the maintenance station (3) monitors the state of each production stage, the maintenance station (3) comprises a sensor monitoring module (301), a test module (302) and an alarm module (303), the sensor monitoring module (301) monitors the whole production line and transmits monitoring data to the test module (302) which is electrically connected, the test module (302) verifies and formulates a solution to the sensor monitoring module (301) data, and the alarm module (303) notifies and reports faults according to verification information of the test module (302).

An intelligent distribution system for garment line hangers according to claim 1, characterized in that said bill making and combining module (102) further comprises a decision and sorting module (1021) and a sorting operation module (1022) and a data recording module (1023), said decision and sorting module (1021) uses a computer algorithm or machine learning model to sort items according to extracted features, said sorting operation module (1022) distributes garments to proper positions on the correct line according to the sorting results, said data recording module (1023) records all sorting operations and related data.

The intelligent distribution system of garment production line hangers of claim 1, wherein the intelligent distribution module (202) further comprises an automated distribution algorithm module (2021) and an optimized path planning module (2022) and a dynamic adjustment module (2023), the automated distribution algorithm module (2021) determining to distribute hangers garments to the workstation (5), the optimized path planning module (2022) intelligently planning paths of hangers garments, the dynamic adjustment module (2023) dynamically adjusting distribution strategies.

The intelligent distribution system for garment production line hanging according to claim 5, wherein the automatic execution module (203) further comprises a hanging selection module (2031) and a path selection module (2032), the hanging selection module (2031) selecting different forms of hanging, and the path selection module (2032) selecting a conveyor belt or track to move on the production line.

s4, the maintenance station verifies the monitored result again, then checks the verified result, tries to automatically solve the problem, cannot solve the problem of reminding in various modes, and provides reference for the checked result in a code mode and the like.
