A restraint device for the treatment of a psychiatric patient according to claim 2, wherein: the connecting piece comprises a connecting block (12) rotatably arranged on the inner side of the connecting seat (9), one end of the connecting block (12) is fixedly connected with a hack lever (8), and the hack lever (8) is fixedly connected with a constraint pad (17).
