Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a cold and hot compress bag 100 according to some embodiments of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic layer structure of the cold and hot compress bag 100 according to some embodiments of the present application; the cold and hot compress bag 100 comprises a skin layer 110, a cold and hot coating layer 120, a water absorbing layer 130 and an insulating layer 140 which are sequentially stacked; the skin-attaching layer 110 is used for attaching the skin of a human body, and the cold and hot coating layer 120 is used for carrying out cold compress or hot compress on the skin of the human body through the skin-attaching layer 110; the insulating layer 140 is made of metal foil, and is used for preventing heat of the cold and hot coating 120 from being dissipated to the outside through the insulating layer 140; the water-absorbing layer 130 covers the heat-insulating layer 140, and the water-absorbing layer 130 is used for absorbing condensed water generated at the cold-hot coating 120.
The skin layer 110 is a structure that the cold and hot compress bag 100 is attached to the skin of a human body when in use, and may be formed by part or all of the cold and hot compress bag 100, or may be an independent structure fixed to the outside of the bag body, such as a fabric sewn to the outside of the bag body, or a patch attached to the outside of the bag body. In order to ensure the use experience of the cold and hot compress bag 100, the skin layer 110 needs to ensure good touch feeling, for example, the skin layer 110 may be made of soft and skin-friendly flannelette fabric or breathable mesh fabric, and specifically may be designed according to different application positions or requirements.
The cold and hot blanket 120 is used to transfer heat to the skin of the human body through the skin-applying layer 110 after cooling or heating, thereby performing cold or hot compress. The cold and hot coating 120 may be in various alternative forms, such as an application, an ice bag, a gel pack, etc., and the cold and hot coating 120 may be fixedly enclosed in the bag body of the cold and hot compress bag 100, or may be configured to be detachable so as to be taken out from the bag body for replacement or separate heating and cooling operations. The design of the cold thermal blanket 120 is flexible and is not further limited herein.
The heat preservation layer 140 is a key structure of the cold and hot compress bag 100 with good heat preservation performance, the heat preservation layer 140 is made of metal foil, the heat preservation and insulation characteristics of metal are utilized, and the heat preservation layer is arranged on one side of the cold and hot coating layer 120, which is away from the skin layer 110, so that heat of the cold and hot coating layer 120 can be effectively prevented from being dissipated from the side. In the prior art designs, the side of the cold thermal blanket 120 facing away from the skin 110 is not provided with an insulating layer 140, which is typically in sufficient contact with the outside, and the heat of the cold thermal blanket 120 is very easily dissipated from this side without good insulation. The existing cold and hot compress device lacks the structure of the heat insulation layer 140, so that the cold and hot compress device cannot be used for a long time, and in order to meet the continuous application requirement, the cold and hot compress material is usually required to be heated or cooled repeatedly for many times, so that the use is inconvenient. In the cold and hot compress bag 100 provided by the application, the heat insulation layer 140 is used for insulating the cold and hot compress layer 120, so that the service time of the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be effectively prolonged, inconvenience of repeatedly heating or refrigerating the cold and hot compress layer 120 is avoided, and the use experience is improved.
The water absorption layer 130 is arranged between the cold and hot coating layer 120 and the heat preservation layer 140, and can timely absorb condensed water generated by the cold and hot coating layer 120, so that the condensed water is prevented from being retained between the cold and hot coating layer 120 and the heat preservation layer 140, the adhesion problem between the cold and hot coating layer 120 and the heat preservation layer 140 is avoided, and the problem that the condensed water permeates into the heat preservation layer 140 to cause the moisture corrosion of the heat preservation layer 140 is avoided. Specifically, when the cold-hot coating layer 120 is used for cold compress, when the water vapor in the external air encounters the cold-hot coating layer 120 with lower temperature, the water vapor is easy to condense on the outer surface of the cold-hot coating layer 120 to form condensed water, and because the material of the heat preservation layer 140 is a metal foil, the moisture absorption performance is poor, the condensed water cannot be effectively absorbed, the condensed water is easy to be accumulated between the cold-hot coating layer 120 and the heat preservation layer 140, when the cold-hot coating bag 100 is used for a long time, the accumulated condensed water is easy to adhere between the cold-hot coating layer 120 and the heat preservation layer 140, so that the using comfort is affected, the condensed water also corrodes the heat preservation layer 140, and the using performance of the heat preservation layer 140 is affected. Based on the above consideration, the water absorption layer 130 is arranged between the cold and hot coating 120 and the heat preservation layer 140, and the problem of condensate retention can be solved by timely absorbing condensate generated on the surface of the cold and hot coating 120, so that the problems of adhesion between the cold and hot coating 120 and the heat preservation layer 140 or moisture corrosion of the heat preservation layer 140 are avoided, and the long-term use stability of the heat preservation layer 140 is ensured. The material of the water-absorbing layer 130 is preferably a flannelette fabric, so that the water-absorbing layer has good moisture absorption performance, and meanwhile, the water-absorbing layer 130 made of the flannelette fabric covers the heat-insulating layer 140, so that the attractiveness can be improved, and the overall texture of the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be improved. In addition to the fleece fabric, the water-absorbing layer 130 may be made of other materials with good moisture absorption performance.
In the above embodiment, the heat insulation layer 140 made of metal foil is provided to perform the heat insulation function on the cold and hot coating layer 120, so that the service time of the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be effectively prolonged, and the use experience can be improved; meanwhile, by arranging the water-absorbing layer 130 to absorb the condensed water generated at the cold and hot coating 120 in time, the problems of moisture corrosion and the like of the heat preservation layer 140 caused by the permeation of the condensed water to the heat preservation layer 140 are prevented, and the long-term use stability of the heat preservation layer 140 is ensured.
In some embodiments, optionally, the material of insulating layer 140 is aluminum foil or tin foil. Compared with other metal foils, the aluminum foil and the tin foil have better heat preservation performance, have a mature preparation process, are easy to obtain and use, and are the preferred materials of the heat preservation layer 140. Wherein, the aluminum foil has good corrosion resistance in a conventional humid environment, can prevent the heat preservation layer 140 from being corroded and damaged by condensed water generated at the cold and hot coating layer 120, and ensures the long-term use stability of the cold and hot compress bag 100.
Further, the heat-insulating layer 140 may be made of aluminum foil or tin foil with a proper thickness, and the surface of the heat-insulating layer 140 is textured, so that the thickness and the surface area of the heat-insulating layer 140 can be increased by the above method, and the heat-insulating performance of the heat-insulating layer can be remarkably improved. In practice, when the insulation layer 140 is designed to have a maximum thickness of approximately 1mm and is textured, the insulation performance is excellent, and the influence on the overall weight of the cold and hot compress bag 100 is small.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, a cold thermal compress device 1000 is provided. Referring to fig. 3, the cold and hot compress device 1000 includes a device body 200 and the cold and hot compress bag 100 according to the above embodiments; the device body 200 is used for being fixedly coated on a human body; the cold and hot compress bag 100 is fixed on one side of the device body 200 facing the human body, and the cold and hot compress bag 100 is used for attaching the skin of the human body through the skin attaching layer 110 when the device body 200 is fixedly wrapped on the human body, so that the cold and hot compress layer 120 performs cold compress or hot compress on the skin of the human body through the skin attaching layer 110.
The appearance of the device body 200 can be specifically designed according to the requirement of use, so that the device body 200 conforms to the appearance of a specific part of a human body, for example, the device body 200 with different appearances can be correspondingly designed according to the parts of the head, the face, the waist, the knees, the feet and the like of the human body, so that the device body conforms to the human body structure, and the effect and the comfort of the device body fixedly coated on the specific part of the human body are improved. Because the device body 200 needs to be attached to the skin of a human body when in use, and needs to be directly contacted with a wounded skin part in some use scenes, the device body 200 should be made of a softer and more skin-friendly material, so that the irritation and discomfort to the skin of the human body are reduced.
The cold and hot compress bag 100 is fixed on the device body 200, the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be sewed and fixed on the device body 200, and before use, the cold and hot compress bag 100 and the device body 200 can be heated or cooled together; the cold and hot compress bag 100 may also be detachably attached to the device body 200 to heat or cool the cold and hot compress bag 100 alone. The specific fixing position of the cold and hot compress bag 100 should be designed according to the external shape of the device body 200, the specific position of the device body 200 which is fixedly coated on the human body, the key position of the user which needs to apply, and other factors, so that when the device body 200 is coated on the specific part of the human body, the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be just attached to the position which needs to apply in the part, and the effect of cold compress or hot compress performed by the cold and hot compress bag 100 is improved.
In the process of applying the cold and hot compress device 1000, the user only needs to wear and fix the device body 200 correctly, so that the cold and hot compress bag 100 is aligned to the part to be applied, and then no external force is required to be applied, and the hands can be liberated so as to perform other activities or rest, therefore, compared with the cold and hot compress bag 100 which is independently used, the cold and hot compress device 1000 has more convenience and better use experience.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the cold and hot compress device 1000 is a facial cold and hot compress device, the device body 200 has two free ends 201, and the device body 200 is used for being fixedly wrapped around the face of the human body by connecting and enclosing the two free ends 201; the device body 200 is provided with storage bags 202 at positions corresponding to mandibular parts on two sides of the face on the inner side facing the face of the human body, and the skin-adhering layer 110 is formed on one side of the storage bags 202 facing the face of the human body; the water-absorbing layer 130 and the heat-insulating layer 140 are fixedly arranged in the storage bag 202, and the cold-hot coating 120 is detachably arranged in at least part of the storage bag 202; the cold and hot coating layer 120 is used for performing cold or hot compress on the mandibular part of the face of the human body through the skin layer 110 when being arranged in at least part of the containing bag 202.
Specifically, structures such as buckles, buttons or velcro strips which are matched with each other can be arranged at the two free ends 201, so that the structures can be connected and fixed, and the device body 200 is wrapped around the face of a human body.
When the cold and hot compress device 1000 is used for cold and hot compress of the face, the device body 200 can be made of flannelette fabric, so that the device body 200 is softer and more comfortable and is suitable for the skin of the face with more sensitive skin; further, the device body 200 can be further provided with a sponge material as a composite layer structure towards the inner side of the face of the human body, and the sponge material has a good buffering effect, can disperse the pressure of the face, and further improves the comfort level of the device body 200.
The storage bag 202 may be regarded as a bag body of the cold and hot compress bag 100, wherein the skin layer 110 is formed on a side facing the face of the human body, and the cold and hot coating 120, the water absorbing layer 130 and the heat insulating layer 140 are sequentially stacked in the storage bag 202, wherein the cold and hot coating 120 may be taken out from the storage bag 202 so as to heat or cool the cold and hot coating 120 separately.
When the cold and hot compress device 1000 is used for cold compress or hot compress on a mandibular part of a patient, for example, after a wisdom tooth or a posterior tooth of the patient is removed, the cold and hot compress device is required to perform a cold compress-before-hot compress on the mandibular part of the patient, and in the above application scenario, if the cold and hot coating 120 cannot be taken out from the storage bag 202 to perform separate heating or cooling, the requirement of applying on the mandibular part of the patient is difficult to meet, and cold and hot discomfort may be caused on the mandibular part of the patient on the other side, which does not need to perform application, and the use experience is seriously affected. Based on the above, the cold thermal blanket 120 is designed to be a detachable structure so as to be independently heated or cooled as required, thereby satisfying the use requirement of applying the single-sided mandibular part.
The design of the embodiment makes the cold and hot compress device 1000 suitable for applying to the mandible part of the human face, wherein the cold and hot coating 120 is detachably arranged in the storage bag 202, so that the cold and hot compress device 1000 can apply to only the mandible part on one side, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of cold and hot discomfort caused to the part which does not need to be applied, being more convenient and flexible in use and operation and improving the comfort level of use.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, a first through hole 203 is formed in the device body 200 at a position corresponding to an ear of a human body, and the first through hole 203 is used for the ear of the human body to pass through when the device body 200 is fixedly wrapped around the face of the human body.
When the device body 200 is wrapped around the face of the human body, in order to ensure the fixing effect, it is generally required to properly tighten the device body against the skin around the face, and since the ears of the human body are relatively protruded around the face, the device body 200 is easy to press the ears, which may cause serious discomfort when worn for a long time. Based on the above consideration, the first through hole 203 is formed on the device body 200, so that the device body 200 can be effectively prevented from pressing the ear.
The above embodiment enables the device body 200 to avoid the ear of the human body when in use by providing the first through hole 203, thereby avoiding the compression to the ear and further improving the comfort of use.
In some embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 3, the skin layer 110 is a quick-drying fabric for absorbing condensed water generated at the cold-hot blanket 120 to prevent the condensed water from exuding to the human face.
When the cold-hot blanket 120 is cooled for cold compress, condensed water is easily generated on the surface of the cold-hot blanket 120, and the condensed water oozes out to the face of the human body through the skin layer 110, resulting in a moist and uncomfortable feeling of the face. Through comparison and test of various materials, the inventor finds that the quick-drying fabric has good moisture absorption performance, can rapidly diffuse condensed water when being permeated by the condensed water, and quickens evaporation speed, so that the purpose of quick-drying is achieved, discomfort caused by the condensed water being detained on the face of a human body is reduced, meanwhile, the quick-drying fabric also has good touch feeling, better air permeability and capability of reducing discomfort of sealing when being applied for a long time. Therefore, the skin layer 110 is made of quick-drying fabric, so that the use comfort of the cold and hot compress device can be further improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, optionally, the cold and hot compress device 1000 is a knee cold and hot compress device, the device body 200 is in a mask shape, two ends of the device body are provided with first elastic bands 204, one end of the first elastic bands 204, which is away from the device body 200, is provided with a first fixing portion 205, and two ends of the device body 200 are also provided with second fixing portions 206; the first elastic band 204 is used for being elongated when being stressed, so that the first fixing portion 205 bypasses the back side of the knee of the human body and is connected and fixed with the second fixing portion 206, and the device body 200 is fixedly wrapped on the knee of the human body; the cold and hot pack 100 is fixed to the side of the device body 200 facing the knee of the human body so that the skin-applying layer 110 is applied to the skin of the knee of the human body.
The first fixing portion 205 and the second fixing portion 206 may be in the form of a buckle, a button, a hook and loop fastener, or the like, which are matched with each other, and are not particularly limited herein.
The first elastic band 204 is made of elastic material, when the first fixing part 205 on the first elastic band is connected with the second fixing part 206 on the device body 200, the first elastic band 204 is in an extending state and has a retracting trend, and can continuously provide pulling acting force for the two ends of the device body 200, so that the device body 200 is bent and wrapped on the knee of a human body, and the cold and hot compress bag 100 can fully fit the knee skin; meanwhile, since the cold and hot compress device 1000 is integrally wound around the knees, even if a user needs to perform proper activities, the cold and hot compress device 1000 is not easy to loosen when the thigh and the shank are rotated relative to the knees, and the fastening mode of the cold and hot compress device 1000 can reduce the obstruction to the activities of the legs of the user, so that the cold and hot compress device has good wearing comfort.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, when the cold and hot compress device 1000 is in use, a user can stand on the paper surface with the front side of the knee facing the skin layer 110, and then the first elastic bands 204 at both ends of the device body 200 are crossed from the rear side of the knee, so that the first fixing portion 205 at one end surrounds the rear side of the knee and is connected and fixed with the second fixing portion 206 at the other end, and thus the cold and hot compress device 1000 can be worn.
The design of the above embodiment makes the cold and hot compress device 1000 suitable for applying to the knee of the human body, and through the pulling action of the first elastic band 204, the device body 200 can be firmly fixed to the knee of the human body, and is not easy to loosen, and the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be fully applied to the knee skin for applying, so that the cold and hot compress device has good applying effect and wearing comfort.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the cold and hot compress device 1000 is a foot cold and hot compress device, and the device body 200 includes a central body 207 and a plurality of peripheral bodies 208 disposed at edges of the central body 207; the central body 207 is used for fitting with the sole of the human body; the surrounding body 208 is movably connected with the central body 207, and the plurality of surrounding bodies 208 are used for jointly covering the human back, ankle, heel and skin areas among the three; at least part of the surrounding body 208 is provided with a second elastic band 209, and the second elastic band 209 is used for winding the surrounding body 208 so as to gather and fix the surrounding body 208 on the lower leg part of the human body; the cold and hot pack 100 is fixed to the central body 207 and the peripheral body 208 so that the skin layer 110 is fitted to the skin of the human foot (not shown).
The second elastic band 209 is made of an elastic material, similar to the first elastic band 204 shown in fig. 4. Optionally, hook surfaces and rough surfaces of the magic tape are respectively arranged on two sides of the second elastic band 209, and when the second elastic band 209 winds the surrounding body 208, the two sides of the second elastic band are in contact and fit with each other, so that the surrounding body 208 is fixed. In addition, the second elastic band 209 may be designed as a multi-stage buckle or other fixing forms.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, when the cold and hot compress device 1000 is in use, a user can stand in the direction of the illustration a, so that the sole of the foot fits the central body 207; then, two surrounding bodies 208 positioned at the left lower part and the right lower part in the figure are erected relative to the foot bottom, the two surrounding bodies 208 are wound and gathered at the lower leg part through a second elastic band 209 at the right lower part, and the two surrounding bodies 208 cover the ankle and the heel part of the user; finally, the two surrounding bodies 208 on the left upper part and the right upper part are erected relative to the foot bottoms and cover the instep of the user, and the cold and hot compress device 1000 can be worn by winding and fixing the two surrounding bodies on the lower leg parts through the respective second elastic bands 209. The cold and hot compress device 1000 can completely cover the foot bottom, the instep, the ankle, the heel and the skin therebetween of the user, and can sufficiently apply the above parts through the cold and hot compress bag 100 provided on the central body 207 and the surrounding body 208.
The design of the above embodiment makes the cold and hot compress device 1000 suitable for applying to the foot of the human body, wherein the surrounding body 208 is gathered and fixed at the lower leg position by the second elastic band 209, so that the device body can completely cover the skin of the foot of the human body, and the cold and hot compress bag 100 can fully apply to the foot; meanwhile, the second elastic bands 209 are fixed on the lower leg, and the fixing positions are concentrated and are not easy to loosen, so that the cold and hot compress device 1000 has good fixing effect.
It should be noted that, when the cold and hot compress device 1000 is used for applying to the knees or feet of a human body, the material of the skin layer 110 may be selected more, and a soft skin-friendly fabric such as a fleece fabric may be generally used in consideration of comfort, considering that the skin of the knees and feet of a human body is generally rough, less sensitive to the skin of the face, and less prone to the feeling of tightness than the skin of the face.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6, optionally, the cold and hot compress device 1000 is a head cold and hot compress device, the device body 200 is in a hat shape, and is used for being worn on the head of a human body and covering eyes of the human body, and the skin layer 110 is formed on the inner side of the device body 200; an opening 210 is formed in the device body 200 at a position corresponding to eyes of a human body in a penetrating way, an eyeshade 211 is movably covered at the opening 210, and the eyeshade 211 is used for exposing eyes of the human body from the opening 210 when the device body is opened; the cold and hot pack 100 is fixed to the inside of the device body 200 facing the head of the human body so that the skin-attaching layer 110 is attached to the skin (not shown) of the head of the human body.
When the cold and hot compress device 1000 is used for applying on the head, the cold compress device is commonly used for relieving migraine caused by head tension, can also be used for cold compress and fever abatement during fever, and can design the device body 200 into a hat shape, in practice, the device body 200 can also be made of knitted fabric, so that the appearance and texture of the device body 200 are similar to those of a common knitted hat when the device is worn. The design can make the device body 200 more conform to the appearance structure of the human head, improve the wearing comfort, and can fully fit with the human head, thereby being beneficial to the cold and hot compress bag 100 to apply the head.
The cold and hot compress bag 100 can be directly sewed on the inner side of the device body 200, and before use, the device body 200 and the cold and hot compress bag 100 can be heated or cooled together, so that the use operation is simplified. In addition, the cold and hot compress bag 100 may be designed as a detachable structure, and is not particularly limited herein. The cold and hot compress bag 100 can be fixed on forehead, temple, back and head according to the requirement.
The design of the above embodiment makes the cold and hot compress device 1000 suitable for applying to the head of a human body, wherein the device body is provided with the opening 210 in a penetrating way, so that the device body 200 can be prevented from pressing the eyes of the human body, discomfort of cold and hot caused by the cold and hot compress bag 100 to the eyes can be avoided, and the comfort of use can be improved; meanwhile, the eyeshade 211 covered at the opening 210 can be freely opened or closed, when the eyeshade 211 is opened, eyes of a human body can be exposed, so that a user can see the external environment when applying the head to perform other activities, and when the eyeshade 211 is closed, the eyes can be shielded to facilitate the rest of the user. The cold and hot compress device 1000 is comfortable to wear, and has flexibility and convenience.
In some embodiments, optionally, referring to fig. 6, a second through hole 212 is formed through the device body 200 at a position corresponding to the human ear, and the second through hole 212 is used for the human ear to pass through when the device body 200 is worn on the head of the human body.
The design concept of the second through hole 212 is the same as that of the first through hole 203 shown in fig. 3, so that the device body 200 can be effectively prevented from pressing the ear when being worn, thereby improving the comfort of the cold and hot compress device 1000.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the embodiments, and are intended to be included within the scope of the claims and description. 1. The cold and hot compress bag is characterized by comprising a skin layer, a cold and hot coating layer, a water absorption layer and a heat preservation layer which are sequentially stacked;
the skin-pasting layer is used for pasting human skin, and the cold and hot coating layer is used for carrying out cold compress or hot compress on the human skin through the skin-pasting layer;
the heat insulation layer is made of metal foil and is used for preventing heat of the cold and hot coating layer from being dissipated to the outside through the heat insulation layer;
the water absorption layer covers the heat insulation layer and is used for absorbing condensed water generated at the cold and hot coating position.
2. The cold and hot compress bag according to claim 1, wherein the material of the insulating layer is aluminum foil or tin foil.
3. A cold and hot compress device, characterized by comprising a device body and the cold and hot compress bag of claim 1 or 2;
the device body is used for fixedly coating the human body;
the cold and hot compress bag is fixed in one side of the device body facing the human body, and the cold and hot compress bag is used for being attached to the skin of the human body through the skin attaching layer when the device body is fixedly coated on the human body, so that the cold and hot compress bag can be used for carrying out cold compress or hot compress on the skin of the human body through the skin attaching layer.

The cold and hot compress device according to claim 3, wherein the cold and hot compress device is a facial cold and hot compress device, the device body has two free ends, and the device body is used for being fixedly wrapped around the face of the human body through connection and enclosure of the two free ends;
the device comprises a device body, wherein the inner side of the device body facing the human face is provided with storage bags at positions corresponding to mandible parts at two sides of the face, and the skin-sticking layer is formed on one side of the storage bags facing the human face;
the water absorption layer and the heat preservation layer are fixedly arranged in the storage bag, and the cold and hot coating layer is detachably arranged in at least part of the storage bag;
the cold and hot coating layer is used for carrying out cold compress or hot compress on the mandible part of the face of the human body through the skin pasting layer when being arranged in at least part of the storage bag.
5. The cold and hot compress apparatus of claim 4, wherein a first through hole is formed in the apparatus body at a position corresponding to an ear of a human body, and the first through hole is used for allowing the ear of the human body to pass through when the apparatus body is fixedly wrapped around the face of the human body.
6. The cold and hot compress apparatus of claim 4, wherein the skin layer is a quick-drying fabric for absorbing condensed water generated at the cold and hot blanket to prevent the condensed water from exuding to the human face.
