Technical Field
The invention relates to a head cushion, in particular to an auxiliary head cushion for an ophthalmic operation.
Background
When a patient performs an ophthalmic operation, a doctor needs to support the head of the patient, then an anesthesiologist performs anesthesia, and the operation is performed after an anesthesia effect is generated; the pillow used by the patient is universal and cannot be adjusted according to the actual condition of the patient; the angle of the head of the patient is not well adjusted, which is not convenient for the doctor to perform the operation.
Disclosure of Invention

When the patient need carry out ophthalmic surgery, the doctor covers patient's face with telescopic band and drape, then couple together the button on the elastic rope of front and back two sides again, and then fix the drape at patient's face, the patient breathes through the respiratory tube, the doctor puts into the installing frame through the recess unnecessary part of acting as go-between again afterwards, so can prevent when performing the operation, the operation medicine drops patient's face, bring uncomfortable sensation for the patient, also can prevent to act as go-between simultaneously and hang medical personnel on one's body, and then pull away the drape, after the doctor has done the operation, the doctor unties the button earlier, take off telescopic band and drape from patient's face again, then reset can.
When the patient is in the operation, back on the cushion is put to patient's head, the cotton section of thick bamboo can be put to patient's neck, and then makes patient's cervical vertebra can not produce uncomfortable sensation because of doing the operation time length, when the position that the patient was placed in the adjustment head, the bull stick can provide the support for it, protects patient's neck better.
When the patient was when performing the operation, back on the elastic pad was put to patient's head, patient's head can move down, and the elastic webbing can cushion, prevents that patient's head from descending too much, and then leads to the doctor to do the operation of not being convenient for when performing the operation.
The invention has the following advantages: the head of the patient can be supported by the concave backing plate and the elastic pad, so that support is provided for the operation of the doctor, the head of the patient can be fixed by the head fixing device, and the head action of the patient is prevented from influencing the operation of the doctor when the doctor performs the operation; set up wedge, screw rod and rocking handle, the doctor drives the screw rod through rocking the rocking handle and rotates, and then drives and remove about the wedge, the height of adjustable patient's head then makes the patient can be more comfortable when lying, and the doctor of also being convenient for simultaneously performs the operation, is favorable to ensureing the effect of performing the operation, improves the operation quality.

When a patient needs to carry out an ophthalmic operation, a doctor places the head of the patient on the elastic cushion 12, then the doctor adjusts the height of the concave cushion plate 11 according to the actual condition of the patient, when the height of the head of the patient needs to be increased, the doctor rotates the rocking handle 9 clockwise, the rocking handle 9 drives the screw rod 8 to rotate clockwise, then the wedge block 5 is driven to move rightwards through the threaded hole 10, the wedge block 5 drives the sliding block 4 to move rightwards on the sliding rail 3, then the left side of the concave cushion plate 11 moves upwards to lift the head of the patient, when the height of the head of the patient needs to be reduced, the doctor rotates the rocking handle 9 anticlockwise, the rocking handle 9 drives the screw rod 8 to rotate anticlockwise, then the wedge block 5 is driven to move leftwards through the threaded hole 10, the wedge block 5 drives the sliding block 4 to move leftwards on the sliding rail 3, then the left side of, the spring 13 provides buffering when the concave backing plate 11 moves left and right, after the doctor has adjusted the head height of the patient, the doctor uses the head fixing device 14 to fix the head of the patient, then the ophthalmic surgery can be carried out, so that the patient can fix the head of the patient when performing the surgery, the head action of the patient is prevented from influencing the surgery of the doctor, the surgery effect is further ensured, and the surgery quality is improved.

When the patient is in operation, after the head of the patient is placed on the elastic pad 12, the neck of the patient can be placed on the cotton cylinder 23, so that the cervical vertebra of the patient does not generate uncomfortable feeling due to long operation time, and when the position of the head of the patient is adjusted, the rotating rod 22 can provide support for the cervical vertebra of the patient, so that the neck of the patient is better protected.
When the head of the patient is placed on the elastic pad 12 during the operation of the patient, the head of the patient moves downwards, the elastic band 24 can buffer the head of the patient, and the head of the patient is prevented from falling too much, so that the operation is inconvenient for the doctor during the operation.
