Description

Structure of drawer on both sides
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a two-sided drawer structure in which drawers are drawn out from both sides of a front side and a rear side of a storage space.
Background
The two-sided drawer structure can clean tableware from the kitchen side and store the tableware in the drawer, and the drawer can be pulled out from the restaurant side to provide the cleaned tableware during catering, so that the structure is convenient and is suitable for being applied to counter kitchens and popularized.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a drawer device that is pulled out from both front and rear sides by one drawer rail. In the drawer device described in patent document 1, rollers 4 that rotate in the forward and backward directions are provided at two positions of the left and right side plates 31, 32, rails 5 are provided at the left and right inner surfaces of the housing body that faces the rollers 4, and a stopper 6 that prevents the drawer from being pulled out further is provided by projecting a stopper portion toward the rails 5 by contact with the roller 4 that has passed first and by the roller 4 that has passed next being brought into contact with the stopper portion (see claims 1 of patent document 1, paragraphs [ 0010 ] to [ 0019 ] of the specification, fig. 1 to 3 of the drawings, and the like).
However, in the drawer device described in patent document 1, since the drawer needs to be pulled out from both sides, the rail 5 as the movable portion cannot be covered with the curtain plate of the drawer, and there is a problem in that the mechanism portions such as the rail and the rollers are exposed and the appearance is poor.
Further, the drawer device described in patent document 1 has to be freely drawn out from both sides, and therefore, a stopper that stops in a state where the drawer body is stored in the storage space cannot be provided, and there is a problem that the drawer device flies directly from the opposite side due to inertial force when the drawer is closed. The stopper 6 of the drawer device described in patent document 1 is a stopper that hooks the roller 4 located at the end of the drawer 3 and prevents the drawer 3 from being pulled out from the housing 1 completely and coming off, and is not a stopper that prevents the drawer 3 from being thrown out from the opposite side to the opposite side due to the inertial force when closing the drawer 3 from the housing 1.
As a method for solving such a problem, it is considered to install a push-in type catcher or the like to suppress the inertial force at the time of closing. However, since the drawer body needs to be pulled out from both sides, when the inertial force exceeds a certain force, the drawer body cannot be prevented from flying out from the opposite side.
The drawer device described in patent document 1 is a mechanism that can be pulled out from both sides by one drawer rail, and has the following problems: the structure is complicated, the thickness is also thick, the concealment is difficult, and in addition, when garbage or the like is clamped in a mechanism, the mechanism is easy to break down and high in price.
Patent document 2 discloses a two-drawer structure in which a drawer rail is divided into two upper and lower stages, and the drawer rail is hidden by a front plate. In the two-drawer structure described in patent document 2, since the front plate 10 pulled out to the outside and the housing case 8 are connected, the restricting means 47, 49, 86, 88 for restricting the relative movement in the front-rear direction of the pulled-out front plate 10 and the housing case 8 are provided, and therefore, the front plate can be prevented from rattling or colliding with the housing case when the housing case is housed.
However, in the two-drawer structure described in patent document 2, although the drawer rail can be hidden at the time of storage of the drawer, the problem of the drawer flying out from the opposite side at the time of closing the drawer cannot be solved. In the two-drawer structure described in patent document 2, there is a problem that the front plate 9 is also opened when the drawer flies out.
The structure of the two-drawer structure described in patent document 2 also has the following problems: the drawer device disclosed in patent document 1 is complicated in structure, and is likely to be broken down and expensive when garbage is present.

(drawer)
The drawer 2 is composed of an outer frame 5, a drawer body 6, and the like, the outer frame 5 is composed of a metal or resin such as a wooden material, an aluminum alloy, or a steel plate shown in fig. 6, and the drawer body 6 is composed of a wooden material or resin shown in fig. 7. Here, the wooden material refers to a material obtained by decomposing wood including a solid wood material, a plywood with a protruding board or the like attached to the surface, a veneer laminate, an integrated material or the like into elements of a large size, and fixing the elements with an adhesive or the like. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing only the outer frame 5 of the drawer 2 of the two-sided drawer configuration 1, and fig. 7 is a perspective view showing only the drawer body 6 of the drawer 2 of the two-sided drawer configuration 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the outer frame 5 is a frame body having a コ shape in plan view, and is composed of a curtain plate 50, a pair of right and left frame beams 51, etc. having a rectangular shape with a longitudinal cross section and provided perpendicular to the plate surface of the curtain plate 50. As shown in fig. 5, the outer drawer rail 3 is interposed between the frame beam 51 and the side plate 16 of the storage space 12, and the outer frame 5 is configured to be slidable on the outer drawer rail 3 with respect to the side plate 16 of the storage space 12.
As shown in fig. 7, the drawer main body 6 is composed of a screen plate 60, a pair of side frames 61 having an inverted L-shaped cross section, a back plate 62, a bottom plate 63, and the like, and has a function for placing the storage object on the bottom plate 63 to be stored. As shown in fig. 5, the inner drawer rail 4 is interposed between the side frame 61 and the frame beam 51, and the drawer body 6 is slidably provided on the inner drawer rail 4 with respect to the outer frame 5.
(drawer rail)
In the two-sided drawer structure 1 of the present embodiment, the outside drawer rail 3 and the inside drawer rail 4 have the same structure. Of course, the outside drawer rail 3 and the inside drawer rail 4 may be configured differently. However, by making the outside drawer rail 3 and the inside drawer rail 4 have the same structure as in the both-side drawer structure 1 of the present embodiment, the number of components can be reduced, and cost reduction can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 5, the outer drawer rail 3 is composed of an outer rail 30, a middle rail 31, and an inner rail 32, the outer rail 30 is fixed to the inner side of the side plate 16 of the storage space 12, and the inner rail 32 is fixed to the outer side of the frame beam 51 of the outer frame 5.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 5, the inner drawer rail 4 is composed of an outer rail 40, a middle rail 41, and an inner rail 42, the outer rail 40 is fixed to the inner side of the frame beam 51 of the outer frame 5, and the inner rail 42 is fixed to the outer side of the side frame 61 of the drawer main body 6.
(Soft closing mechanism)
As shown in fig. 8, the outside drawer rail 3 and the inside drawer rail 4 are provided with a soft closing mechanism 7. The soft closing mechanism 7 mainly includes a spring coil 33 (43) as an extension spring and an oil damper 34 (44), and has a function of preventing the spring coil from being thrown out to the opposite side by inertial force when the drawer 2 is closed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the outer rail 30 (40) and the middle rail 31 (41) are connected by the spring coil 33 (43), and a load is applied by the oil damper 34 (44) in a direction corresponding to the restoring force of the spring coil 33 (43). Therefore, in a state where the drawer 2 is closed, that is, in a state where the middle rail 31 (41) is a certain distance or less from the outer rail 30 (40), the inner rail 32 (42) is pulled back by the spring coil 33 (43) from the outer rail 30 (40).
At this time, since a load is applied by the oil damper 34 (44) in a direction corresponding to the restoring force of the spring coil 33 (43), the inner rail 32 (42) is slowly pulled back by the spring coil 33 (43) with respect to the outer rail 30 (40).
That is, as shown in fig. 9, when the drawer 2 is forcibly closed in the arrow a direction from the restaurant side (D side), there is a possibility that the outer frame 5 flies out in the arrow B direction due to the inertial force. However, not only is the inertial force of the outer frame 5 flying out in the arrow B direction reduced by the oil damper 34 (44), but also the outer rail 30 and the middle rail 31 of the outer drawer rail 3 are connected by the spring coil 33, so that the middle rail 31 and the inner rail 32 are pulled back by the restoring force of the spring coil 33, and the outer frame 5 fixed to the inner rail 32 is also pulled back in the arrow C direction (see also fig. 5). Fig. 9 is a functional explanatory diagram showing the function of the soft closing mechanism.
At this time, the outer frame 5 is slowly and gently pulled back in the arrow C direction by the function of the oil damper 34. Accordingly, the drawer body 6 can be prevented from being opened by the inertial force due to the forceful pulling back of the outer frame 5 by the restoring force of the spring coil 33 (see also fig. 8).
Similarly, as shown in fig. 9, when the drawer 2 is forcibly closed in the arrow D direction from the kitchen side (K side), the drawer body 6 flies out in the arrow E direction due to the inertial force. However, since the outer rail 40 and the middle rail 41 of the inner drawer rail 4 are connected by the spring coil 43, the middle rail 41 and the inner rail 42 are pulled back by the restoring force of the spring coil 43, and the drawer body 6 fixed to the inner rail 42 is also pulled back in the arrow F direction (see also fig. 5).
At this time, the drawer main body 6 is slowly and gently pulled back in the arrow F direction by the function of the oil damper 44. Accordingly, the drawer body 6 is forcibly pulled back by the restoring force of the spring coil 33, and the outer frame 5 is prevented from opening by the inertial force (see also fig. 8).
(pullout height)
As shown in fig. 10, the height of drawer 2 is equal to or greater than h1=105 mm from console 13 to the lower end of curtain plate 50 of outer frame 5. Fig. 10 is a view showing the height of the drawer 2 from the console 13. By securing the predetermined height h1=105 mm or more, the back guard can be provided on the back surface of the console 13, and the drawer 2 can be moved in and out in a state where a cooking device such as a bowl is placed on the console 13, without impeding the cooking operation.
(left and right lower ends of drawer body)
As shown in fig. 5, the bottom plate 63 of the drawer body 6 pulled out toward the restaurant side of the drawer 2 does not reach the left and right end portions of the drawer body 6, and the left and right lower ends of the drawer body 6 are structured so as to avoid the hinge 15a of the barrier door 15. Therefore, the drawer structure 1 on both sides does not interfere with the entrance and exit of the drawer 2 to the restaurant side, and space is effectively utilized without reducing the storage height of the drawer 2.
[ Effect of embodiments ]
In the two-sided drawer structure 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, the drawer rail as the drawer mechanism is divided into two pairs of the outer drawer rail 3 and the inner drawer rail 4 in the two-sided drawer structure that is free to be pulled out from both sides of the front side (kitchen side) and the back side (restaurant side). Therefore, the mechanism of 1 track becomes simple, the possibility of catching garbage or the like is reduced without complicating, and the durability of the pulling mechanism is improved.
In the two-sided drawer structure 1, a pair of left and right side frames 61 of the drawer body 6 are formed in an inverted L-shape in cross section so as to cover the inner drawer rail 4 between the side frames 61 and the frame beam 51 of the outer frame 5 from above. Therefore, the inner drawer rail 4 can be hidden from above as a human's line of sight with little visibility, even when the drawer 2 is pulled out from the kitchen side or from the restaurant side.
Further, since the two-sided drawer structure 1 is provided with the barrier door 15 that closes so that the two-sided drawer structure 1 is not visible from the restaurant side, the two-sided drawer structure 1 can be hidden from being completely visible from the restaurant side in a state where the drawer 2 is not pulled out.
In this case, as described above, the left and right lower ends of the drawer body 6 are configured to avoid the hinge 15a of the barrier door 15. Therefore, the drawer structure 1 on both sides does not interfere with the entrance and exit of the drawer 2 to the restaurant side, and space is effectively utilized without reducing the storage height of the drawer 2.
The both-side drawer structure 1 is provided with the soft closing mechanism 7 described above on both the outside drawer rail 3 and the inside drawer rail 4. Therefore, even when the drawer 2 is forcibly closed from either one of the kitchen side and the restaurant side, the drawer 2 can be pulled back by the soft closing mechanism 7 and prevented from flying out to the opposite side due to the inertial force.
In addition, since the height h1=105 mm or more from the console 13 to the lower end of the curtain plate 50 of the outer frame 5 of the two-sided drawer structure 1, a back guard can be provided on the back surface of the console 13, and the drawer 2 can be moved in and out in a state in which a cooking device such as a bowl is placed on the console 13, without impeding the cooking operation.
The two-sided drawer structure 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, but the above-described or illustrated embodiment is merely one embodiment which is embodied when the present invention is implemented. The technical scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited thereto.
In particular, the description has been given by way of example of the two-sided drawer structure 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention being applied to the counter kitchen 10, but the two-sided drawer structure of the present invention is not limited to the counter kitchen, and can be applied to a two-sided drawer structure in which drawers are freely drawn out from both sides of the front side and the rear side of the storage space.
