Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for intelligent registration of a bank merchant, a computer device, a storage medium, and a computer program product.

Background

With the rapid development of the financial field, the business of banks and merchants is more frequent, the nature of the business of banks is payment acceptance, and the acquiring service provider provides the foreign currency fund settlement service when the merchants process cardholder transactions by signing a related agreement with special merchants, and meanwhile, the transaction commission is collected according to the proportion or amount of money, so that the inflow of various sales funds of society is accepted. The merchant business can bring direct commission income to the bank and can derive value-added services such as credit investigation, generation and payroll. Merchant business has become the core business for commercial banking expansion and maintenance of "full-volume customers".

However, the current merchant registration mode needs to manually check out merchant registration at off-line banking outlets, the boss of the company needs to take relevant materials to the banking outlets, and staff at the banking outlets manually check the relevant materials and upload the materials to a bank merchant management system to perform on-line merchant registration and complete relevant registration. The method often requires more manpower and material resources, and the whole registering process of the transacting merchant is longer, so that the registering efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, there is a need to provide a bank merchant intelligent registration method, apparatus, computer device, computer readable storage medium and computer program product capable of improving bank merchant registration efficiency and reducing bank merchant registration cost.

In a first aspect, the present application provides a bank merchant intelligent registration method. The method comprises the following steps:

displaying a business license information input page, and responding to an information input operation triggered based on the business license information input page to obtain business license information received based on the business license input page;

according to the business license information, carrying out first networking check on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information to obtain a first check result;

displaying a personal information input page under the condition that the first checking result represents that the merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information passes the checking, and responding to the information input operation triggered based on the personal information input page to obtain personal information received based on the personal information input page;

according to the personal information, carrying out second networking verification on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the personal information to obtain a second verification result;

displaying a registration purpose information input page under the condition that the second checking result represents that the merchant to be registered corresponding to the personal information passes the checking, and responding to the information input operation triggered based on the registration purpose information input page to obtain the registration purpose information received based on the registration purpose information input page;

Matching the registration use information with the business license information to obtain a matching result;

under the condition that the matching result meets a preset matching condition, determining a merchant registration format contract according to the registration use information, and feeding back the merchant registration format contract; and the fed back format contract required by the merchant registration is used for registering the merchant to be registered.

In one embodiment, the business license information is a business license image; and performing a first online check on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information according to the business license information to obtain a first check result, wherein the first online check comprises the following steps: determining an image pattern of the business license image, and acquiring a text information position template corresponding to the image pattern; the text information position template records the position of each text in the business license image; acquiring a question text corresponding to the business license image; the question text comprises a plurality of questions to be answered; for each to-be-answered question in the plurality of to-be-answered questions, extracting an answer corresponding to the to-be-answered question from the business license image according to the text information position template; and carrying out first networking check on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information according to the answers corresponding to the questions to be answered, so as to obtain a first check result.

In one embodiment, the personal information includes identity information and authorization information of the merchant to be registered; the second checking result comprises an identity checking result for checking the identity information and an authorization checking result for checking the authorization information; and performing a second online check on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the personal information according to the personal information to obtain a second check result, wherein the second online check comprises the following steps: according to the personal identity information, carrying out second networking verification on the personal identity of the target object corresponding to the merchant to be registered to obtain an identity verification result; under the condition that the identity verification result represents that the personal identity verification of the target object passes, acquiring a contact way associated with the merchant to be registered according to the business license information; and sending an intelligent language call to the contact object indicated by the contact way, and determining an authorization check result of the merchant to be registered according to feedback of the intelligent language call.

In one embodiment, the performing, according to the personal identity information, a second online verification on the personal identity of the target object corresponding to the merchant to be registered to obtain an identity verification result includes: according to the personal identity information, a real name authentication interface is called; determining the authenticity of the personal identity information through the real-name authentication interface; acquiring face information of a target object corresponding to the merchant to be registered under the condition that the personal identity information is real information; and carrying out consistency comparison on the obtained face information and the face information pre-input by the target object to obtain an identity verification result.

In one embodiment, the matching the registration use information with the business license information to obtain a matching result includes: determining the operating range of the merchant to be registered according to the business license information; determining a potential use result of the merchant to be registered according to the operation range of the merchant to be registered; calculating the similarity between the registration use information and the potential use result; determining a target potential use result with highest similarity with the registration use information from the potential use results; and determining a matching result of the registration use information and the business license information according to the similarity between the target potential use result and the registration use information.

In one embodiment, the determining a merchant registration format contract according to the registration usage information includes: determining a format contract type corresponding to the registration use information according to the registration use information; acquiring a contract set for a merchant registration format; the merchant registration format contract set comprises a plurality of candidate merchant registration format contracts; and determining the merchant registration format contract corresponding to the registration use information in the candidate merchant registration format contracts according to the format contract type corresponding to the registration use information.

In one embodiment, before feeding back the merchant registration format contract, the method further comprises: determining right obligation term information about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract; generating a corresponding intelligent voice reminding task according to the right obligation clause information; and displaying an intelligent voice reminding playing page, and responding to voice playing operation triggered based on the intelligent voice reminding playing page, and executing the intelligent voice reminding task to perform voice broadcasting on the right obligation content of the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract.

According to the bank merchant intelligent registration method, the bank merchant intelligent registration device, the computer equipment, the storage medium and the computer program product, business license information input by a user is acquired by displaying a business license information input page, and the first networking check is carried out on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information to obtain a first check result, so that the authenticity of the merchant to be registered is ensured. Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.

The intelligent registration method for the bank merchants can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 generates a bank merchant intelligent registration request and then transmits the bank merchant intelligent registration request to the server 104, so that the server 104 determines a merchant registration format contract and feeds back the merchant registration format contract. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, and portable wearable devices, where the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle devices, and the like. The portable wearable device may be a smart watch, smart bracelet, headset, or the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.

The business license information refers to business information which can be reflected on the business license, and at least comprises a merchant name, a merchant type, a merchant residence, legal representatives, registered capital, establishment date, business deadline and operation range. The business license information input page is a page for prompting a target object, namely handling a user to input business license information. It is easy to understand that the specific way of handling the business license information input by the user is not limited obviously, and the setting can be performed according to actual needs. The representation form of business license information can be pictures or words.

Specifically, when the transacting user triggers the operation of transacting the merchant configuration, a business license information input page is displayed to the transacting user, and the transacting user inputs the business license information of the merchant to be registered through corresponding operation according to the operation prompt information on the business license information input page.

In one embodiment, determining the operating range of the merchant to be registered according to business license information; determining potential use results of the merchants to be registered according to the business scope of the merchants to be registered; calculating the similarity between the registration use information and the potential use result; among the potential use results, determining a target potential use result with highest similarity with the registered use information; and determining a matching result of the registration use information and the business license information according to the similarity between the target potential use result and the registration use information.

Specifically, according to the acquired business license information of the merchant to be registered, the business license information comprises an operation range, all possible uses of the merchant to be registered are determined according to the operation range of the merchant to be registered, then the registered use information input by a user and the similarity of all possible uses of the determined merchant to be registered are calculated respectively, the purpose with the maximum similarity with the registered use information is determined to be a target potential use result, and a result of whether the registered use information is matched with the target potential use result or not is obtained according to the similarity between the registered use information and the target potential use result.

Optionally, for a plurality of merchants to be registered, determining a plurality of to-be-classified business scope sets corresponding to the merchants to be registered in the extracted business scopes; each business scope set to be classified corresponds to different historical objects; acquiring a time length classification tree corresponding to a specific merchant to be registered, wherein each non-leaf node of the time length classification tree corresponds to a classification feature; determining target leaf nodes to which each historical object is classified according to a plurality of business scope sets to be classified and a time length classification tree; and determining potential use results corresponding to the targeted merchants to be registered according to the respective corresponding time length of each target leaf node and the number of the historical objects classified to each target child node.

In one embodiment, determining a format contract type corresponding to the registration use information according to the registration use information; acquiring a contract set for a merchant registration format; the merchant registration format contract set comprises a plurality of candidate merchant registration format contracts; and determining the merchant registration format contract corresponding to the registration use information from the candidate merchant registration format contracts according to the format contract type corresponding to the registration use information.

The merchant registration format contracts provided by the bank for registering the merchant are of various types, and the merchant registration format contracts of different types are divided according to different registration purposes. And the collection of candidate merchant registration format contracts of all types is the merchant registration format contract collection. The candidate merchant registration format contracts are different types of merchant registration format contracts.

Specifically, under the condition that registration use information input by a transacting user is reasonable and legal and meets the business purpose of business license, determining the type of the merchant registration format contract required by the registration use information according to the registration use information, and determining the required merchant registration format contract in a plurality of candidate merchant registration format contracts according to the type of the merchant registration format contract.

In one example, the merchant registration format contract set includes a collection format contract and a debit format contract. The registration use information is used for the designed collection, so that the merchant registration format contract required by registration is determined to be the collection format contract in the merchant registration format contract set according to the registration use information.

Because the specific format contract type can be determined according to different registration use information input by the transacting user, the signing of the format contract is more intelligent, different merchant registration format contracts can be provided for each registration use for signing, and the merchant registration process is more flexible.

In one embodiment, entitlement obligation term information about a merchant to be registered in a merchant registration format contract is determined; generating a corresponding intelligent voice reminding task according to the obligation clause information of the right; and displaying an intelligent voice reminding playing page, and responding to voice playing operation triggered based on the intelligent voice reminding playing page, and executing an intelligent voice reminding task to perform voice broadcasting on right obligation content of the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract.

Wherein the right obligation term information about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract comprises right information and obligation information about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract. The intelligent voice reminding task is used for broadcasting right information and obligation information about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract to the transacting user in an intelligent voice mode.

Specifically, after determining a format contract to be provided for a transacting user for signing, automatically identifying content related to rights and obligations of merchants to be registered in the format contract, and generating a corresponding intelligent voice reminding task according to the identified content related to the rights and obligations of the merchants to be registered in the format contract. Through displaying the intelligent voice reminding playing page, the transacting user carries out corresponding operation on the intelligent voice reminding playing page according to corresponding prompts in the intelligent voice reminding playing page, responds to voice playing operation triggered based on the intelligent voice reminding playing page, executes intelligent voice reminding tasks, and carries out voice broadcasting on rights obligation content about a merchant to be registered in a merchant registration format contract.

Because of the pre-made nature and unilateral decisive nature of the format contract itself, the transacting user needs to pay extra attention to whether the right obligation content of the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract is reasonable or not, whether the merchant registration format contract is willing or not, and finally signed on a reasonable and willing basis. In reality, however, the transacted user will not pay attention to the content, and sign the merchant registration format contract at will, resulting in unsatisfactory final merchant registration results, so that it is necessary to perform voice broadcast on the rights obligation content about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract. The voluntary signing of the merchant to be registered is ensured, and a basis is provided for the fulfillment of the obligations of the rights of both parties in the future.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a bank merchant intelligent registration apparatus 400 comprising: a license display module 402, a license check module 404, a personal display module 406, a personal check module 408, a usage display module 410, a matching module 412, and a feedback module 414, wherein:

the license display module 402 is configured to display a business license information input page, and obtain business license information received based on the business license information input page in response to an information input operation triggered based on the business license information input page;

the license checking module 404 is configured to perform a first online check on a merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information according to the business license information, so as to obtain a first check result;

In one embodiment, the license checking module 404 is configured to determine an image style of the business license image, and obtain a text information location template corresponding to the image style; the text information position template records the position of each row of text in the business license image; acquiring a question text corresponding to a business license image; the question text comprises a plurality of questions to be answered; for each to-be-answered question in the plurality of to-be-answered questions, extracting an answer corresponding to the aimed to-be-answered question from the business license image according to the text information position template; and carrying out first networking check on the merchant to be registered corresponding to the business license information according to the answers corresponding to the questions to be answered, so as to obtain a first check result.

In one embodiment, the personal checking module 408 is configured to perform a second online check on the personal identity of the target object corresponding to the merchant to be registered according to the personal identity information, so as to obtain an identity checking result; under the condition that the identity verification result represents that the personal identity verification of the target object passes, acquiring a contact way associated with the merchant to be registered according to business license information; and sending the intelligent language call to the contact object indicated by the contact way, and determining the authorization check result of the merchant to be registered according to the feedback of the intelligent language call.

In one embodiment, the personal checking module 408 is configured to invoke a real-name authentication interface according to the personal identity information; determining the authenticity of the personal identity information through a real-name authentication interface; under the condition that the personal identity information is real information, acquiring face information of a target object corresponding to a merchant to be registered; and carrying out consistency comparison on the obtained face information and the face information pre-input by the target object to obtain an identity verification result.

In one embodiment, the matching module 412 is configured to determine an operating range of the merchant to be registered according to the business license information; determining potential use results of the merchants to be registered according to the business scope of the merchants to be registered; calculating the similarity between the registration use information and the potential use result; among the potential use results, determining a target potential use result with highest similarity with the registered use information; and determining a matching result of the registration use information and the business license information according to the similarity between the target potential use result and the registration use information.

In one embodiment, the feedback module 414 is configured to determine, according to the registration usage information, a format contract type corresponding to the registration usage information; acquiring a contract set for a merchant registration format; the merchant registration format contract set comprises a plurality of candidate merchant registration format contracts; and determining the merchant registration format contract corresponding to the registration use information from the candidate merchant registration format contracts according to the format contract type corresponding to the registration use information.

In one embodiment, the intelligent registration device 400 of the bank merchant is further used for determining the right obligation term information about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract; generating a corresponding intelligent voice reminding task according to the obligation clause information of the right; and displaying an intelligent voice reminding playing page, and responding to voice playing operation triggered based on the intelligent voice reminding playing page, and executing an intelligent voice reminding task to perform voice broadcasting on right obligation content of the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract.

In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a bank merchant intelligent registration device according to another embodiment, including: a license display module 402, a license check module 404, a personal display module 406, a personal check module 408, a usage display module 410, a matching module 412, and a feedback module 414, wherein: the intelligent registration device 400 of the banking merchant further comprises an intelligent voice module 416 for determining right obligation term information about the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract; generating a corresponding intelligent voice reminding task according to the obligation clause information of the right; and displaying an intelligent voice reminding playing page, and responding to voice playing operation triggered based on the intelligent voice reminding playing page, and executing an intelligent voice reminding task to perform voice broadcasting on right obligation content of the merchant to be registered in the merchant registration format contract.

The above-mentioned various modules in the bank merchant intelligent registration device can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an Input/Output interface (I/O) and a communication interface. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface is connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used for storing data related to intelligent registration of the bank merchant. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a bank merchant intelligent registration method.
