Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and relates to safe and environment-friendly multifunctional soap mud and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Animal fat and vegetable fat are the main fats for soap production. The animal fat contains more saturated fatty acid, and the prepared soap is stable, thick and heavy in texture, long in service life, good in moistening degree and strong in skin friendliness. However, the disadvantages are that the soap body has a taste less refreshing than that of the soap body obtained from vegetable oil, and the soap prepared from animal oil having a high saturated fatty acid content is hard, not easily dissolved, and greasy. The soap prepared from the vegetable oil with high unsaturated fatty acid content is softer and even not easy to be molded. In order to adjust the hardness of the soap and achieve a refreshing effect, a mixture of various animal oils and vegetable oils should be selected when selecting the grease.
The starch type impregnating compound takes starch as a film forming agent, and can form a layer of film when being dried. The starch type impregnating compound plays a role in lubrication at the same time. The starch impregnating compound has the advantages of environment-friendly raw materials, no harm to human bodies and low decomposition temperature, and is widely used in the textile field.
The soap mud blind box can provide different subjects, such as animal subjects, to attract interests and hobbies of different crowds, especially children. The shape, color and taste of the soap mud blocks in the box are different, and each soap mud block is hidden with different 'treasures', wherein the soap mud blocks comprise amber, shell and the like. Taking out the "baby" with a tool can excite the practical ability and curiosity of children, and the process of scraping the "baby" for adults is a decompression process.

Performance testing
Odor test: the safe and environment-friendly multifunctional soap mud prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 1 is used as a sample, and 80 persons with stronger olfactory sensitivity are selected to evaluate whether the sample has peculiar smell.
Transparency test: the safe and environment-friendly multifunctional soap mud prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative example 2 was used as a sample, if the sample could be observed to have "treasure" but it could not be determined what article was regarded as translucent, and if no "treasure" was observed as cloudy. The evaluation results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 odor assessment results
Note that: if the number of people is not less than 1, the soap mud is considered to have peculiar smell, and if the number of people is considered to have peculiar smell, the soap mud is considered to have no peculiar smell.
As can be seen from Table 1, examples 1-3 did not develop off-flavors, but comparative example 1 developed off-flavors. Comparative example 2 was in a cloudy state and examples 1-3 were all in a translucent state. The animal fat is treated at high temperature and added with sodium bicarbonate for acid neutralization to remove peculiar smell substances, and a small amount of edible gelatin is added to increase the transparency of the soap mud, so as to add a secret sense of being hidden and indistinct to 'treasure' in the soap mud.
And (3) testing scraping force of a soap mud knife: the safe and environment-friendly multifunctional soap mud prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 3-6 was used as a sample. The sample is fixed on a horizontal tabletop, and the dynamometer is fixed at one end of the sample, so that the direction of the scraper is perpendicular to the direction of the dynamometer. A PVC spatula having a width of 2cm was used to scrape a thickness of 0.8-1.2mm at a constant speed against the surface of the soap paste and the scraping force was recorded, the scraping was performed 10 times as a group and the average value was calculated. And observing whether the scraped soap mud surface is deformed or smooth. The test results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 test results
As can be seen from Table 2, examples 1-3 have a greater scraping force than comparative examples 3-6 and the surface is changed. Amylose in the starch impregnating compound makes the surface of the soap paste smoother, and the soap paste is smoother when being scraped by a knife by matching with hydroxyethyl cellulose and glycerol, and the soap paste is free from dirtying and sticking hands.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is capable of modification and variation in detail, and other modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.
