Abstract
本发明公开了一种咖啡卫生巾及其制作工艺，涉及卫生巾制备技术领域。本发明包括透气底膜层，透气底膜层上侧装设有强力锁水层，强力锁水层上侧装设有无尘纸，无尘纸上侧装设有无纺布层；无纺布层上侧装设有咖啡纤维层，咖啡纤维层上侧装设有吸水层，吸水层上侧装设有柔棉表层。本发明通过上述设计得到的咖啡卫生巾，采用了啡纤维层，含有大量的微孔和介孔，从而增强了产品的透气性和吸湿性，有效地减少了细菌滋生，增强了产品的抗菌抑菌性能，咖啡渣中还含有多种生物碱、腐植酸等成分，这些成分可以通过化学反应分解异味分子，具有除臭除异味的功能。

技术领域
本发明属于卫生巾制备领域，具体地说，涉及一种咖啡卫生巾及其制作工艺。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种妇女经期使用的卫生用品，主要的材质为棉、无纺布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸。女性经期时产生的经血伴有异味，且在卫生巾上容易滋生细菌，易感染生殖系统、泌尿系统感染等疾病。
女性在月经期，生殖器官的抵抗力下降，容易发生感染，另外，经血中有丰富的营养物质，细菌在很短的时间内会繁殖生长，导致生殖器容易受感染，如果卫生巾抗菌抑菌性较差，导致女性阴部产生异味，甚至患上妇科炎症，严重影响女性的身心健康。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种咖啡卫生巾及其制作工艺，解决了现有技术中的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是：
一种咖啡卫生巾，包括：透气底膜层，透气底膜层上侧装设有强力锁水层，强力锁水层上侧装设有无尘纸，无尘纸上侧装设有无纺布层；
无纺布层上侧装设有咖啡纤维层，咖啡纤维层上侧装设有吸水层，吸水层上侧装设有柔棉表层。
一种咖啡卫生巾的制作工艺，其特征在于，包括：
步骤一：制备咖啡纤维层，先将宝特瓶熔融，用挤出机造粒，得到颗粒，将煅烧后的咖啡渣与颗粒熔融共混，用挤出机挤出、冷却、拉伸、定型后，得到咖啡纤维，再将咖啡纤维与棉纤维和氨纶交织成咖啡纤维层；
将宝特瓶熔融后加入扩链剂共混，得第一共熔物，扩链剂类别为环氧类或二异氰酸类，扩链剂的加入量为宝特瓶质量的0.4～1％，使用挤出机将第一共熔物挤出，之后冷却，造粒，得到颗粒；将咖啡渣在1000～1200℃的条件下煅烧5～11h后，高速研磨成咖啡渣纳米粉，咖啡渣纳米粉的粒度为150～300nm，再将颗粒与咖啡渣纳米粉熔融共混，得到第二共熔物，咖啡渣纳米粉加入量为回收料颗粒质量的15～30％，使用挤出机将第二共熔物挤出，之后冷却，拉伸，热定型，得到咖啡碳纤维；
将改性壳聚糖与咖啡纤维前处理物反应，改性壳聚糖与咖啡碳纤维前处理物的质量比为1～2：5，得到咖啡碳功能型纤维，再将咖啡碳功能型纤维与棉纤维和氨纶交织成咖啡纤维层；
改性壳聚糖：将壳聚糖溶解于乙酸溶液中，再逐滴加入乙酸钠溶液，直至溶液pH＝5.5～7，得到壳聚糖混液，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为1mol/L，再将对羟基苯乙酰胺与无水乙醇按照固液比为1：10混合，得到对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液，将过氧化氢酶均匀分散于壳聚糖混液中，再加入对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液混合均匀，脱气0.5h后，滴加H2O2溶液，并在35℃下搅拌反应4h，得到改性壳聚糖混液；向改性壳聚糖混液中加入无水乙醇并搅拌5min，过滤，收集固体A，将固体A加入至乙酸溶液中搅拌溶解，再次加入无水乙醇并搅拌5min，过滤，收集固体B，将固体B先用饱和的Na2CO3溶液洗涤3次，再用去离子水洗涤3次，室温下减压干燥，得到改性壳聚糖。
咖啡碳纤维前处理物：将咖啡碳纤维和N，N-二乙基苯胺混合均匀，静置1h，加入过氧化苯甲酰，在120℃温度下磁力搅拌1～7h，过滤，收集固体C，将固体C先用乙醇溶液清洗3次，再用去离子水清洗3次，真空干燥12h，得到咖啡碳纤维前处理物；将改性壳聚糖和咖啡碳纤维前处理物加入至乙酸溶液中，在室温下搅拌2～7h，静置1h后，先用乙醇溶液清洗4次，再用去离子水清洗3次，减压干燥，得到咖啡碳功能型纤维。
其中，咖啡碳纤维和N，N-二乙基苯胺的固液比为1：20，过氧化苯甲酰质量为咖啡碳纤维的4倍，磁力搅拌速度为200～500rpm，乙醇溶液的体积浓度为50％，改性壳聚糖与咖啡碳纤维前处理物的质量比为1～20：100，咖啡碳纤维与乙酸溶液的固液比为1：10，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙醇溶液的体积浓度为50％，搅拌速度为250～500rpm。
步骤二：在透气底膜层上涂抹一层胶水，将强力锁水层贴合在透气底膜层上，在强力锁水层上涂抹一层胶水，将无尘纸贴合在强力锁水层上，在强力锁水层上涂抹一层胶水，将无纺布层贴合在强力锁水层上制成基片；
步骤三：在咖啡纤维层涂抹一层胶水，将吸水层贴合在咖啡纤维层上，在吸水层涂抹一层胶水，将柔棉表层贴合在吸水层上制成芯片；
步骤四：在基片上涂抹一层胶水，将芯片贴合在基片上并压实，得到成型咖啡卫生巾。
采用上述技术方案后，本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果，当然，实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以下所述的所有优点：
本发明通过上述设计得到的咖啡卫生巾，采用了啡纤维层，含有大量的微孔和介孔，从而增强了产品的透气性和吸湿性，有效地减少了细菌滋生，增强了产品的抗菌抑菌性能，咖啡渣中还含有多种生物碱、腐植酸等成分，这些成分可以通过化学反应分解异味分子，具有除臭除异味的功能，咖啡中含有蛋白质、钾、钙、烟酸、维生素B12、烟酸（单宁）等多种成分。其中，咖啡因、多酚是其特征其中，包括维生素类、单宁类等含有20种抗氧化成分，这些抗氧化成分可以中和自由基，减少细胞的氧化损伤，有效减少了女性阴部产生异味或者患上妇科炎症的几率，并且触感柔软，润滑细腻，能够提升使用过程中的舒适度；
且咖啡渣中所含的丰富的咖啡因是一种黄嘌呤生物碱化合物，具有缩小血管尺寸的特性，这种效果可以帮助皮肤保持水分、改善血液循环，减少浮肿，并有助于减少皮肤发黑，咖啡渣的气味具有驱虫作用，可以用来驱赶蚂蚁、蟑螂等害虫，减少打开包装后的产品受到虫子的侵入。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
在本实施例中提供了一种咖啡卫生巾，包括：。
一种咖啡卫生巾，包括：透气底膜层，透气底膜层上侧装设有强力锁水层，强力锁水层上侧装设有无尘纸，无尘纸上侧装设有无纺布层；
无纺布层上侧装设有咖啡纤维层，咖啡纤维层上侧装设有吸水层，吸水层上侧装设有柔棉表层。
请参阅图1所示，在本实施例中提供了一种咖啡卫生巾的制作工艺，包括：
步骤一：制备咖啡纤维层，先将宝特瓶熔融，用挤出机造粒，得到颗粒，将煅烧后的咖啡渣与颗粒熔融共混，用挤出机挤出、冷却、拉伸、定型后，得到咖啡纤维，再将咖啡纤维与棉纤维和氨纶交织成咖啡纤维层；
将宝特瓶熔融后加入扩链剂共混，得第一共熔物，扩链剂类别为环氧类或二异氰酸类，扩链剂的加入量为宝特瓶质量的0.4～1％，使用挤出机将第一共熔物挤出，之后冷却，造粒，得到颗粒；将咖啡渣在1000～1200℃的条件下煅烧5～11h后，高速研磨成咖啡渣纳米粉，咖啡渣纳米粉的粒度为150～300nm，再将颗粒与咖啡渣纳米粉熔融共混，得到第二共熔物，咖啡渣纳米粉加入量为回收料颗粒质量的15～30％，使用挤出机将第二共熔物挤出，之后冷却，拉伸，热定型，得到咖啡碳纤维；
将改性壳聚糖与咖啡纤维前处理物反应，改性壳聚糖与咖啡碳纤维前处理物的质量比为1～2：5，得到咖啡碳功能型纤维，再将咖啡碳功能型纤维与棉纤维和氨纶交织成咖啡纤维层；
改性壳聚糖：将壳聚糖溶解于乙酸溶液中，再逐滴加入乙酸钠溶液，直至溶液pH＝5.5～7，得到壳聚糖混液，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为1mol/L，再将对羟基苯乙酰胺与无水乙醇按照固液比为1：10混合，得到对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液，将过氧化氢酶均匀分散于壳聚糖混液中，再加入对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液混合均匀，脱气0.5h后，滴加H2O2溶液，并在35℃下搅拌反应4h，得到改性壳聚糖混液；向改性壳聚糖混液中加入无水乙醇并搅拌5min，过滤，收集固体A，将固体A加入至乙酸溶液中搅拌溶解，再次加入无水乙醇并搅拌5min，过滤，收集固体B，将固体B先用饱和的Na2CO3溶液洗涤3次，再用去离子水洗涤3次，室温下减压干燥，得到改性壳聚糖。
其中，壳聚糖与乙酸溶液的固液比为1：20，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为1mol/L，过氧化氢酶与壳聚糖混液的固液比为1：50，过氧化氢酶与对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液的固液比为2：1，H2O2溶液的质量浓度为30％，H2O2溶液与对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液体积比为1：1，H2O2溶液的滴加必须在脱气后1h内完成，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，固体A与乙酸溶液的固液比为1：100，无水乙醇的加入量为改性壳聚糖混液体积的30％。
咖啡碳纤维前处理物：将咖啡碳纤维和N，N-二乙基苯胺混合均匀，静置1h，加入过氧化苯甲酰，在120℃温度下磁力搅拌1～7h，过滤，收集固体C，将固体C先用乙醇溶液清洗3次，再用去离子水清洗3次，真空干燥12h，得到咖啡碳纤维前处理物；将改性壳聚糖和咖啡碳纤维前处理物加入至乙酸溶液中，在室温下搅拌2～7h，静置1h后，先用乙醇溶液清洗4次，再用去离子水清洗3次，减压干燥，得到咖啡碳功能型纤维。
其中，咖啡碳纤维和N，N-二乙基苯胺的固液比为1：20，过氧化苯甲酰质量为咖啡碳纤维的4倍，磁力搅拌速度为200～500rpm，乙醇溶液的体积浓度为50％，改性壳聚糖与咖啡碳纤维前处理物的质量比为1～20：100，咖啡碳纤维与乙酸溶液的固液比为1：10，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙醇溶液的体积浓度为50％，搅拌速度为250～500rpm。
步骤二：在透气底膜层上涂抹一层胶水，将强力锁水层贴合在透气底膜层上，在强力锁水层上涂抹一层胶水，将无尘纸贴合在强力锁水层上，在强力锁水层上涂抹一层胶水，将无纺布层贴合在强力锁水层上制成基片；
步骤三：在咖啡纤维层涂抹一层胶水，将吸水层贴合在咖啡纤维层上，在吸水层涂抹一层胶水，将柔棉表层贴合在吸水层上制成芯片；
步骤四：在基片上涂抹一层胶水，将芯片贴合在基片上并压实，得到成型卫咖啡卫生巾。
通过上述设计得到的咖啡卫生巾，采用了啡纤维层，含有大量的微孔和介孔，从而增强了产品的透气性和吸湿性，有效地减少了细菌滋生，增强了产品的抗菌抑菌性能，咖啡渣中还含有多种生物碱、腐植酸等成分，这些成分可以通过化学反应分解异味分子，具有除臭除异味的功能，咖啡中含有蛋白质、钾、钙、烟酸、维生素B12、烟酸（单宁）等多种成分。其中，咖啡因、多酚是其特征其中，包括维生素类、单宁类等含有20种抗氧化成分，这些抗氧化成分可以中和自由基，减少细胞的氧化损伤，有效减少了女性阴部产生异味或者患上妇科炎症的几率，并且触感柔软，润滑细腻，能够提升使用过程中的舒适度；

Claims (10)
1.一种咖啡卫生巾，其特征在于，包括：透气底膜层，透气底膜层上侧装设有强力锁水层，强力锁水层上侧装设有无尘纸，无尘纸上侧装设有无纺布层；
无纺布层上侧装设有咖啡纤维层，咖啡纤维层上侧装设有吸水层，吸水层上侧装设有柔棉表层。
2.一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，包括：
步骤一：制备咖啡纤维层，先将宝特瓶熔融，用挤出机造粒，得到颗粒，将煅烧后的咖啡渣与颗粒熔融共混，用挤出机挤出、冷却、拉伸、定型后，得到咖啡纤维，再将咖啡纤维与棉纤维和氨纶交织成咖啡纤维层；
步骤二：在透气底膜层上涂抹一层胶水，将强力锁水层贴合在透气底膜层上，在强力锁水层上涂抹一层胶水，将无尘纸贴合在强力锁水层上，在强力锁水层上涂抹一层胶水，将无纺布层贴合在强力锁水层上制成基片；
步骤三：在咖啡纤维层涂抹一层胶水，将吸水层贴合在咖啡纤维层上，在吸水层涂抹一层胶水，将柔棉表层贴合在吸水层上制成芯片；
步骤四：在基片上涂抹一层胶水，将芯片贴合在基片上并压实，得到成型咖啡卫生巾。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，在步骤一中，将改性壳聚糖与咖啡纤维前处理物反应，改性壳聚糖与咖啡碳纤维前处理物的质量比为1～2：5，得到咖啡碳功能型纤维，再将咖啡碳功能型纤维与棉纤维和氨纶交织成咖啡纤维层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，将壳聚糖溶解于乙酸溶液中，再逐滴加入乙酸钠溶液，直至溶液pH＝5.5～7，得到壳聚糖混液，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙酸钠溶液的质量浓度为1mol/L，再将对羟基苯乙酰胺与无水乙醇按照固液比为1：10混合，得到对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液，将过氧化氢酶均匀分散于壳聚糖混液中，再加入对羟基苯乙酰胺溶液混合均匀，脱气0.5h后，滴加H2O2溶液，并在35℃下搅拌反应4h，得到改性壳聚糖混液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，向改性壳聚糖混液中加入无水乙醇并搅拌5min，过滤，收集固体A，将固体A加入至乙酸溶液中搅拌溶解，再次加入无水乙醇并搅拌5min，过滤，收集固体B，将固体B先用饱和的Na2CO3溶液洗涤3次，再用去离子水洗涤3次，室温下减压干燥，得到改性壳聚糖。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，将咖啡碳纤维和N，N-二乙基苯胺混合均匀，静置1h，加入过氧化苯甲酰，在120℃温度下磁力搅拌1～7h，过滤，收集固体C，将固体C先用乙醇溶液清洗3次，再用去离子水清洗3次，真空干燥12h，得到咖啡碳纤维前处理物。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，将改性壳聚糖和咖啡碳纤维前处理物加入至乙酸溶液中，在室温下搅拌2～7h，静置1h后，先用乙醇溶液清洗4次，再用去离子水清洗3次，减压干燥，得到咖啡碳功能型纤维。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，咖啡碳纤维和N，N-二乙基苯胺的固液比为1：20，过氧化苯甲酰质量为咖啡碳纤维的4倍，磁力搅拌速度为200～500rpm，乙醇溶液的体积浓度为50％，改性壳聚糖与咖啡碳纤维前处理物的质量比为1～20：100，咖啡碳纤维与乙酸溶液的固液比为1：10，乙酸溶液的体积浓度为1％，乙醇溶液的体积浓度为50％，搅拌速度为250～500rpm。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，在步骤一中，将宝特瓶熔融后加入扩链剂共混，得第一共熔物，扩链剂类别为环氧类或二异氰酸类，扩链剂的加入量为宝特瓶质量的0.4～1％，使用挤出机将第一共熔物挤出，之后冷却，造粒，得到颗粒。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种咖啡卫生的制作工艺，其特征在于，将咖啡渣在1000～1200℃的条件下煅烧5～11h后，高速研磨成咖啡渣纳米粉，咖啡渣纳米粉的粒度为150～300nm，再将颗粒与咖啡渣纳米粉熔融共混，得到第二共熔物，咖啡渣纳米粉加入量为回收料颗粒质量的15～30％，使用挤出机将第二共熔物挤出，之后冷却，拉伸，热定型，得到咖啡碳纤维。
