Description

Control method of intelligent power supply system for mining area and intelligent power supply system for mining area
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent power supply of mining areas, in particular to a control method of an intelligent power supply system of a mining area and the intelligent power supply system of the mining area.
Background
In the related art, if the power supply operation parameters of the power supply station meet the preset maintenance conditions, it is directly determined that a power supply fault exists in the power supply source of the power supply station, and further fault investigation is not performed. However, in the power supply operation process of the intelligent power supply system in the mining area, the phenomenon that the power supply operation parameters meet the preset maintenance conditions but the power supply source of the power supply station is not failed exists, so that maintenance staff can reach the power supply source of the power supply station with maintenance tools and find that maintenance is not needed, and the work load of the maintenance staff is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a control method of an intelligent power supply system for a mining area, which aims to solve the problem of low accuracy rate of power supply fault judgment. The mining area intelligent power supply system comprises a power supply station and a plurality of mining devices, wherein a power supply source of the power supply station comprises a first power supply part and a second power supply part which are mutually connected in parallel, and the control method of the mining area intelligent power supply system comprises the following steps: acquiring a real-time operation current value of a first power supply part; if the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition, the running states of the plurality of mining equipment when the real-time running current value meets the first preset condition are obtained; judging whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not according to the running states of the plurality of mining equipment when the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition; if the first power supply part has power supply faults, the power supply source of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area is controlled to be switched from the first power supply part to the second power supply part, and the first power supply part is subjected to fault maintenance; judging whether the first power supply part has a power supply fault or not according to the running states of the plurality of mining equipment when the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition comprises: acquiring the number of mining equipment in a starting state when the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition; determining the starting occupation ratio of a plurality of mining devices according to the number of the mining devices in a starting state; determining whether a power supply fault occurs in the first power supply part according to the starting duty ratio; when the mining equipment at the rear end is in a starting state, the running current value of the mining equipment is not very stable, and the running current value of the first power supply part at the front end can be influenced to a certain extent, so that the real-time current value of the first power supply part fluctuates. The number of the mine equipment in the starting state when the real-time running current value meets the first preset condition is obtained, the starting occupation ratio of the plurality of mine equipment is calculated according to the number of the mine equipment in the starting state, the power supply fault judgment can be carried out according to the starting occupation ratio and the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value, the accuracy of the power supply fault judgment is improved, and the misjudgment that the power supply fault occurs due to interference caused by the starting occupation ratio to the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is avoided.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: by acquiring the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part, the power supply state of the first power supply part can be known according to the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part. If the real-time running current value of the first power supply part meets the first preset condition, the fact that the real-time running current of the first power supply part fluctuates greatly at the moment is explained, the running states of the plurality of mining devices are obtained when the real-time running current value meets the first preset condition, whether the first power supply part has a power supply fault or not is judged according to the running states of the plurality of mining devices, the fact that when the first power supply part does not have the power supply fault, the running states of the plurality of mining devices change intensively and are misjudged by a system to be the power supply fault of the first power supply part can be avoided, maintenance staff is led to find that maintenance is not needed after the maintenance staff arrive at the first power supply part with maintenance tools, the problem of work burden of the maintenance staff is increased, and the accuracy of power supply fault judgment is improved.
In this technical solution, the first preset condition includes: the number of times the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold value is greater than or equal to the first time number threshold value.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part is larger than or equal to the peak value threshold value is larger than or equal to the first time threshold value, the fluctuation frequency of the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part exceeds the normal power supply fluctuation frequency, so that the operation states of a plurality of mining equipment in the period exceeding the normal power supply fluctuation frequency are acquired to conduct fault investigation, and the reason that the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part exceeds the normal power supply fluctuation frequency is further determined.
In this technical scheme, determining whether the first power supply portion has a power failure according to the start-up duty ratio includes: if n/m is less than k, judging that the first power supply part has power supply faults; wherein n/m is the start-up duty cycle; n is the number of mining equipment in a starting state; m is the total amount of mining equipment; k is the start-up duty cycle threshold.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: if n/m is less than k, the ratio of the number of the mine devices in the starting state in the total amount of the mine devices is indicated, namely the starting ratio is smaller than the starting ratio threshold, the number of the mine devices in the starting state is smaller, the starting ratio does not cause larger interference to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold, and at the moment, whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not can be accurately judged according to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold and the first time number threshold. Therefore, when the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than or equal to the peak value threshold value is larger than or equal to the first time threshold value and n/m < k is met, the first power supply part is judged to have power supply faults, the power supply source of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area is controlled to be switched from the first power supply part to the second power supply part, and maintenance staff is dispatched to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
In this technical scheme, whether the first power supply portion has a power failure according to the start-up duty ratio further includes: if n/m is more than or equal to k, determining a second time threshold according to the starting duty ratio and the first time threshold; and determining whether the first power supply part has power supply faults according to the second time threshold.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: if n/m is greater than or equal to k, the ratio of the number of the mine devices in the starting state in the total amount of the mine devices is indicated, that is, the starting ratio is greater than or equal to the starting ratio threshold, at the moment, the number of the mine devices in the starting state is relatively large, the starting ratio can cause relatively large interference to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold, at the moment, whether the first power supply part has power supply faults cannot be accurately judged according to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold and the first time threshold, so that the first time threshold is corrected according to the starting ratio to obtain the second time threshold, and whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not is determined according to the second time threshold. Therefore, the problem that the accuracy rate of judging the power supply faults is low due to the fact that the first-time threshold value is used as the basis for judging the power supply faults when the number of mining equipment in a starting state is too large and the number of times that the starting occupation ratio causes the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is too large can be avoided.
In this technical scheme, determining whether the first power supply portion has a power supply failure according to the second time threshold includes: and if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is larger than or equal to the second number of times threshold value, judging that the first power supply part has power supply faults.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: under the condition that the number of mining equipment in a starting state is too large, if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is larger than or equal to the second number of times threshold value, the fact that the fluctuation frequency of the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part exceeds the normal power supply fluctuation frequency after the starting duty ratio correction at the moment is explained, so that the first power supply part is judged to have power supply faults, the power supply source of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area is controlled to be switched from the first power supply part to the second power supply part, and maintenance personnel are dispatched to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
In this technical solution, determining the second time threshold according to the start-up duty ratio and the first time threshold includes: b=int [ a (n/m) c ]; wherein b is a second time threshold; a is a first time threshold; and c is a correction coefficient, and c is [1.66,1.98].
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: under the condition that the number of the mine equipment in the starting state is excessive, the corresponding second time threshold can be accurately calculated according to the starting duty ratio, the starting duty ratio threshold and the first time threshold, so that whether the current first power supply part has power supply faults or not can be accurately judged according to the second time threshold, the influence of the number of the mine equipment in the starting state on the power supply fault judging accuracy is reduced as much as possible, and the power supply fault judging accuracy is improved. It will be appreciated that the greater the number of mine equipment in the on-state, the greater the disturbance that the on-duty ratio will cause to the number of times the peak value of the real-time operating current value is greater than the peak threshold value, and the greater the correction value required for the first time threshold value.
In the technical scheme, the control method of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area further comprises the following steps: if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is smaller than the first time threshold value, the fact that the power supply fluctuation occurs in the first power supply part is judged, and at the moment, maintenance staff does not need to be dispatched to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: when the first power supply unit is operating normally, the real-time operation current value also fluctuates, but the peak value of the power supply fluctuation does not exceed the peak threshold value. Therefore, if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is smaller than the first-time number threshold value, the fluctuation of the current operation current value is indicated to belong to normal power supply fluctuation, and at the moment, a maintenance person does not need to be dispatched to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
The technical scheme provides an intelligent power supply system for a mining area, which realizes the control method of the intelligent power supply system for the mining area according to any one of the previous technical schemes, and comprises the following steps: the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a real-time operation current value of the first power supply part; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation states of the plurality of mining devices when the real-time operation current value meets the first preset condition under the condition that the real-time operation current value meets the first preset condition; the judging module is used for judging whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not according to the running states of the plurality of mining equipment when the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition; the fault processing module is used for controlling the power supply source of the mining area intelligent power supply system to be switched from the first power supply part to the second power supply part under the condition that the first power supply part has power supply faults, and sending out maintenance personnel to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
The technical scheme provides an intelligent power supply system for mining areas, which comprises: the intelligent power supply system for mining areas comprises a computer readable storage medium and a packaged IC, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the packaged IC reads and runs the computer program.
In summary, the various embodiments described above may have one or more of the following advantages or benefits:
(1) By acquiring the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part, the power supply state of the first power supply part can be known according to the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part.
(2) The number of the mine equipment in the starting state when the real-time running current value meets the first preset condition is obtained, the starting occupation ratio of the plurality of mine equipment is calculated according to the number of the mine equipment in the starting state, the power supply fault judgment can be carried out according to the starting occupation ratio and the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value, the accuracy of the power supply fault judgment is improved, and the misjudgment that the power supply fault occurs due to interference caused by the starting occupation ratio to the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is avoided.
(3) If n/m is less than k, the ratio of the number of the mine devices in the starting state in the total amount of the mine devices is indicated, namely the starting ratio is smaller than the starting ratio threshold, the number of the mine devices in the starting state is smaller, the starting ratio does not cause larger interference to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold, and at the moment, whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not can be accurately judged according to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold and the first time number threshold.
(4) If n/m is greater than or equal to k, the ratio of the number of the mine devices in the starting state in the total amount of the mine devices is indicated, that is, the starting ratio is greater than or equal to the starting ratio threshold, at the moment, the number of the mine devices in the starting state is relatively large, the starting ratio can cause relatively large interference to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold, at the moment, whether the first power supply part has power supply faults cannot be accurately judged according to the times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold and the first time threshold, so that the first time threshold is corrected according to the starting ratio to obtain the second time threshold, and whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not is determined according to the second time threshold.

[ first embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a control method of an intelligent power supply system for mining areas according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown. The mining area intelligent power supply system comprises a power supply station and a plurality of mining devices, wherein a power supply source of the power supply station comprises a first power supply part and a second power supply part. The first power supply part and the second power supply part are arranged in parallel, and the first power supply part and the second power supply part can be different power supplies. For example, the first power supply part is commercial power, and the second power supply part is standby power supply of a standby power distribution station, a generator and the like.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the control method of the intelligent power supply system for the mining area comprises the following steps: s10: acquiring a real-time operation current value of a first power supply part; s20: if the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition, the running states of the plurality of mining equipment when the real-time running current value meets the first preset condition are obtained; s30: judging whether the first power supply part has power supply faults or not according to the running states of the plurality of mining equipment when the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition; s40: if the first power supply part has power supply faults, the power supply source of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area is controlled to be switched from the first power supply part to the second power supply part, and the first power supply part is subjected to fault maintenance.
It is understood that mining equipment in intelligent power supply systems for mining areas mostly belongs to large-scale mechanical equipment, such as coal mining machines, hoisting machines, and conveying machines for conveying coal mines. When the power supply station of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area has power supply faults, the problems of insufficient power supply quantity of the mining equipment, power failure of the mining equipment and the like can occur, so that normal mining operation of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area is affected, and casualties can be caused by mining accidents if serious. In this embodiment, through setting up two independent power supply channels, namely through first power supply portion and the second power supply portion that mutually connects in parallel and set up as the power supply of power supply station, can in time control mining area intelligent power supply system's power supply by first power supply portion switch into second power supply portion when detecting that first power supply portion has the power failure, avoid the power failure of front end power supply station to influence the mining operation of rear end mining equipment, guarantee the normal operating of mining operation and the personal safety of operating personnel.
By acquiring the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part, the power supply state of the first power supply part can be known according to the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part.
Further, the first preset condition includes: the number of times that the first power supply portion has a peak value of the real-time operation current value that is greater than or equal to the peak value threshold value within the first period of time is greater than or equal to the first time threshold value. The first time threshold may be determined according to historical operation data of the first power supply unit, or may be determined according to factory test data, which is not limited herein. For example, the first duration is 30 minutes; the first time threshold is 6 times. In a specific embodiment, if the first power supply portion has a phenomenon that the peak value of the real-time operation current value is greater than the peak threshold value for 6 times within 30 minutes, it is determined that the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value is greater than the peak threshold value is equal to the first time count threshold value.
It can be understood that if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value of the first power supply portion is greater than or equal to the peak value threshold value is greater than or equal to the first time threshold value, this indicates that the fluctuation frequency of the real-time operation current value of the first power supply portion has exceeded the normal power supply fluctuation frequency, so that the operation states of the plurality of mining devices during the period exceeding the normal power supply fluctuation frequency are acquired to perform fault detection, and the reason that the real-time operation current value of the first power supply portion exceeds the normal power supply fluctuation frequency is further determined.
Further, judging whether the first power supply part has a power supply fault according to the operation states of the plurality of mining devices when the real-time operation current value meets the first preset condition comprises: acquiring the number of mining equipment in a starting state when the real-time running current value meets a first preset condition; determining the starting occupation ratio of a plurality of mining devices according to the number of the mining devices in a starting state; and determining whether the first power supply part has power supply faults according to the starting duty ratio.
The operation states of the mining equipment comprise a starting state, a stable operation state and a shutdown state. When the mining equipment at the rear end is in a starting state, the running current value of the mining equipment is not very stable, and the running current value of the first power supply part at the front end can be influenced to a certain extent, so that the real-time current value of the first power supply part fluctuates. In one embodiment, if the on-time of the mining equipment is less than 30 minutes, the mining equipment is determined to be in an on-state. When the number of the mine equipment in the starting state is relatively large in the total amount of the mine equipment, the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part also can be greatly fluctuated, and the situation that the peak value of the real-time operation current value exceeds the peak value threshold value for not less than 6 times in 30 minutes occurs.
Further, determining whether the first power supply portion has a power supply failure according to the start-up duty ratio includes: if n/m is less than k, judging that the first power supply part has power supply faults; wherein n/m is the start-up duty cycle; n is the number of mining equipment in a starting state; m is the total amount of mining equipment; k is the start-up duty cycle threshold. Wherein, the value range of k is 80% -87%, and the preferred value of k is 85%.
It can be understood that if n/m < k, it indicates that the duty ratio of the number of mine devices in the starting state in the total amount of mine devices is smaller than the starting duty ratio threshold, that is, the starting duty ratio is smaller than the starting duty ratio threshold, at this time, the number of mine devices in the starting state is smaller, the starting duty ratio does not cause greater interference to the real-time running current value, and at this time, whether the first power supply portion has a power supply failure can be accurately determined according to the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold and the first time number threshold.
Further, determining whether the first power supply portion has a power supply failure according to the start-up duty ratio further includes: if n/m is more than or equal to k, determining a second time threshold according to the starting duty ratio and the first time threshold; and determining whether the first power supply part has power supply faults according to the second time threshold.
It can be understood that if n/m is greater than or equal to k, it is indicated that the ratio of the number of mine devices in the starting state to the total number of mine devices is greater than or equal to the starting ratio threshold, that is, the starting ratio is greater than or equal to the starting ratio threshold, at this time, the number of mine devices in the starting state is relatively large, the starting ratio may cause relatively large interference to the real-time running current value, at this time, whether the first power supply portion has a power supply fault cannot be accurately determined according to the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is greater than the peak value threshold and the first time threshold, so that the first time threshold is corrected according to the starting ratio to obtain the second time threshold, and whether the first power supply portion has the power supply fault is determined according to the second time threshold.
Further, determining whether the first power supply portion has a power supply failure according to the second time threshold includes: and if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is larger than or equal to the second number of times threshold value, judging that the first power supply part has power supply faults.
It can be understood that under the condition that the number of mine equipment in the starting state is too large, if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time operation current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is larger than or equal to the second number of times threshold value, the fact that the fluctuation frequency of the real-time operation current value of the first power supply part exceeds the normal power supply fluctuation frequency after the starting duty ratio correction at the moment is indicated, so that the first power supply part is judged to have power supply faults, the power supply source of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area is controlled to be switched from the first power supply part to the second power supply part, and maintenance personnel send out the maintenance personnel to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
Further, determining the second time threshold from the start-up duty cycle and the first time threshold includes: b=int [ a (n/m) c ]; wherein b is a second time threshold; a is a first time threshold; and c is a correction coefficient, and c is [1.66,1.98].
In one embodiment, the start duty ratio threshold k is 85% and the first time threshold a is 6. If n/m is greater than or equal to k, that is, 100% > or greater than or equal to n/m is greater than or equal to 85%, if n/m=85%, c=1.66, then the second frequency threshold b=int [ a (n/m) ×c ] =8; if n/m=85%, c=1.98, then the second order threshold b=int [ a (n/m) c ] =10; if n/m=100%, c=1.68, then the second order threshold b=int [ a (n/m) c ] =9; if n/m=100%, c=1.98, then the second order threshold b=int [ a (n/m) ×c ] =11.
It can be understood that under the condition that the number of the mine equipment in the starting state is excessive, the corresponding second time threshold can be accurately calculated according to the starting duty ratio, the starting duty ratio threshold and the first time threshold, so that whether the current first power supply part has power supply faults or not can be accurately judged according to the second time threshold, the influence of the number of the mine equipment in the starting state on the power supply fault judging accuracy is reduced as much as possible, and the power supply fault judging accuracy is improved. It will be appreciated that the greater the number of mine equipment in the on-state, the greater the disturbance that the on-duty ratio will cause to the number of times the peak value of the real-time operating current value is greater than the peak threshold value, and the greater the correction value required for the first time threshold value.
Further, the control method of the intelligent power supply system of the mining area further comprises the following steps: if the number of times that the peak value of the real-time running current value is larger than the peak value threshold value is smaller than the first time threshold value, the fact that the power supply fluctuation occurs in the first power supply part is judged, and at the moment, maintenance staff does not need to be dispatched to carry out fault maintenance on the first power supply part.
When the first power supply unit is operating normally, the real-time operation current value also fluctuates, but the peak value of the power supply fluctuation does not exceed the peak threshold value.
