Abstract
The invention provides a basalt fiber composite bar and a preparation method thereof, which relate to the technical field of composite bars and comprise the following steps: the inner mandrel and the outer sleeve are sleeved outside the inner mandrel, and the outer sleeve and the inner mandrel are made of basalt fiber composite materials of different types. The invention also provides a preparation method of the basalt fiber composite bar, and the basalt fiber composite bar provided by the invention is divided into an inner mandrel and an outer sleeve, and the inner mandrel and the outer sleeve are respectively made of different types of basalt fiber composite materials, so that the basalt fiber composite bar has the performances of two types of basalt fiber composite materials, and further the defect that the basalt fiber composite bar has single performance caused by single resin is overcome, and the basalt fiber composite bar has better performance.

preparing basalt fiber yarns by utilizing basalt fiber composite materials; wherein basalt fiber filaments are pultruded through a pultrusion device;
step four, winding into a bundle; the first resin basalt fiber yarn is uniformly sent to the inner layer of the stranding rotating shaft through a conveying device, the second resin basalt fiber yarn is uniformly sent to the outer layer of the stranding rotating shaft through the conveying device, and basalt fibers are wound into bundles through stranding equipment.
