In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the protection component 21 located in the accommodating groove 1045 is in a contracted state;

the lamp body 101 includes a housing 1011, a lamp wick 1012, and a transparent cover 1013, the lamp wick 1012 is mounted in the housing 1011, the transparent cover 1013 is mounted on the housing 1011, and the transparent cover 1013 is covered outside the lamp wick 1012.
In this embodiment, when dust exists on the surface of the solar panel 105, the rotation driving member b113 drives the gear b114 to rotate, and the gear b114 is meshed with the rack plate 115 to drive the arc-shaped shell 104 to rotate along the axis line thereof, so as to drive the solar panel 105 to synchronously rotate, and the rotation driving member d203 drives the solar panel 105 to rotate, so as to adjust the inclination angle of the solar panel 105, so that the top of the solar panel 105 is located below the water spraying pipe 303 (as shown in fig. 19);
the water flow in the water storage tank 301 is sprayed to the solar cell panel 105 through the water spraying pipe 303 after passing through the pipeline b304, so as to clean the surface of the solar cell panel 105, and the water spraying pipe 303 sprays unheated water.

As shown in fig. 20 to 22, wherein the same or corresponding parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, only the points of distinction from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of brevity. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that:
as shown in fig. 20-22, a cooling unit 4 is disposed on the light pole 100 in this embodiment, and the cooling unit 4 cools the lamp body 101;
the cooling unit 4 includes: a plurality of liquid tanks 10131, the liquid tanks 10131 are arranged in the transparent cover 1013; a water inlet pipe 401, wherein the water inlet pipe 401 is installed at one end of the transparent cover 1013; a drain pipe 402, wherein the drain pipe 402 is installed at the other end of the transparent cover 1013, and one end of the plurality of liquid tanks 10131 is converged and communicated with the water inlet pipe 401; the other ends of the liquid tanks 10131 are converged and communicated with the drain pipe 402; the filling assembly 41. The filling assembly 41 is mounted in the water storage tank 301.
The liquid charging assembly 41 includes: the thermal box 411, the thermal box 411 is installed in the water storage tank 301; the pipeline c412 is communicated with the water storage tank 301 and the water inlet pipe 401 through the pipeline c 412; the pipeline d413 is communicated with the warm keeping box 411 and the drain pipe 402 through the pipeline d 413; the water spraying pipe 303 is communicated with the thermal insulation box 411 through a pipeline e 414; a water pump b415, the water pump b415 is arranged in the water storage tank 301, and the water pump b415 is communicated with the pipeline c 412; a water pump c416, wherein the water pump c416 is arranged in the thermal insulation box 411, and the water pump c416 is communicated with the pipeline e 414; a temperature sensor (not shown) is mounted on the pole 100.
In this embodiment, when the lamp body 101 is illuminated, the lamp wick 1012 emits a considerable amount of heat while emitting light, and the heat is diffused outwards and transmitted to the transparent cover 1013, so that the transparent cover 1013 generates a high temperature, and aging of the transparent cover 1013 is accelerated for a long time;
when the lamp body 101 illuminates, water flow in the water storage tank 301 is discharged into a plurality of liquid grooves 10131 in the transparent cover 1013 through the pipeline c412 and the water inlet pipe 401, and the water flow absorbs heat on the transparent cover 1013 and is discharged into the thermal insulation box 411 through the water outlet pipe 402 and the pipeline d413, so that the transparent cover 1013 is cooled, the ageing of the transparent cover 1013 is delayed, and the service life of the transparent cover 1013 is prolonged;
in this embodiment, when ice and snow blocks are covered on the surface of the solar panel 105, water in the water storage tank 301 is discharged into the plurality of liquid grooves 10131 in the transparent cover 1013 through the pipeline c412 and the water inlet pipe 401, and the water flow absorbs heat on the transparent cover 1013 and is discharged into the thermal insulation box 411 through the water outlet pipe 402 and the pipeline d413, at this time, the water in the thermal insulation box 411 is hot water, and the hot water in the thermal insulation box 411 is conveyed to the water spraying pipe 303 through the pipeline e414, and the water spraying pipe 303 sprays the hot water to the solar panel 105, so that the ice and snow blocks covered on the solar panel 105 are thoroughly melted, and the device is convenient to use.
It should be noted that: the outer sides of the pipeline a302, the pipeline b304, the pipeline d413, the pipeline e414 and the pipeline c412 are provided with heat insulation layers.
Regarding the excess water within the arcuate shell 104: when the protective component 21 is unfolded, the protective cover a211 leaves the accommodating groove 1045 to expose the water outlet 1046, the arc-shaped shell 104 is driven to rotate and incline, and redundant water in the arc-shaped shell 104 is discharged through the water outlet 1046;
also to be described is: since both the pipe b304 and the pipe e414 are in communication with the spout 303, in order to prevent water in the pipe b304 from flowing into the pipe e414 or water in the pipe e414 from flowing into the pipe b304, check valves are provided in the pipe e414 and the pipe b 304.
In addition, the following needs to be added: regarding where the water spray pipe 303 sprays unheated water or hot water, when the temperature sensor on the light pole 100 detects that the temperature is higher than 0 degrees celsius, the water spray pipe 303 sprays unheated water, the spraying frequency and time of which are set as required, for example, spraying once a week for 2 minutes each time;
when the temperature sensor on the lamp pole 100 detects that the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the water spraying pipe 303 sprays hot water, and the spraying frequency and time are set according to the requirement, for example, spraying and washing once a day for 2 minutes each time.
Working procedure
Step one, a light energy conversion procedure: light irradiates the solar cell panel 105 during daytime, the solar cell panel 105 converts light energy into electric energy and stores the electric energy in a battery, and the battery supplies power to the lamp body 101 to enable the lamp body to be bright during night;
the rotation driving piece b113 drives the gear b114 to rotate, and the gear b114 is meshed with the rack plate 115 to drive the rack plate 115 to slide in the chute 1111 to drive the arc-shaped shell 104 to rotate along the axial lead of the arc-shaped shell, so that the inclination angle of the solar cell panel 105 is adjusted, and secondly, the rotation driving piece a102 drives the rotation table 103 to rotate to adjust the orientation of the solar cell panel 105 and adjust the angle of the solar cell panel 105 from two directions, so that the solar cell panel 105 always faces the sun, and the conversion efficiency of the solar cell panel 105 to light energy is enhanced;
step two, collecting water: in rainy days, rainwater falls into the arc-shaped shell 104 from a gap between the solar cell panel 105 and the arc-shaped shell 104, forms convergence in the arc-shaped shell 104, and flows into the water storage tank 301 through the pipeline a302, so that water is collected in the water storage tank 301, and the guarantee is provided for the subsequent use of water;
step three, a protection procedure: the rotary driving piece c216 drives the connecting shaft 217 to rotate, drives the protection cover d214 to rotate until the abutting block d227 moves to be in contact with the traction block c228, drives the protection cover c213 to rotate until the abutting block c229 moves to be in contact with the traction block b230, drives the protection cover b212 to rotate, and drives the protection cover a211 to rotate until the abutting block b231 moves to be in contact with the traction block a 232;
at this time, the protective cover a211, the protective cover b212, the protective cover c213 and the protective cover d214 cover the outer side of the solar panel 105 (the state is shown in fig. 13), and when hail weather occurs, the unfolded protective covers a211, b212, c213 and d214 protect the solar panel 105, so that the service life of the solar panel 105 is prolonged;
step four, a cooling procedure: when the lamp body 101 illuminates, water flow in the water storage tank 301 is discharged into a plurality of liquid grooves 10131 in the transparent cover 1013 through the pipeline c412 and the water inlet pipe 401, and the water flow absorbs heat on the transparent cover 1013 and is discharged into the thermal insulation box 411 through the water outlet pipe 402 and the pipeline d413, so that the transparent cover 1013 is cooled, and ageing of the transparent cover 1013 is delayed;
step five, cleaning procedure: when dust exists on the surface of the solar cell panel 105, the rotary driving piece b113 drives the gear b114 to rotate, and as the gear b114 is meshed with the rack plate 115, the arc-shaped shell 104 is driven to rotate along the axial line thereof, the solar cell panel 105 is driven to synchronously rotate,
the rotation driving piece d203 drives the solar panel 105 to rotate, and adjusts the inclination angle of the solar panel 105 so that the top of the solar panel 105 is positioned below the water spraying pipe 303 (as shown in fig. 19);
the water flow in the water storage tank 301 is sprayed to the solar cell panel 105 through the water spraying pipe 303 after passing through the pipeline b304, so as to clean the surface of the solar cell panel 105;
step six, removing ice and snow blocks: when the surface of the solar cell panel 105 is covered with ice and snow blocks, water flow in the water storage tank 301 is discharged into the plurality of liquid grooves 10131 in the transparent cover 1013 through the pipeline c412 and the water inlet pipe 401, and is discharged into the thermal insulation box 411 through the water outlet pipe 402 and the pipeline d413 after absorbing heat on the transparent cover 1013, at this time, the water in the thermal insulation box 411 is hot water, the hot water in the thermal insulation box 411 is conveyed to the water spraying pipe 303 through the pipeline e414, and the water spraying pipe 303 sprays the hot water to the solar cell panel 105, so that the ice and snow blocks covered on the solar cell panel 105 are thoroughly melted, and the device is convenient to use.

a rotation driving member b (113), the rotation driving member b (113) being mounted on one of the connection blocks (111);
a gear b (114), wherein the gear b (114) is installed at the output end of the rotary driving piece b (113);
and the rack plate (115) is arranged outside one of the arc-shaped sliding blocks (112), and the gear b (114) is meshed with the rack plate (115).

-a connecting rod (201), the connecting rod (201) being mounted on the solar panel (105);
a fixed sleeve a (202), wherein the fixed sleeve a (202) is arranged at one end of the arc-shaped shell (104);
a rotary driving piece d (203), wherein the rotary driving piece d (203) is arranged in the fixed sleeve a (202), and the rotary driving piece d (203) drives the connecting rod (201) to rotate;
a containing groove (1045), wherein the containing groove (1045) is arranged in the arc-shaped shell (104);
the protection component (21), protection component (21) are located in holding tank (1045).

a water pump b (415), wherein the water pump b (415) is installed in the water storage tank (301), and the water pump b (415) is communicated with the pipeline c (412);
a water pump c (416), wherein the water pump c (416) is installed in the thermal insulation box (411), and the water pump c (416) is communicated with the pipeline e (414);
