the trading unit is connected with the matching unit and used for completing the computing power trading according to the computing power trading scheme and then forming an intelligent contract on the block chain;
and the computing power transaction settlement reconciliation unit is connected with the transaction unit and is used for carrying out computing power transaction settlement reconciliation on the intelligent contract so as to finish computing power charge settlement based on the block chain technology.
