the suction motor is turned off. The monitoring object may be a power tool or the like; the wireless monitoring equipment can be arranged at a proper monitoring point to monitor the working signal so as to realize synchronous linkage between the monitoring object and the dust collector 5 based on the working signal, so that the dust collector 5 can timely suck dust, scraps and other garbage generated when the monitoring object works; the wireless monitoring device can be arranged on the monitoring object or on the suction pipe suction head of the dust collector 5 connected with the monitoring object, because when the monitoring object works, the closer to the controlled object, the larger the working noise or vibration of the controlled object can be monitored, and the stronger the corresponding noise or vibration received at the suction pipe suction head position of the dust collector 5. The main control switch 53 is arranged on the shell of the controlled object and is provided with a starting gear, a closing gear and a control gear, when the main control switch 53 is in the starting gear, the dust collector 5 is started, so that the suction motor performs suction work; when the main control switch 53 is in the shutdown gear, the dust collector 5 is turned off, so that the suction motor stops the suction work; when the main control switch 53 is in the control gear, the dust collector 5 can be wirelessly controlled by the wireless monitoring device.
