In this embodiment, a method for generating a contract for a power transaction is provided, fig. 2 is a flowchart of the method for generating a contract for a power transaction in this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S210, receiving computing power resource application information.
The computing power resource application information may be information of a computing power resource application request sent by a user according to a preset format. Specifically, the computing power resource application information may include a user identity, a computing power application scene identifier, a settlement mode, a uniform resource descriptor, and computing power application configuration information.
The user identity identifier may be an identifier for representing the user identity, each user has a unique identifier, a platform account number of the user in the computing resource management platform can be determined according to the user identity identifier, and further an account balance of the user and a user grade of the user in the computing resource management platform can be obtained according to the platform account number. The computing power resource management platform can be an application platform for realizing computing power transaction. The computing power application scene identifier may be an identifier for representing fine granularity of a computing power application scene, where the fine granularity of the computing power application scene may be a size of a computing power resource requirement in the computing power application scene. The settlement modes may include a pay-per-demand settlement mode and a prepaid settlement mode. The payment-on-demand settlement mode can be a settlement mode for deducting fees according to specific computing power resource use data. The prepaid settlement mode may be a settlement mode in which fee deduction is performed before the use of the power resource data. The uniform resource descriptor may be generated when the computing resource management mechanism registers access to the computing resource management platform, and is used for identifying each computing resource. The computing resource management mechanism may be a mechanism capable of providing computing resources for users, and may be a manufacturer or a distributor for providing computing resources for transaction. The uniform resource descriptor may be composed of a computing resource management mechanism code and a multi-level computing resource code, for example, the specific format of the uniform resource descriptor may be: [ computing resource management agency code ]:/[ primary resource code ]: [ secondary resource code ]: [ tertiary resource code ]. The code of the power resource management mechanism can be a code for identifying each power resource mechanism accessing to the power resource management platform. Typically, one computing resource authority corresponds to a unique computing resource management authority code. The computing resource management organization code supports arbitrary distributed ID representation methods. For example, the computing resource management authority code may be a separate database self-increment ID, a system timestamp, and/or a snowflake number algorithm, etc. And the computing power resource management platform durably stores the mapping relation between the coding of the computing power resource management mechanism and the access address of the computing power resource management platform, and when issuing computing power distribution data and executing computing power pre-distribution verification, the corresponding access address of the computing power resource management platform can be obtained according to the coding of the resource management mechanism. The multi-level computing resource codes can meet the definition of the fine granularity of the computing resource and generate the fine granularity algorithm trading contract. Resource transactions such as GPU a100 and V100 may involve three levels of definition, the first level of resource encoding being: the GPU, second level resource encoding is: a100 and V100, the third level of resource coding is: a100 80GB video memory and A100 10GB video memory. In addition, aiming at each level of computing power resource codes, the computing power resource management platform persistently stores the mapping relation between each level of computing power resource codes and corresponding charging rules, and when computing power resource pre-verification is carried out, the charging rules are matched step by step according to each level of resource codes in the uniform resource descriptor, so that the flexibility of charging rule setting is ensured. Although the number of stages of the multi-stage power resource coding is set to three in the above example, the number of stages of the actual multi-stage power resource coding may be determined according to the specific situation. In addition, a computing resource corresponds to a unique uniform resource descriptor. The above-mentioned computing power application configuration information may be used to determine a specific requirement of the user for the computing power resource, and may specifically be a specific requirement of the user for the number of computing power resources and a specific requirement of the user for the minimum unit of the computing power resource.
Step S220, according to the computing power resource application information, determining a charging rule matched with the computing power resource application information in a preset charging rule pool.
In this step, the preset charging rule pool may be a preset charging rule pool generated when each computing resource management mechanism registers access to the computing resource management platform, and specific contents of the charging rule pool may include each uniform resource descriptor and each charging rule, where each uniform resource descriptor has a certain mapping relationship with a plurality of charging rules. The several charging rules may be one or more. Each charging rule may include an attribute, an operator, and a target value. The above attributes may include a request attribute and an internal attribute, where the request attribute may include one or more attributes of an application scene identifier, a settlement mode, a uniform resource descriptor, and application configuration information in the application information, and the internal attribute may include a balance of a user account, a user level of a user in the application information, and other attributes. The attribute can be used for determining a rule check code for pre-checking the application information of the computing power resource. The above operators, which may include logical operators, comparison operators, fuzzy matches, etc., may be used to implement operations in the rule check code. The target value may include a numerical value, a character string, a regular expression, or the like, and may be used to determine a result of the pre-verification of the computing power allocation of the computing power resource application information.
The determining, according to the computing power resource application information, the charging rule in the preset charging rule pool, which is matched with the computing power resource application information, may be based on the uniform resource descriptor in the computing power resource application information, and the charging rule in the charging rule pool, which corresponds to the uniform resource descriptor, may be used as the charging rule in the charging rule pool, which is matched with the computing power resource application information. Specifically, when each computing resource management mechanism registers a preset charging rule pool generated when accessing to the computing resource management platform, each uniform resource descriptor has a certain mapping relation with a plurality of charging rules. Therefore, according to the uniform resource descriptor in the computing power resource application information, a plurality of charging rules with mapping relation with the uniform resource descriptor in the charging rule pool are determined, and the plurality of charging rules with mapping relation with the uniform resource descriptor in the charging rule pool are used as charging rules matched with the computing power resource application information in the charging rule pool.
The step is convenient for carrying out calculation power distribution pre-verification on calculation power application information according to the charging rules by determining the charging rules matched with the calculation power application information in the preset charging rule pool, and a pre-verification result is obtained.
Step S230, based on the charging rule, the computing power resource application information is subjected to computing power distribution pre-verification, and a pre-verification result is obtained.
The pre-checking the power distribution of the power application information may include pre-checking the power distribution of a power cluster inventory of a power management mechanism corresponding to the power application information, and pre-checking the power distribution of an account balance of a user in a power management platform corresponding to a user identity in the power application information.
The process of performing the power distribution pre-verification on the power resource application information based on the charging rule to obtain the pre-verification result may include: determining an attribute of the charging rule based on the charging rule; and carrying out calculation power distribution pre-verification on the calculation power resource application information by utilizing a rule verification code corresponding to the attribute to obtain a pre-verification result.
For example, according to the charging rule, it may be determined that the request attribute of the charging rule is a uniform resource descriptor a, an abacus application scenario identifier B, a prepaid settlement mode and abacus application configuration information gpu_a100, and according to the uniform descriptor a, a resource management mechanism code of the abacus to be checked may be determined, and then it may be determined that the abacus resource management mechanism code is utilized to perform abacus allocation pre-verification. Furthermore, according to the computing power application scene identifier B, the computing power application scene can be determined to be an AI training scene or a JUPYTER scene, and computing power distribution pre-verification can be performed on computing power cluster inventory based on computing power application configuration information GPU_A100; if the computing power application scene is an AI reasoning scene, the settlement mode is a pay-per-demand settlement mode, and the resource application configuration comprises a request of an HPC or a high-performance CPU, the account balance of the user identity in the computing power resource management platform is required to be larger than 0. Based on this, the rule check code corresponding to the attribute can be determined as: { "abc" [ { ("bizType" = "JUPYTER" | "bizType" = "ai_train") & & ("chargeable type" = "pre-aid") & & "resource ejitem" = "gpu_a100" = "gpu_a100_balancee" >0}, { bizType "=" ai_ INFERENCE "& }" chargeable type "=" POSTPAID "=" resource ejitem "in [" HPC "," cpu_hp "]" and [ "user_account" > "0 } ].
And carrying out calculation power distribution pre-verification on the calculation power resource application information according to the rule verification codes corresponding to the attributes, if the verification is passed, displaying the verification result to pass, and if the verification is not passed, displaying the verification result to not pass.
The method comprises the steps of carrying out calculation power distribution pre-verification on calculation power resource application information through a charging rule, ensuring normal transaction of calculation power resources through verification, ensuring validity of calculation power transaction contracts, and avoiding situations of insufficient calculation power cluster inventory or insufficient account balance of a user in a calculation power resource management platform, corresponding to user identity marks in the calculation power resource application information, in the process of transaction.
Step S240, generating a power transaction contract and a power settlement list based on the power resource application information and the charging rule under the condition that the pre-verification result shows that the pre-verification is passed; a power transaction contract comprising user identity information, power distribution information, and a settlement pattern.
The power transaction contract may be a contract of a power transaction between a user and a power resource management platform, and includes user identity information, power allocation information and a settlement mode. Both parties to the power trade contract may include a user party that purchases power resources and a power resource management authority party that provides power resources. Based on the power analysis information of the power trade contract, the specific allocation situation of the power resource provided by the power resource management mechanism can be determined. The settlement mode of the power transaction contract is consistent with the settlement mode in the power resource application information, and the time for settlement of the fees can be determined according to the settlement mode.
Step S210 to step S240 are performed by receiving the application information of the computing power resources, presetting a charging rule pool, determining a charging rule matched with the application information of the computing power resources in the preset charging rule pool according to the application information of the computing power resources, pre-checking the application information of the computing power resources according to the charging rule, generating a computing power transaction contract and a computing power settlement list based on the application information of the computing power resources and the charging rule under the condition that the pre-checking is passed, pre-checking the application information of the computing power resources according to the matched charging rule of the application information of the computing power resources in the preset charging rule pool, and automatically generating the computing power transaction contract and the computing power settlement list under the condition that the checking is passed, thereby realizing automatic generation of the computing power transaction contract, simplifying the computing power transaction flow and solving the problem that the existing computing power resource allocation method cannot automatically generate the computing power transaction contract to cause complex computing power transaction flow.
Wherein, in one embodiment, before step S220, the method further comprises the following steps:
resolving the computing power resource application information to obtain user identification, computing power application scene identification, settlement mode, uniform resource descriptor and computing power application configuration information in the computing power resource application information.
According to the method, the user identity, the computing power application scene identity, the settlement mode, the uniform resource descriptor and the computing power application configuration information in the computing power application information are obtained by analyzing the computing power resource application information according to a preset analysis mode, so that computing power transaction contracts are generated conveniently according to the analyzed computing power resource application information.
In one embodiment, based on step S230, based on the charging rule, the computing power allocation pre-verification is performed on the computing power resource application information to obtain a pre-verification result, and the method further includes the following steps:
and sending feedback information of failure of the pre-verification to the user under the condition that the pre-verification result shows that the pre-verification is not passed.
The feedback information of the pre-verification failure may be result information of verification failure, or may be specific feedback content of verification failure. For example, the feedback content of the specific verification failure may be information of insufficient inventory of the computing power cluster or information of insufficient account balance.
In the step, under the condition that the pre-verification result shows that the pre-verification is not passed, feedback information of failure of the pre-verification is sent to the user, so that the user can conveniently adjust the application information of the computing power resource or recharge the account balance according to the feedback information of failure of the pre-verification, and further the application of the computing power transaction is carried out again.
In one embodiment, based on step S240, in the case that the pre-verification result shows that the pre-verification passes, based on the computing power resource application information and the charging rule, a computing power transaction contract and a computing power settlement list are generated, including the steps of:
step S241, determining the user identity information in the power transaction contract based on the user identity identifier in the power resource application information.
Step S242, determining the power allocation information in the power transaction contract based on the uniform resource descriptor in the power application information and the power application configuration information.
In this step, the computing power allocation information in the computing power trade contract may be allocation content of computing power resources, and may be allocation types of computing power resources, and the number and minimum units corresponding to each type. Based on the uniform resource descriptor in the computing resource application information, the type of computing resource required by the user in the computing resource application information can be determined. Based on the power application configuration information in the power application information, the specific requirements of the user on the number of the power resources and the specific requirements of the user on the minimum units of the power resources can be determined. Furthermore, the computing power allocation information in the computing power transaction contract is determined according to the type of computing power resources required by the user, the number of computing power resources and the minimum unit of the computing power resources.
Step S243, determining a settlement mode in the power transaction contract based on the settlement mode in the power resource application information.
The settlement mode in the power transaction contract is consistent with the settlement mode in the power resource application information, if the settlement mode in the power resource application information is a prepaid settlement mode, the power transaction contract in the prepaid mode is generated, and if the settlement mode in the power resource application information is a pay-per-demand settlement mode, the power transaction contract in the pay-per-demand mode is generated.
Step S244, a settlement list of the computing power is generated based on the settlement mode in the computing power resource application information, the computing power application configuration information and the charging rule.
