背景技术
涤纶是聚酯纤维的商品名,它是以精对苯二甲酸或对苯二甲酸二甲酯和乙二醇为原料,经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应制得的成纤高聚物,再经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。涤纶纤维弹性好、化学性质稳定、耐磨耐腐蚀、易洗快干,同时具有丝的光泽、优良的断裂强度及耐光耐热等性能,因此被广泛应用于服装制作、建筑内饰、交通工具内装饰等工业中。
涤纶纤维虽然具有物理机械性能好、耐磨性好、易洗快干等优良性能,但易被脂肪性油污沾污,滋生细菌,因此抗菌性能较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种抗菌涤纶纱线,包括以下质量百分比的成分组成:52.5-79.5%PET聚酯切片、10-15%纳米银抗菌剂、1-6%聚乙烯蜡、2-8%抗氧化剂、0.2-0.8%润滑剂、0.3-0.7%分散剂、4-8%砭石、2-6%盐酸、0.4-1.2%润湿剂、0.6-1.8%防紫外线剂。
一种抗菌涤纶纱线的制备方法,包括以下生产步骤:
步骤一、烘干PET聚酯切片,干燥温度为150-170°C,干燥时间为4-5小时;
步骤二、将纳米银抗菌剂和聚乙烯蜡混合,然后在包衣机中进行包覆,得到预处理纳米银抗菌剂;
步骤三、将步骤一中处理后的PET聚酯切片、步骤二中得到的预处理纳米银抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、润滑剂以及分散剂,经熔融共混挤出制成所述的抗菌涤纶母粒;
步骤四、取砭石加入研磨机内,并加入盐酸初步研磨,获得砭石粉;
步骤五、将初步研磨的砭石粉加入烘干机内烘干,设定烘干机的温度为90-120°C,烘干时间为15-30分钟;
步骤六、取步骤五中处理后的砭石粉、步骤三中所得的抗菌涤纶母粒、润湿剂和防紫外线剂加入混料机内混合,获得混合物料;
步骤七、将步骤六中所得混合物料喂入喷气纺的第一个喷嘴中,从第二个喷嘴中即得抗菌涤纶纱线;
步骤八、将步骤七中所得抗菌涤纶纱线涂抹一层纳米银抗菌剂。

实施例一
一种抗菌涤纶纱线,包括以下质量百分比的成分组成:52.5%PET聚酯切片、10%纳米银抗菌剂(纳米银抗菌剂中的金属银单质,粒径为18纳米)、1%聚乙烯蜡、2%抗氧化剂、0.2%润滑剂、0.3%分散剂、4%砭石、2%盐酸、0.4%润湿剂、0.6%防紫外线剂。

步骤一、烘干PET聚酯切片,干燥温度为150°C,干燥时间为4小时,含水量为30ppm;

步骤五、将初步研磨的砭石粉加入烘干机内烘干,设定烘干机的温度为100°C,烘干时间为20分钟;
步骤六、取步骤五中处理后的砭石粉、步骤三中所得的抗菌涤纶母粒、润湿剂(SLES)和防紫外线剂(紫外线吸收剂UV-P)加入混料机内混合,获得混合物料;
步骤七、将步骤六中所得混合物料喂入喷气纺的第一个喷嘴中,从第二个喷嘴中即得抗菌涤纶纱线;
步骤八、将步骤七中所得抗菌涤纶纱线涂抹一层纳米银抗菌剂。

Claims (9)
1.一种抗菌涤纶纱线,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比的成分组成:52.5-79.5%PET聚酯切片、10-15%纳米银抗菌剂、1-6%聚乙烯蜡、2-8%抗氧化剂、0.2-0.8%润滑剂、0.3-0.7%分散剂、4-8%砭石、2-6%盐酸、0.4-1.2%润湿剂、0.6-1.8%防紫外线剂。
2.一种抗菌涤纶纱线的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下生产步骤:
步骤一、烘干PET聚酯切片,干燥温度为150-170°C,干燥时间为4-5小时;
步骤二、将纳米银抗菌剂和聚乙烯蜡混合,然后在包衣机中进行包覆,得到预处理纳米银抗菌剂;
步骤三、将步骤一中处理后的PET聚酯切片、步骤二中得到的预处理纳米银抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、润滑剂以及分散剂,经熔融共混挤出制成所述的抗菌涤纶母粒;
步骤四、取砭石加入研磨机内,并加入盐酸初步研磨,获得砭石粉;
步骤五、将初步研磨的砭石粉加入烘干机内烘干,设定烘干机的温度为90-120°C,烘干时间为15-30分钟;
步骤六、取步骤五中处理后的砭石粉、步骤三中所得的抗菌涤纶母粒、润湿剂和防紫外线剂加入混料机内混合,获得混合物料;
步骤七、将步骤六中所得混合物料喂入喷气纺的第一个喷嘴中,从第二个喷嘴中即得抗菌涤纶纱线;
步骤八、将步骤七中所得抗菌涤纶纱线涂抹一层纳米银抗菌剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中抗氧化剂采用抗坏血酸、茶多酚以及抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯其中一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中润滑剂采用甘油、丙烯乙二醇以及月见草油其中一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中分散剂采用乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸单甘油酯以及三硬脂酸甘油酯其中一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中润湿剂采用NaDDBS、NaLAS、以及SLES其中一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中防紫外线剂采用二氧化钛、氧化锌以及紫外线吸收剂UV-P其中一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米银抗菌剂中的金属银单质,粒径为18-28纳米。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抗菌涤纶纱线及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中产出的PET聚酯切片含水量为30-60ppm。
