Background

The Chinese patent CN206196781 discloses a hypochlorous acid water preparation technology in a slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water preparation device, but in the technology, hypochlorous acid water preparation needs to pass through a liquid mixing tank twice, mixed liquid in the first liquid mixing tank and the second liquid mixing tank is not effectively metered, only acidic liquid is metered, the pH value and the concentration of hypochlorous acid solution in the second liquid mixing tank are difficult to ensure to reach set values, and the aim of users expecting hypochlorous acid solution is achieved, so that the pH value and the concentration of the solution are difficult to ensure, and the efficiency is low.
Therefore, how to improve the preparation precision of hypochlorous acid solution, purify the preparation method, improve the adjustment range of concentration and pH value, enhance the controllability, and become the technical problem to be solved in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a weak acid sterilizing solution, a preparation method thereof and a weak acid sterilizing solution preparation device based on hypochlorous acid.

The weak acid hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution prepared by the method can be used for food sterilization, has strong sterilization capability, simple and easy generation mode, wide range of concentration adjustment and pH adjustment, strong controllability, high stability, high safety and the like, has weak corrosiveness to metal materials, can be used for spraying operation to sterilize air, does not harm personnel in the operation process, and has high sterilization effect, and the shelf life, the use mode and the like of the hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution are improved.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a hypochlorous acid-based disinfectant solution preparation device is shown, a weak acid disinfectant solution is prepared by adopting a one-time mixing and modulating method, three raw materials of ionized water, alkali liquor and acid liquor are fed into a liquid mixing barrel in three paths, the pH value of the solution is monitored in real time by an online pH meter and fed back to a controller, the controller can be a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller, the fed doses of the three raw materials are controlled, so that the pH value and hypochlorous acid concentration of the disinfectant solution are finely adjusted, and a finished product solution is prepared in the liquid mixing barrel.

Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the acid liquid inlet pipe and the alkali liquid inlet pipe are connected to the liquid mixing barrel through the side part of the liquid mixing barrel, the vortex automatic liquid mixing device 54 is arranged at the upper part of the liquid mixing barrel, the vortex automatic liquid mixing device 54 comprises a vortex impeller 54-1 and a main shaft 54-2, after the ionized water is injected into the vortex impeller of the vortex automatic liquid mixing device, the ionized water automatically rotates around the main shaft under the weight action of the ionized water, external power is not needed, the effect of automatic liquid mixing uniformity is achieved, and the mixed preparation of the ionized water, the alkali liquid and the acid liquid is realized.
Further, the ionized water supply path further has an ionized water filter 50, an ionized water flowmeter 51, and an ionized water check valve 53 in this order; the lye supply path is also provided with a lye filter 31 and a lye one-way valve 34 in sequence; the acid liquid supply path is also provided with an acid liquid filter 41 and an acid liquid one-way valve 44 in sequence, so that the filtration and protection of the three raw material supply paths are realized.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the controller 13 may be a PLC controller, various other programmable logic devices, and various other control units, so long as the control of the feeding amounts of the three raw materials according to the pH values detected in real time can be achieved.
Further, a finished product liquid feeding path is provided at the bottom of the liquid mixing barrel, and the finished product liquid feeding path is sequentially provided with a liquid feeding pump 21, a liquid feeding communicating pipe 22, a finished product liquid supply tank 23 and a finished product liquid outlet 24. The prepared finished product liquid enters the finished product liquid supply tank through the liquid supply pump, the liquid supply pump and the finished product liquid supply tank are connected through the liquid supply communicating pipe, a finished product liquid outlet is arranged on the finished product liquid supply tank, and the finished product liquid flows out. The pH value of the prepared weak acid hypochlorous acid sterilizing solution is preferably 5.0-6.8 according to the setting of users, and the hypochlorous acid concentration in the sterilizing solution is 100-260 ppm. The acidic ionized water has weak acidity, so that the proportion of the edible grade hydrochloric acid can be reduced, the cleanliness requirement is met, and the effect of the disinfection solution is further improved.
And (3) automatically calculating the proportion of various raw materials to be mixed according to the pH value of the solution by using a PLC intelligent control system, and then feeding the solution into a metering pump for mixing to obtain the required weak acid hypochlorous acid disinfection solution.
Still further, referring to fig. 2, the preparation apparatus further includes a housing 12, wherein the ionized water storage tank and the ionized water metering pump are located outside the housing, the housing is divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion is an intelligent control portion 10, the lower portion is a preparation portion 20, the intelligent control portion includes an intelligent control portion with an operation display screen 11 and a controller 13 located at the upper portion, a mixing tank 55, an alkaline solution supply path, an acid solution supply path, a finished product liquid supply path and an online pH meter 56 are all located at the lower portion of the preparation portion, the mixing tank 55 is located at the upper portion of the preparation portion, the alkaline solution tank and the acid solution tank are located at the lower portion of the preparation portion, the alkaline solution tank is upwardly provided with an alkaline solution filter, an alkaline solution metering pump, and an alkaline solution one-way valve, which are sequentially connected through an alkaline solution inlet pipe, to quantitatively convey alkaline solution into the mixing tank; wherein the acid liquor barrel is provided with an acid liquor filter, an acid liquor metering pump and an acid liquor one-way valve upwards, which are sequentially connected through an acid liquor inlet pipe, and the acid liquor is quantitatively conveyed into the mixed liquor barrel. The acid liquor and alkali liquor systems are arranged in parallel.
The specific method for preparing the hypochlorous acid-based disinfectant solution by using the preparation device comprises the following steps:
the user sets parameters of mixed liquor such as pH value, hypochlorous acid concentration and the like by operating the display screen, and then the PLC automatically calculates the mixing proportion of the ionic water, the alkali liquor and the acid liquor, and the three raw materials enter the mixed liquor barrel in three paths.
Ionized water supply path: acidic ionized water in the ionized water storage tank passes through the ionized water metering pump, enters the ionized water filter through the ionized water supply pipe, enters the ionized water communication through the flowmeter, and enters the liquid mixing barrel through the ionized water one-way valve.
Alkali liquor supply path: the alkali liquor in the alkali liquor barrel quantitatively enters the liquid mixing barrel through an alkali liquor filter, an alkali liquor metering pump, an alkali liquor inlet pipe and an alkali liquor one-way valve.
Acid liquid supply path: the acid liquor in the acid liquor barrel quantitatively enters the liquid mixing barrel through the acid liquor filter, the acid liquor metering pump, the acid liquor inlet pipe and the acid liquor one-way valve.
When the ionized water enters the liquid mixing barrel, the ionized water is firstly contacted with the vortex automatic liquid mixing device in the liquid mixing barrel to drive the vortex automatic liquid mixing device to rotate, and the solution is stirred, so that the solution is fully and uniformly mixed, the pH value of the solution is monitored in real time by an online pH meter, and the pH value is fed back to a PLC (programmable logic controller) to control the entering dosage of three raw materials. The one-way valve can prevent liquid from flowing back and influence the stability of the pH value.
The finished product solution prepared in the liquid mixing barrel enters the finished product solution supply tank through the liquid feeding pump and the liquid feeding communicating pipe and flows out from the finished product solution outlet. The finished product liquid supply tank not only meets the liquid supply function, but also plays a certain role in buffering, and prevents the finished product liquid from being incapable of supplying liquid in time due to mixing.
The weak acid disinfection solution with certain parameters can be obtained by one-time mixing, the preparation method is simple, the process equipment is simple, the price is low, and the cost is saved. The weak acid hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution prepared by the method can be used for food sterilization, has strong sterilization capability, simple and easy generation mode, wide range of concentration adjustment and pH adjustment, strong controllability, high stability, high safety and the like, has weak corrosiveness to metal materials, can be used for spraying operation to sterilize air, does not harm personnel in the operation process, and has high sterilization effect, and the shelf life, the use mode and the like of the hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution are improved.
